One of the worst health care provider in the valley. Every single year, my family has experienced issues with the coding and billing department. We’re healthy people, and we just need preventive care every year, but whatever we’ve precised to the staff, the billing department has sent us multiple invoices, lab has sent us separate invoices. And after escalating with our insurance, we’re informed that Americna Urgent Care has coded our appointments as non-preventive care. And they billed extra different services that we haven’t received like EKG, vision etc. and on top of that, they sent multiple claims to my insurance for the same date of service, and they’ve done that multiple years. The purpose is to make as much money as possible. We call that FRAUD. The worst part is we don’t have anyone to talk with. The staff sent us to the office managers who refused to help us. This is the last time we do business with them. So unprofessional. We will escalate with the medical board and the local news so people know.

Love this new management, every staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient, every one knows what they are doing and going in the right way, I'm very glad I didn't change to another primary and I love all the friendly environments and staffs here, thank you for every one who helped me.

Andrea was a very polite receptionist Updated my information immediately. I was seen with 10 minutes. I was consulted by a very professional women who checked my vitals.
The nurse practitioner Sam came to consult with me within 5 minutes. He took his time and was a listener. He gave me great advice and great alternatives.
