Don’t bother. And don’t trust them with you or your loved ones wellbeing or life! My daughter is non responsive and on a ventilator. Her level of care is urgent. They don’t care. As other reviews have said, the response time is almost non existent. We can’t even get her medications refilled. One person will be seeing her and handling things, then all of a sudden they’re going on vacation, without completing what’s necessary! Then a completely new person is seeing her, and still nothing is being taken care of, and then they’re going on vacation! Everything about this place is wrong. And I’m sure I’ll get a comment from them apologizing etc. That doesn’t help get my daughter what’s needed, that her very life can be dependent on!

No one answers the phone, calls back when you leave a message or replies to any kind of communication at all. I called for a quick question-can the doctor refill my Rx without being seen or do I need to make an appt. I was finally able to get thru to leave a voicemail and crickets… no call back. I sent an email, no reply.
I also had an appointment with a specific doctor, showed up for my appointment and had to meet with a completely different doctor bc the one I was supposed to meet with was not in that day. It’s par for the course for this office to not communicate at all.

I had such a terrible wound and Jd Medical hopped on board and helped me so much. Each person that came to see me was professional kind and took such good care of me. Make sure you have insurance or cash because that is the only way you can pay but they don't tell you that until you waste an hour of your time getting there even though you had two phone conversations with them. Plus they'll be busy at their desk with their food and talking to help you in any way.

The most unresponsive unhelpful reception team I’ve ever encountered. Any referral or follow up appointment you need will take forever to schedule no matter the urgency of your health. The phone numbers on the website go to private call agents who aren’t even in office and never have answers except to give you the office number that never gets picked up. Do not trust them with your wellbeing! I’m changing doctors as soon as possible!!!!

I saw provider Kelly Liggons as Tierra Wright isn’t presently accepting new patients, but I have absolutely zero regrets about it! I was greeted upon entry, the office was beautiful, and when it was my turn to be seen by Kelly, she was more than a great listener, extremely patient, noted my concerns, explained the medical relevance of my concern, talked about a strategic plan, and even made me laugh a bit. This was more than a qualitative visit and worth every minute that I spent. I have already told multiple friends and family members my recommendation.

Kelly liggons was amazing!! She definitely gets 5 stars. I was a little hot because of a long wait. But the professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail served up by practitioner liggons was so incredible that I wasn't even disgruntled by the wait anymore by the time I left. I initially had tierra wright and was crushed to find she was no longer seeing patients because she was fantastic!! But i just had my initial consult with kelly liggons and it is abundantly clear that I'm getting that same incredibly high level of attention and care!!!

The people here are nice but the follow up help is non existent and they are not handicap friendly. I've been waiting a week for my medication and the cvs says they are waiting on them. I'm in pain and can't even contact them because nobody answers the phone since my visit and the voice mail box is constantly full. Would not recommend.

If there were a 6th star, we would rate JD Medical with SIX STARS! Jill and her team took incredible care of my mother, who had a nasty sore on the back of her leg... and if not for the expertise of JD Medical, I honestly believe my mom would have ended up in the hospital for sure. Wounds like the one my mom had are very dangerous, and really leave one very vulnerable to the elements. JD Medical was professional, knowledgable, kind and very communicative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely terrible staff- rude, unknowledgeable and uncommunicative. The doctor was decent, but with the office staff being so bad it wasn’t worth it. It took them six days to send a referral because “they got busy.” Got really sick in Vegas and needed medical support. They ran tests and never called with results, I had to reach out and it took the doctor a day to call me back. No follow through, there are a million different doctors in Vegas, go to another.

I was recommended to this doctor’s office by a close friend who promised I’d finally get the help I needed — and they were absolutely right. The provider that I saw was very nice and took the time to talk with me. HOWEVER, the office is in a building that has NO HANDICAP ACCESS. I use a walker and had to put it back into my car and climb 3 short flights of stairs to get to the clinic. When I finally got to the door, it was locked because I was 10 minutes early before they opened. There was no bench or seats for me to sit after climbing the stairs, and had to ask to be let in to sit, which only happened when an employee needed to be let in. BUT, the Medical Group has their offices on the 1st floor which could be accessible to handicap and elderly, but not. But the patients have to climb. How does a MEDICAL GROUP not be handicap accessible? I will never go back and suggest that unless you are young and able-bodied, rethink your choice.

My appointment is at 11 am and I came in on time and have to wait for 2 hours and still did not get into a room. They are crazy behind on their schedules everyday according to the Tech that works there. I don’t know why they won’t arrange their schedule better but I do not expect to be wait for this long and still not being seen. The techs in front desk have bad attitude as well, I told them I need to leave due to work and all they did was telling me they will cancel my appointment without even asking me to reschedule. Both staff working there looking at me like I’m the problem and if I can’t wait for at least 2 hours I should leave immediately. Patient should not be treated this way. I’d rather switch providers than going through this all over again!

Unfortunately I can not recommend this office due to its consistent organizational errors.

I booked an appointment as a new patient with a provider, when I arrived I was told there was an error that the provider didn’t work on that particular day of the week.

Instead I saw another provider, who ended up being great! I left satisfied and decided to stay on with this provider.

I just had another appointment, and I decided to call the office on Friday since Monday was a holiday, and I thought it was a bit strange to have an appointment scheduled in a holiday (appointment on Monday). The office told me my appointment was all good to go.

Monday morning I call again to make sure just before I head over, I’m told my provider is on vacation until Wednesday, that I can see someone else. With this happening two times in two visits I was upset with the organization and rescheduled with my provider for the following week.

After some thought, I decided to longer continue at this practice but as a courteous person called to cancel the appointment. I’m told there was no appointment rescheduled for the following week, that my previous appointment was categorized as a “NO SHOW”.

Needless to say I made the right choice in looking for another primary care provider. This office is extremely disappointing and disorganized.

If you want to feel heard and cared about , this office and staff is hands down top tier ! Dr. Kelly Liggons is an absolute legend in my book . I have gone through so much the past few months and I was blessed with finding this place . The staff is very sweet and treat you like a human and not just a client . Dr. Liggons took her time and listened to me and made me feel so heard and comfortable . She put me at ease and I needed this DESPERATELY. The way she made me feel so cared for is beyond what I could of dreamt of . This review might sound over the top dramatic but I am beyond thankful I found this office and cannot express this enough.
