Fantastic service and care for me and my kids. They are very attentive and informative to all our dental needs. I had switched dentists and when I did my first visit was fine then I had another appointment scheduled and it was cancelled same day of services. I was told I couldn’t be seen again unless I did a deep clean. I was not in a place to deal with the dental bills while also dealing with medical bills and family death so I couldn’t get my dental done. I thought it was odd I was refused service I’ve never had that happen even working with the homeless and helping them obtain medical and dental after years without they were never turned refuse services, ever.
I scheduled with Dynamic Dental and they did my X-rays, exam, gave me a treatment plan seeing me in 4 visits and did not refuse services. They even offer air polish and a periodontal laser service.

I have gone to Aliante Dental for several years because I really love Dr. Lee and I used to always love my hygienist. Unfortunately, I am no longer going to continue to go there because the miscommunication with the staff or the inability to communicate in a timely manner with insurance has made me lose both money and the possibility of getting dental implants. I worked closely with both my insurance and tried to work with the staff for a year. When I had very good insurance, double coverage, and every time I spoke to my insurance, they let me know that they were only waiting on something from the dental office. I would call the dental office and they would assure me that they would be submitting whatever was needed and continued to fail to do so. So now I am at the point where I have lost the double coverage benefits.I still never received the implants, and I will be looking for a new dentist to be able to help provide me that service. Most recently I have beem attempting to get reimbursed for overpayments since I do not plan to return, and each time I call I am at square one with no documentation of previous calls.
I can't say anything negative about Dr. Lee, and I do feel sad that I need to find a new dentist, but I need to make sure that my benefits are used optimally. I do not have the faith that this office is able to do that.

Fantastic dentist office! I appreciate that they only offer care that you need and don't try to upsell you on whitening and such. I also love that I could get sealants as an adult upon request.

The staff, like Riah and Rhea, are all very sweet and offer detailed, helpful advice on oral care and what new tools are useful and which aren't. I haven't had cavities or any issues in years thanks to following their advice on flossing and such.

It's a great office that sees you right on time when your appointment is scheduled and does a thorough job while you're there.

They take a variety of insurances and also cash pay as well.

I highly recommend going to Aliante Dental for anyone wanting to get their smile back. Doctor Lee made me feel right at home and kindly addressed all my dental concerns. I have already had 3 visits and have been very impressed at how comfortable I am throughout my procedures. Five star grading system is not accurate enough for anything! Aliante Dental gets a 4.43 in my opinion. Beware of billing accuracy, though. Know what your plan will pay for in advance. This will help staff get you situated more quickly. I'm positive they deal with hundreds of patients every day and having your info will help them navigate through the "insurance maelstrom and madness."
So, patience will always be appreciated by all.

Do not recommend at all. My 1st visit in June 2025 they never checked me in and then was calling me to see if I was coming to my appointment after I'd been sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I could tell immediately they were too "corporate" and just want your money and I should have not gone back but I did, big mistake! At my 2nd visit Jan 2026 they took me into the xray room where I told them I was only there for a cleaning and my insurance wouldn't cover xrays again to which I was assured they would not bill my insurance for. Low and behold Im now receiving a bill for the 2nd "exam" they did on me in 6 months and they're telling me it's because I had an exam at my prior dentist in February 2025. No, its because THEY did 2 exams on me in 6 months when I was only there for a cleaning. They are totally OK with losing my family of 5 instead of doing what's right and writing off my balance that I shouldn't even owe to begin with. They also tried to sell me a new tooth for a missing tooth in the very back of my mouth that I told them I had no interest in replacing, the tooth was pulled over 10 years ago. And had $100s of dollars worth of suggested work for my 2 teens that just had their 1st appointments there even though they did full exams on them and had their transferred records from the prior dental office showing the work was just recently done. I will not be paying any balance or returning here ever. Do yourself a favor and find another dental office. Terrible!!

Please be cautious when considering this office. I first saw Dr. Theresa Lee over two years ago and underwent an exam and treatment, during which she diagnosed and filled one cavity. I completed all recommended treatments here, including wisdom teeth removal. A year later, I got seen by Dr. David Chung. Despite having the same stains on my teeth since seeing Dr. Lee, Dr. Chung identified these stains as cavities and recommended numerous fillings—over 10, as far as I recall.

I was surprised because Dr. Lee had previously observed these stains but did not classify them as cavities or treat them. Additionally, Dr. Chung was rude during our appointment, dismissing my concerns and causing unnecessary alarm. While I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, his demeanor towards me, despite my kindness, was unacceptable for a medical professional.

Fortunately, I sought a second opinion at another office, where they confirmed my suspicion: the marks were simply staining, not cavities requiring filling. Had I followed Dr. Chung's recommendations, I would have spent a significant amount of money on unnecessary procedures. These stains have been present for years, which makes the entire situation bewildering and concerning.

Please do not be swayed solely by Dr. Chung's credentials, such as his NYU diploma displayed in his office. If I had initially seen him instead of Dr. Lee, I likely would have unquestioningly followed his advice and undergone those unnecessary fillings. Three different dentists I consulted, besides Dr. Chung, did not identify the stains as cavities, which raises serious doubts about Dr. Chung's approach. I will not return to this office and prefer my new dentist, who has been less aggressive and more compassionate.

I had a horrible experience and will never go to Aliante dental again. I had a crown done in May, 2024. The dentist and assistant were so busy talking about office supplies and issues the entire time I was having the procedure. It made me feel so nervous and uncomfortable. I came back to have the crown checked because I couldn't floss between the crown and other tooth. A guy that checked it said everything is okay and to just pull the floss out sideways. I got a new dentist. They did x-rays and said that crown needed to be replaced. It was only a year and 4 months old. I tried multiple times to reach Aliante, since the crown was still under warranty. They never responded. I also sent X-rays which when I called, they said they received. The bottom line is that I don't care if they would have fixed the crown. I would not go back there. I paid to have the crown replaced out of my pocket which was worth not having to go back there. Actually, it doesn't deserve one star, but that's the only way I could post this. I had to at least give it one undeserving star.

My dental appointment was for a cleaning with the hygienist. The girl that performed my X-Rays was very pleasant and customer focused. The same hygienist "polished" my teeth and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very pleasant and professional. The hygienist explained very professionally and pleasantly some things that I could do to help the health of my teeth, and gums, etc. The dentist came in and reviewed my teeth and told me about one crown that needed to be replaced and a old cavity with a large filling that needed to be replaced. He also told me that I had some fractures in my front top two teeth that could also be fixed which could bring the space between those two teeth together, which I've wanted to have done for a long time. Their Office Staff including Wendy and Larry are so welcoming and personable with me, I tell people that I like to go to the dentist because they make me feel so welcome. I came out of that appointment extremely satisfied and every issue I had was resolved and or explained.

This may sound crazy but it's a joy going to this dental office. Wendy is up front in the office and she is very welcoming every time I go into the office. We have the same birthday (not the year, though for sure). Larry always gives me a welcome hug, which I really do like and LOVES to say my name. And then Dr. Teresa Lee is the BEST. She calls me by my first name which makes me feel like I'm one of her friends. She is the BEST at giving a numbing shot. No don't ever feel like you're having a shot in your mouth. Which is AMAZING!!!

Aliante Dental is great. I’m always greeted and checked in promptly. My appointments always start within 5 minutes of their stated time and everyone there is so nice and professional. This is a corporate owned dental practice. They do not care about your dental health but rather their pocket book. DO NOT GO HERE! They diagnose EVERY new patient with gum disease -- whether you have it or not. Unfortunately, I fell for this at Aliante Dental (I'm embarrassed that I did) and now I have only half of my mouth cleaned. I canceled the next appointment because they lied to me about my health and that's a big deal. They did not perform a "deep cleaning" or root planing as they mentioned over and over, but rather just cleaned half of my mouth and charged me $400.00 to do so. Total cost $800.00 just to clean your teeth. It took the hygenist only 25 minutes to "root plane" half of my mouth. They provided no novacaine because they knew there would be no pain. There was virtually zero blood and zero pain during the procedure or in the days following. I simply do not have gum disease or there would have been blood and pain. This is not deep cleaning or root planing -- just your basic bait and switch. I will now visit a periodontist to get an honest diagnoses and a referral to a private practice dentist whom my husband and I can trust.

I am a new patient at Aliante Dental and happy to share my experience regarding the staff and the services I have received. The front office and medical staff are always kind and helpful and the appointment system with its reminders, both by text and email, is state of the art. Ms. Rhea Teotico, my Dental Hygienist, was exceptional! She performed my deep cleaning in a most professional manner, explaining the procedure before she began and answered all of my questions, which made me very comfortable and gained my confidence. I learned from her how to best care for my teeth in the future to protect myself from any further gum or bone damage. I will certainly recommend Rhea and Aliante Dental to my family and friends!

Avoid if you are looking for halfway decent dental. They book cleaning 6+ months out. They cannot bill to save their lives. I have had to waste so many hours of my life because they can't figure out how to bill me for what I owe. Instead of 300$ more than the cost of services.

Update 2/27/24 this dental office has overbilled me refused to include parts of my procedure when submitting to my insurance. They have now sent me 9 different copies of the same information. But because they have overbilled me my company won't accept it. They now say that paying for an upgrade should come out of my pocket because it's not needed. Well you said it would be stronger and last longer

Final update 8/6/25. The root canal they gave me failed probably a long time ago. Now I require an implant. Thanks so much Aliante Dental. You've now cost me THOUSANDS in extra work. 😒
