Where to start except I had brought in my three boys and was being asked all kinds of questions about who was dead. More specifically if my step-aunt Marlena Hoyt was dead? My step-aunt Marlena passed away during 2006. Then if my step-aunt Barbara Kelasis was dead? My step-aunt Barbara passed away during 2017. Then I ended up being seen and the dentist didn’t realize that I was suffering from osteomyelitis of jaw. I was in so much pain that I ended up at UMC from August 1, 2021 until August 5, 2021. I even had to send over copies of a TPO that I had against my ex-husband Michael Dziedzic and wasn’t ever disclosed to me what had been said prior thereto. I eventually had to have one of my sons herbst device removed since he was developing cavities and was in constant pain. I have lawyers on retainer.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.
1st off I visited this location to have a filling redone, that was bothering me. The dentist took a look and said "I mean I could redo it, but why?" Even tho I expressed how it bothered me. He then proceeded to "take a look" & filed down my actual tooth because thats how he "fixed" it. After I left I've tried to call the location to get my info from them & they do not pick up. The phone # is connected to someone's personal number to which they NEVER answer. WORST DENTIST EVER!

I’ve been trying to reach them and the phone doesn’t seem like it’s ringing and then it goes to vm which they have yet to call me back. I’m not sure if they’re in business anymore, and if they are, they sure are going to lose lots patients/clients because their lack of monitoring their phone line. Very frustrating!

I have always had anxiety at dentists.. and I have a minor heart condition and most dentist say no before I can explain. But after my first visit AABS reassured me that they will help me. I have extreme faith in their Doctor, Staff and their upfront costs for the completed work. Dr Phen was kind, patient, and very understanding. He reassured me over and over everything will be great. I will be his loyal patient.

A great staff with EXCELLENT SERVICE! Appointments are always on time, to the point and very time efficient. But what is really important to me, they keep you comfortable at all times and pain free. And the entire staff from top to bottom has such a great attitude.

When you find a place that genuinely cares and the people truly want to help you keep going & your tell others about your experience. I had an emergency and right away the next day I was able to come in & get my chipped tooth fixed I’m been taking care of my ill Dad and it’s been hard to say the least but each time I come in I’m treated with kindness & respect. What an awesome dental office , I was able to come in last minute and do an extraction on my wisdom tooth. The staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I originally gave this office 5 stars last year for doing my daughter's crown, to which, they solicited from me. Unbeknownst to me, I'd be changing it because the Dentist did the crown wrong. So, here we are, back to our old Dentist, getting it done the right way.
I wouldn't recommend your dog to go here. They're trying to pay for the office space by upcharging their patients for unnecessary things.

Did my crown there. Said that if I'll pay cash under the table they will give me a good price.. a year after i found myself paying for the same crown in a different place.. when i asked for my money back they claim that i never came to replace my temporary crown. I paid ahead for this treatment zand it's ridiculous to lay and blame me for such a bad job. I already lost my money, hope you guys won't make the same mistake
