Been going to Allay Dental for over two years now! Referred my other family members to go there when they first moved to NV because of the excellent service. Everyone there from the front desk staff, to my favorite hygienist, to Doctor Baek is so sweet. Natalie has been my go-to hygienist since I started going to Allay Dental. She’s funny, kind, and is very supportive. I’ve gotten many exams and procedures done and I can say that I trust her wholeheartedly to give me the highest quality care every time I’m in the chair. I left my previous dentist because I was not happy or comfortable with them the atmosphere was so cold. I happen to find Allay Dental Through my insurance referral ‘s. I had so many to choose from and I just chose this office and I have to say I’m very happy so far. I had two crowns put in and they made me feel so comfortable. Everything is clean , organized, Very friendly, welcoming staff. I think I finally found the right dentist office. I want to thank Dr. Rip, Patrick, Gabriella, Kenny, and Natalie. Best dentist I have ever had. I am 86 years old and have had many of them. I had a bridge removed, 2 separate fillings and a painless extraction all in one hour. I came home with very, very little bleeding from the extraction and had absolutely no pain at all from all that work. This lady is a miracle worker. I am so lucky to have found her.

I changed insurance a while back and had to move dentists. I did not realize what I was missing out on! The staff is friendly, patient, and thorough. They accept call and text, and respond promptly.

Today I had Dr. Richard Rips and the assistant Nat. They kept me calm and cheery during my filling, so much so that I was was able to handle the numbing shot (I have a fear of medical needles) with no problems.

They listened to and addressed my dental concerns. I even got a referral to resolve an issue I though was just an inconvenience I would have to accept. Dr. Rips explained what was causing my issue and how the referral would most likely recommend treating it.

Overall, I love Allay Dental. Scheduling is easy (texting is such a benefit), I have never had a long wait time, and my needle anxiety has not been as big of a problem as it had been at other places. I am glad my insurance changed, or else I would not have this outstanding dental experience.

I didn’t know going to the dentist could be this pain free! I cannot say enough about this company. I had a dental emergency and my usual dentist wanted me to wait a month. Allay was able to get me in within the day. The receptionist is welcoming and dental hygienist and Dr. Baek were outstanding. They educated me on what was being done and made sure I knew my options and felt comfortable the entire time. It has been a huge relief to find them. Thank you all!

Great experience with this place! They got me an appointment right away and broke down my portion of the cost with my dental insurance that I have. The front desk, check out desk, dental assistants, and the dentist were all extremely nice! They made me feel very comfortable during my exam and everything was very tidy and clean. Amazing dentist and assistant. Very very friendly. The assistant explained everything the dentist was going to do. He held my hand and relaxed me during the hole procedure. I had a back molar extracted in and out in 20 minutes. No pain. I would recommend them whole heartedly. Would even have my son take my grandkids. The dentist is Dr. Richard Rips. I didn’t get the assistance name but he was AMAZING!!!!!

I don't like going to the Dentist as I am sure a lot of people don't. This was my first dentist visit in like 5 or so years. Allay dental was very comfortable. The staff, medical assistant and Dr. Rachel Baek were very nice. They walked me through everything they did step by step. My anxiety was very high but with there kind approach I felt at home quickly.

We moved here 2 years ago and had been going to Allay Dental, was always happy 8ft the care however 4 months ago had a THR with my Orthopedist saying that I would need an antibiotic prior to any dental procedure. I took a copy to the office a month prior to the cleaning reminding them they would need to prescribe a antibiotic for me 1 hour prior to procedure. I also reminded them a week prior to appointment. They. Did not followup at all with the antibiotic so I canceled procedure..they tried to get me to come in for procedure but did not get it that I would not come in without a antibiotic..very disappointing..will not be back to this practice.

I absolutely LOVE Allay Dental!!! I have been seeing Dr. Calvo for about 4 years now and he is awesome! Whenever I have any issues, I can call Alley Dental and the front office staff not only know who I am, but are always helpful and very sweet. Going to the dentist was something that I would dread, but when I found Dr. Calvo, it completely changed how I felt about the dentist.
I had a lot of work that needed to be done and used to cover my face whenever I smiled. Now, my smile looks great and I get compliments on it all the time.
When my son turns 18 next year, I'll be taking him to Allay Dental so that he can continue to have the same fabulous service that I receive every time I go there!
