Everything about my visit to Dr. Danielian was five star. He came highly recommended and he lived all the way up to the expectations. He is knowledgeable and patient, explains things in detail with video imagery and charts, and pushes on the insurance companies to get the testing his patients need and deserve. The people staffing the front desk are also great. Fun, kind and helpful. So why a 4-star review, you ask? Because tying to get through to someone on the phone, and, heaven forbid, actually get a call back, is difficult and frustrating - bordering on futile. But that's only a 1-star problem. I was interviewing Dr. Danielian to be my cardiologist. I was first impressed with the office staff with how they talked and assisted patients, how courteous, friendly and efficient. Then when escorted to an exam room Kim, his medical assistant introduced herself and explained every thing she was about to do including the EKG procedure. Courteous, pleasant and cared about my comfort. When Dr. Danielian entered the exam room he had this amazing smile and immediately introduced himself to my husband and me. He was very professional attentive, personable,engaging and interested in my health. I never felt rushed or ignored. He will be my cardiologist. He asked the right questions, was encouraging and made me feel he was more than capable of handling anything that may arise. This allows his to view the entire patient rather than solely focusing on one aspect. Dr. Danielian has great bedside manner. You may not think that's important until you experience it. I'd like to say I will stay away from sweets or refined foods like bread. Instead, Dr. Danielian helped me to understand when my body was the most or least insulin resistant. If I wanted to indulge to satisfy a craving, the best time to do it is when my body is the least insulin resistant. The biggest positive to Dr. Danielian is that he listens and engages in a conversation. He doesn't just talk at you. He wants to hear you questions and makes sure you understand before leaving. You have no idea how wonderful it is not to have to wait two hours to see the doctor. They took me in as soon as I got there, and I am so grateful for that. The doctor is amazing. There are little answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I thank him for his caring thoughts and advice. He spent a lot of time with me.
