Wonderful experience with Dr Reefer. Was browsing at 1:30am and could request a telemedicine appointment online. Their text message Ai (presumably, because crazy to think someone was having a full chat with me at that time of morning; but if it was a real person, shoutout to that rockstar) was actually incredibly helpful and guided me through the process without any issues.
The process itself was quick after sending over my medical stuff, got approved and my letter in ~24hrs.

I've been trying since April through 2 other companies and 1 of them was just way to expensive and the other on for some reason after I finished the paperwork they said they didn't do the state of Nevada. After my 20 second appointment with the doctor, he told me to sit and wait for someone to grab me so I sat and waited in the office for 15 minutes before walking myself out after I realized that no one was coming to grab me. This is my third time renewing my card and this experience has taken the longest by far, and not because of good customer service. For reference, the last renewals were started and finished in 20-30 minutes max and I’m writing this while still sitting in their waiting room…… an hour after my appointment. I’ll be sticking to veriheal or Taren from @itsalways420in_az for a local option in the future!

Thankful for Daniel & staff at Health and Wellness for their kindness and help with the application process. My visit was under an hour, wait time was less than 5 minutes. I had a great experience, the staff is super, they’re mannerisms were above the call of customer service, the Doctor was a super Dr that listened along with taking care of his end of the office visit. The process was no more than an hour of my time from being checked in, to be seated in a patient room, the doctors process and the paperwork process, and counseled on what’s next and the process of getting started....done! I was the only one there at check in. The facility looks a little dark, and dingy at first sight. No seating due to Covid. Not bright, or cheerful at the entry. The clerk at the check in counter was friendly, and the lady doing my paperwork was friendly also, and seemed knowledable. The whole process took me about 40 minutes start to finish. The prescribing doctor in the exam room was prompt, and congenial, and not intimidating at all. Pretty easy process for me from start to finish. I have bad anxiety, and it went smoothly. I made an appointment online and walked in and filled out the intake paperwork, I was then called to a consultation type of room and I provided the necessary documents. After the consultation I seen the doctor for what seemed like a normal physical and that was it. In and out within an hour ; I decided to do the two years for $170 which is the cheapest to register through the Nevada registry. I highly recommend this place I went on a Friday 4/26/19and just received my temporary Monday morning 4/29/19.

We have been going there for several years and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.They take care of everything for us and as soon as the application is approved from the state and sent to Dr Reefer they email to us. Best in the state!!!
