The staff were very friendly. The assistant Kat was very warm and friendly as well. The doctor was one of the most thorough doctors I have been to in a long time. He went through every scenario to help create a plan to help with my symptoms. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I have to give this office a five star review because the entire staff—receptionists, nurses, and doctor were all exceptional. I especially appreciated Dr Miyake. You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and patient doctor, and on top of that he was kind and great at explaining the science behind things. 100% recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miyake and his staff. This is the first time I have been to an allergy doctor, but I regularly see other doctors and medical staff, as a point of reference. Dr. Miyake and his staff are first and foremost kind, polite, and empathetic (which can be rare these days). They are thorough, straight-forward, and thoughtful with their practices, and have made getting testing, allergy shots, and asthma care all feel easy and worry-free.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff provide individualized care with compassion and courtesy. I much prefer to have my allergy protocol monitored by a doctor than a robotic technician which was my experience at Nevada Sinus and Ear Institute.

Extremely professional staff, very responsive. The allergy testing was very thorough to determine what allergies were affecting me since moving to the desert west. Altogether, it wasn’t as bad as I thought, just the typical grass, ragweed and some desert variety plants. Not as many as I thought.

Absolutely wonderful folks that work at the Ft. Apache location. Extremely professional and just as pleasant from the moment you walk in the door. They make you smile and feel welcome. Wow, I could not be more impressed with this entire office for my son’s weekly allergy shots! :-D

Each week, Rachel and Celeste at front desk welcome us in with a smile and offer the kids stickers (which they love!). We never have to wait long to be seen by Evelyn (usually 5 mins) who does an outstanding job administering the shots. Always quick and painless! My 6-year-old loves it. Then the kids get a Dum-Dum and watch cartoons while they wait for the 30 minutes to expire. It’s honestly one of their favorite places to go each week!

In short, the entire office goes above and beyond to deliver a positive experience for all of us. And I cannot thank them enough! If you have any doubts about where to get your allergy shots, look no further! Allergy Partners of NV off of Ft. Apache and Patrick is one of the best doctor’s offices I’ve ever been to in my life! (And I can honestly say they’re not all like that.)

The doctor and staff were all very friendly. The doctor took the time to sit down and explain a medical condition I have had for years that no other doctor has helped me with. He cared and listened to everything and then answered all questions. He was very informative, nice, and passionate. He asked me to come back to continue to monitor the condition and provide the needed help for this condition rather than just ignoring it like other doctors.

Everyone was super friendly I’m so glad our daughter’s pediatrician recommended this place. This review is to reflect the issues with scheduling, poor communication, and support staff.

Dr Miyaki was actually great, the one, short time I saw him. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended.

This office has clearly taken on more of a patient load than they can handle. Waits for appts are months out, and they seem to rely on cancellations to get patients in.

I wish I could have expressed this directly to Dr Miyaki, because I think he is a good man. I know he is trying to establish a new office/practice, which isn't easy. Unfortunately, the back-and-forth communication, voicemails, and long wait times on hold from his support staff seem to keep him out of the loop on this kind of issue.

When I expressed my frustration to the desk staff, there was simply a cold silence, and no offer or appeared desire to make things any better.

Dr. Miyake was very personable and spent a good amount of time to explain everything to me. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. I was seen on time for my appointment which was a plus considering my busy schedule. I was able to schedule my appointment online and fill out all my history and insurance information online prior to my appointment, so checking in on the day of my exam was a breeze.
