After years of care at Anchor I finally decided to do what I should have done from the start. I followed the instructions from staff and do the daily stretches. By doing this daily I have less pain, better mobility and set myself up to take on tasks with less fear of injury that would normally lead to an emergency visit back at anchor.
My advice is listen to staff and do your stretches.

I first started chiropractic care a little over a year ago when all of my headaches (ive had them chronically for years) became triggered by pain in my neck and upper back. I woke up almost everyday in pain, fearing the next headache attack, knowing pain meds couldnt be my solution forever at only 27. This is the 3rd chiro I've been to over the course of that time and finally my sublexation count is decreasing consistently. I wasnt sure about tool adjustments at first. I thought, "will that actually work? Why dont all chiros do it?" But it seems like exactly what I needed. After traditional adjustments, I would be sore and get even more headaches. That does NOT happen with the tool adjustments at all. The adjustments are so much more gentle and precise. On top of all this, the doctors and office staff are awesome. Everyone at the front desk is really nice and helpful, I genuinely enjoy talking to them and the doctors. The doctors are super knowledgeable about the nervous system, general wellness and so many other things. Theyre just good, welcoming people. Dr. John spent a lot of time making sure he understood my headaches and possible triggers so we could address it effectively. Even when I felt down and scared I'd continue to be in pain, I felt supported, heard and like I had options. I also like that appointments are a quick, in and out visit. Youre not sitting there for an hour doing a bunch of exercises. They gave me lots of great stretches and exercises to do at home, but I appreciate being able to do them on my own time. I've been going to Anchor for 6 months now and it feels like one of the highest leverage things for my overall wellness.

I was with the dr’s for close to two years and all I have to say is:
RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK.

I was told in the beginning by the chiropractor I was seen by, the bald man who is the main chiro with his wife ( cannot remember his name its been months at this point) and he was told his wife specializes in neuro chiro, Great thats exactly what I need!

In the two years I was there she adjusted me possibly twice…
I have specific head and shoulder issues and I was almost guaranteed they will help, I will not need more chiro or pt, and If I do we will re access after the care plan.

THE CARE PLAN DID NOTHING BUT DRAIN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND LEAVE ME IN PAIN. They also refused to acknowledge I might need more serious chiro or pt somewhere else because they were greedy plain and simple, there solution after me still being in pain was to sign another care plan?! Uhh..

I finally got better by literally going somewhere else that actually cares and doesnt scam you so PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

P.s I KNOW THEY’RE EXTREMELY EXTREMELY NICE THEY JUST STINK AT CHIRO , I PAID FOR CHIRO NOT FRIENDS.

I first came in at about 10 weeks pregnant with severe back ache and I could not sleep or sit on the couch or chair for very long. I have been taking my 5 year old non verbal autistic son to Anchor for 4-5 months consistently and have been so happy. My son cannot tell me how he is feeling, but we have had positive changes with GI health, sensory, balance and his patience. So I've been with the office for about 8 or 9 years, and all I can say is that it's one of the highlights of my week!

Every single one of the doctors are amazing! Every single person in this office is kind, caring and patient.

The entire team is just amaing.

I pay out of pocket and I wouldn't trade it for another office that's in my insurance network. I think that speaks volumes, especially in this economy.
Not saying their prices are unreasonable, they will work with you. And I promise you, they are worth it.

And to be fair I have seen other chiropractors in my network and none of them come close.

I found these guys about 6 months ago,through a Facebook post. The post was talking about seizures and how it can be related to chiropractic work. I have been struggling with Epileptic and focal seizures since 2020. I drove, moved to Las Vegas from Connecticut right before the covid pandemic hit. about two weeks later the pandemic hit and my wife and I ended up being homeless. We ended up living in our car for about a year and a half. Due to all of this stress and trauma, I believe the seizures started due to this. I have been struggling ever since with these seizures and no luck finding a doctor that can explain the reason or a cure for this nightmare. Years later and now my wife and I have a son that is witnessing this and gets scared. My memory has been affected by these seizures. Specifically my short term memory so i was missing out on memories with my family. I've done music since I was 9 years old and haven't worked on music in years due to these seizures. Thanks to these guys i am finally getting some kind of relief. They have worked out specific plans for my care and been getting chiropractic work that has helped my seizures, anxiety, depression and body discomfort. I am in a better mood and my memory has gotten better, as well as less seizures, not losing consciousness, I can sleep much better. I am able to do music again and be more present in my family's life. I am thankful for all the work that this practice and their team does. Very friendly, welcoming and family oriented. The difference is big and worth the try. Getting adjustments on my back and neck was one of the best decisions and so happy that i bumped into them on Facebook. They are so kind, caring, and flexible! My son has had horrible behaviors and a general lack of emotional regulation. Chiropractic was just another step to try to help him. We started treatments about a week before school started this year and we're almost 2 months into school and he has had two days where the behaviors have reared their head, and the teacher thinks it's more of a copycat issue. His emotions are so much easier to regulate as so much easier to reason with him. Honestly if I didn't see the change in my child, I would have a hard time believing. At this point his IEP is all but null and void, which I am very happy with! As for myself, I have a very jacked up back with degenerative disc issues and some other nasty big named things. Because of this I have anywhere from mild to severe issues walking lifting reaching, really just living life on any given day. Since I've been doing treatment and not only am I able to move better, but my friend talked to me into going bowling which is something that I had all that given up on doing and I went with the assumption that I was going to be paying for it for days afterwards and living with a heating pad, but I made it through two games of bowling And while there was pain involved, I was actually good by the next day and didn't even have to break out the heating pad.

I am a skeptical person and when I saw that adjustments were done by a small spring loaded hand held device that was held against the back in different places, I was even more skeptical. I asked many questions and came to partially understand the relationship between nerves and small changes in the position of bones in the neck and back.

I had reduced range of motion in my neck, and lower back pain. I have to admit that after several treatments, I had better range of motion and less back pain. This treatment cannot perform miracles, as most treatments cannot, but for me, it has been effective to a degree no other chiropractic (Nucca or traditional) has been. Dr. John and Dr. Ally are very nice people and good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

I returned to see John and Ally in 2020 for additional treatment for my lower back. The issues I have are intermittent so it always difficult to quite know how much effect treatment is having but it does seem to provide some relief.

Wanted to give an update
As you can see I've been a patient at Anchor 🔱 for over 5 years now.
The care and adjustments I get from these folks have really helped me to lead an active life.
Now that I'm 57 the aches and pains of daily work stick around a little longer, but after an adjustment from the Docs at Anchor Chiropractic I feel good as new.
If you've never tried chiropractic therapy, I highly recommend it. It really gets you in tune with your body.

From the first call to get my daughter scheduled, to our weekly visits with the doctors. I can’t express my gratitude to the staff and doctors here! Absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough. Here’s my story:

My daughter was born with clogged tear ducts. We were told that she would grow out of it around 1. By a year and a half we were still dealing with this issue. Every day was like dealing with the symptoms of pink eye - leaking, crusty, swollen, etc. We were all exhausted from the constant cleaning, weird looks from strangers and her discomfort. A friend suggested chiropractic adjustments and that’s when we found Anchor! I swear on all the things, after her first adjustment her eyes cleared up never to return. It was absolute magic.

Here we are almost 6 months later and the clogged tear ducts are finally a thing of the past. Not to mention her allergies have subsided and her overall health is just far better.

Her first scan showed a lot of inflammation (emergency c-sections apparently can cause some distress!) and today there are very few spots with minor inflammation that will continue to subside with each adjustment going forward. The results are astonishing.

Everyone in the office is so amazing, sweet, and helpful. We’ve even received a couple gifts “just because” like an ornament for Christmas and a book & card on our most recent visit. They are so thoughtful and we are always treated with care.

My daughter is so comfortable around everyone there and that says a lot because she is normally very shy!

My son had chronic ear infections and on the verge of getting ear tubes. He got his 1st adjustment and the next morning he started walking. I originally came to this office to learn about neurodiversity and chiropractic care. Then I realized that I had back and neck issues that I have had for a long time and wasn’t taking care of them. So I went ahead and made an appointment for an evaluation with no strings attached. The evaluation was thorough, the staff was very nice, and some of their diagnostic tools were different but telling indeed. The office was welcoming, clean, and calming. The evaluation results were not a shocker but did tell the truth about my progressing spine issues. I went ahead and accepted the plan of care and started my treatments. Sometimes, you need to seek care outside of your medical care plan…well this was the time…the best part was no prescriptions! I can now say that about week 2 or 3, I began to notice that I wasn’t as stiff when getting out of bed. There was one visit where I had a dull headache and after an adjustment I felt instant release of the headache. By week 4, I notice I could turn my neck to the sides with ease (lying face down on the table) than when I first started my treatments. I also noticed better walking (even with an injured knee that I am under the care of someone else for insurance reasons). I also noticed better sleep (deeper) and the ability to sweep the floor with decreased tension around my back. One of the best part about having a plan of care is having a home exercise program. I have found the set of exercises given to me were immensely helpful to (properly) stretch my back and neck. The doctors have been kind, given useful advise and engaged in small chat. Sometimes I wish I could “ relax” a little longer on the table. The office staff is always courteous and understanding (if I need to move an appt or running a few minutes late). However, from the beginning I was connected to their app and it is super easy to look at your future appts and move them. They are so thorough that I have also received the exercises videos via email and a recap at my 30 days, etc. I have never waited longer than 1 min to be in a room or start my treatment with the doctors. I am reaching the end of my first plan of care and am wondering what is next and how I can maintain my progress. So far, I highly recommend to give this practice a try. It is a commitment, but a commitment that will improve your quality of life.

I began seeing Dr.John, Dr.Alli, and Dr. Charlie during the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy due to having trouble sleeping and aches in my hips from not being able to get comfortable to sleep. I was waking up every 30mins during the night to have reposition myself because I was in pain and super uncomfortable. Within a week of seeing them I was sleeping much better. Only having to get up when I had to pee. I believe that my super fast labor (5.5hours & first birth) was in great part due to being cared for by the team at Anchor Chiropractic. I continued to be seen by them after I had my baby and they helped with my postpartum recovery which went very well. My son began being taken care of by them at about 3 weeks old and is doing amazing. His sleep schedule is very consistent and he’s hitting developmental milestones ahead of schedule! They focus solely on the areas that need work every time you visit. They don’t touch any areas that are working as they should and they only adjust the areas that they see need improvement. I am pregnant and in my 2nd trimester I started to have extreme back and hips pain. To the point that I couldn’t sleep or sit without being in constant pain 24/7. I was absolutely desperate and started looking online for a chiropractor. I am a very selective person and I have researched for hours for a chiropractor in Las Vegas with perfect reviews. I found Anchor and luckily it was in my neighborhood. I called and was scheduled for my first appointment the next day. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and genuinely good people. The two doctors who own the practice are very knowledgeable and caring and it really feels like a warm family practice where everyone takes time to get to know you. I didn’t feel a change right away after starting treatment but within 2 weeks of going twice a week, I started feeling a considerable improvement. And from there it went fast. The treatment worked much faster than everyone expected and finally I was feeling like a normal person again. I still have a little bit of pain when standing for long periods of time but I am still in treatment to help with this until the end of my pregnancy. So that I can get adjusted as my baby keeps growing. Even my husband went for treatment after seeing how much better I was doing. We were both a bit skeptical about chiropractors at first but now I don’t think we could live without! The receptionist is basically a telemarketer, say anything to get you in there so they can start the sales presentation. I took a fall and my upper back area hurts, but they took xray of my neck and say i don't have enough curvature and they can fix it. HUH? It tales up to a year but they will sign you for just 3 months! What a deal! and they do not do adjustments by hand and instead use a $400 metal spring loaded device and tap it a few times and call it a day and for that which takes about 2 minutes, they charge me $60 each time and they want to do it 3 times a week. I had to tell the Dr that i did not go in for my neck curvature as it cause no issue in anyway and his reasoning is that it would benefit me in the long run and to which i reply " but you are doing nothing to address my only reason to come here and i have shown ZERO symptom from this neck issue, this is just a way to charge me from something that is causing no issue" . That is about as unethical as i can imagine. It would be like going to a dermatologist for a skin rash and they want to inject you with botox as it could help with headache that is not even there!
They wanted $3600 for 3 months treatment but claims my insurance will cover $2400 so i only need to pay $1200. By the second time i went in , i see that this is just a money machine and so i cancelled and the muscles ache just went away after i saw an acupuncture doctor twice. Good thing that doc did not want to whiten my teeth!

Hands down the best chiropractic experience I've ever had in my life. It's also the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I've been going there for over a year, but from day 2 they remembered me and my wife's name. They remember everything you tell them about your medical problem, but also everything you tell them about yourself and your interests. They never forget.
Dr John, and Dr Ali listen to your every concern and addresses them immediately. They listen to everything you have to say, then once they setup a chiropractic plan for you, they explain each part of the process. In 3 months with only 2 visits per week, I have gone from someone barely able to stand, walk or even lay without pain to a new person. No, I am not 100%. However, I will take 95% any day of the week! My back pain is minimal and can be relieved by doing a couple extra of my specifically assigned exercises. My knees are better even. My daughter made comment of how I am walking better and faster. I can walk my dog with ease and more often now. I sleep better as pain does not wake me when I move. My mental health has improved too. I'm able to sit and do my favorite hobby of quilting again.
So glad I stopped and took a chance on what they said was true.

I went in this office sceptical that chiropractic care would really do anything for my back and neck issues considering I’ve lived and grew used to the lingering pain. Having led and created chiropractic clinics around the country, I can attest that the care provided here by the doctors at Anchor is second to none. I don’t think I’ve ever regretted a financial decision so much. I’m not even exaggerating.

Everyone is very kind. It’s an extremely well run business. In other words, they know what to say and do to get your money. They did not help me. And often would brush off my concerns as if I was just making them up. Or, more accurately, they would just try to minimize them. No empathy whatsoever.

Thankfully they were honest at the end of the 3 months I signed up for, by telling me they saw very little improvement. It was as if me telling them I didn’t feel better the whole time meant nothing until they saw the x-rays and whatever other scans they do.

So yeah, very disappointed. I was hesitant, but hopeful that I would feel even a little better so that I could enjoy life a little more, but nope. Just a big waste of money. Could’ve given the money away, or gone to visit my dad who I haven’t seen in years, or sent my kids to summer camp, or bought them homeschool supplies, but instead paid for another family vacation for the chiropractors.

When I first came to Anchor Chiropractic I wasn't expecting much to be honest, because I used to go to another Chiro and I never saw results, I had horrible back pain, couldn't sleep for months and It was just awful, my friend recommended me to Anchor Chiropractic and I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision. I REALLY loved this place. They we’re great. Everyone was so nice. I really felt like they cared about my well-being. I’d seen them off and on for a couple of years. Until I came in with some new pain and they told me I needed to be on a plan that was going to cost $350+ a month. I told them I couldn’t afford this. Could I come in a little less often? No. They basically refused to treat me at all bc I couldn’t pay for the plan they laid out. I haven’t heard from them since that day. That’s not how customer service works. There isn't one bad thing that can be said about Anchor Chiropractic. They bend over backwards to help their clients by making affordable payment plans (if needed), easy scheduling, and amazing customer service. They know your name when you come in and say hello. Not just you are coming into my business hello, but an authentic hello how are you. The scheduling is super easy on the app or they will help you at the front. The office is very understanding of life mishaps (forgot an appointment) and hello you make a new appointment without making you feel awful about it.
