Over many years I have been close to 10 different physical therapy clinics. Every time, after months progress was almost non existent and the routines given were never adjusted. At Anders & Associates I always felt heard and treatment was constantly evolving to reflect the issues I was encountering. With each month I get closer & closer to healing and couldn’t be more thankful after years of pain.

My Achilles tendinopathy had been bothering me for a long time, and Dr Joe Anders finally fixed it and got me to my marathon pain free. He listened to my goals with smart rehab exercises and used shockwave therapy as the real game changer. It definitely “hurts so good,” but I kept coming back because after each session my Achilles felt better and the pain kept fading. Thanks to Anders PT team care, I can run and train without worrying about my Achilles anymore, and I’m incredibly grateful! - luke

I have struggled with degenerative disc issues and arthritis for a while. Physical therapy was one of the only modalities I hadn't really given a fair chance, but knew that something needed to change if I wanted to feel better. I barely started, but for the first time in a year (+) I don't have back pain everyday. Dr. Anders is kind, patient, and thorough. He is approachable, easy to talk to, and answers questions and concerns confidently. I appreciate that he incorporates relevant information or research into his answers -- it reinforces that he understood what I asked. The app he has for his patients makes the exercise program a lot easier to want to do. It's simple, very easy to navigate, and provides basic video instruction reminding you how to complete each exercise. His assistants are great too, and the receptionist, Karla, is always friendly. Nice facility in a positive and welcoming environment.

WOW this place is a SERIOUS gem in the PT world if you are struggling with chronic pains that have neurologic origins (like Fibromyalgia). Dr. Anders spent a lot of time walking us through treatment options and he is working with neuromodulation techniques that most Traditional PT facilities aren't up to date on. My partner struggles with chronic fibro pains that linger for weeks due to brain-based pain loops and they have some amazing PEMF Magnet-based tools that nipped the pain loop within MINUTES!!!

If you are struggling with Fibro or other Neuro-based chronic pains, seriously come here for PT!!!

Not to mention VERY affordable rates, I am very impressed across the board and this has been life changing for my partner.

My PCM had me start with a virtual PT provider, which was marginally helpful, but after a month, I was not improving like I thought I should have been. I changed to Anders and Associates Physical Therapy, and after only 2 appointments, and being seen in person, I was improving my range of motion and my pain trigger was subsiding. I would highly recommend AAPT! The folks are true professionals and nice to work with. I would willingly make the 45 min drive from Henderson to see them again if I have a future flare up (lumbar/SI joint area). Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Anders & Associates Physical Therapy. The whole team is awesome — super friendly, professional, and they really make you feel taken care of before you even get to the entrance.

It doesn't hurt that Dr. Anders reminds me of an old friend, but professionaly speaking, he takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and really knows what he's doing. The dry needling sessions have made a huge difference for me — I noticed results pretty quickly and it’s helped with pain and mobility more than I expected.

In a sea full of Dr's and staff who don't really care about you or your health, It’s rare to find a place where everyone seems to genuinely care about your progress, but that’s exactly what you get here. I’m honestly so grateful for their help and can’t recommend them enough!

I have never had to do PT before; so, this was my first experience. Regardless, I can tell you this office and the amazing staff have set the bar high. The moment you walk in it feels very inviting and you get a sense of warmth and almost like you are home. Unlike most doctors visits, you are never sitting waiting in the lobby for too long. You get in and get out in a timely manner since they have such a great system in place. Karla will greet you over the phone or at the front desk. She has such a bubbly and friendly personality. I just love her. The PT assistants are all equally friendly and very professional. Thy always make sure you are comfortable and are great to talk with. Joe the PT is beyond incredible. He is very knowledgeable and really takes his time to listen and understand your condition. He creates a personalized approach that really delivers results. You really get the sense that everyone in this office truly cares which makes all the difference. The facility is impeccably clean and has state of the art equipment. I honestly enjoyed every visit so much. I only wish I had more time to schedule more appointments. I highly recommend Anders and Associates if you are in need of PT. You will not regret choosing them for your care.

Anders and Associates (Centennial Hills) truly changed my life. After a terrifying vertigo episode, I felt helpless and scared. No other clinic listened—until Karla answered my call with genuine care and urgency. She got me in the very next morning. Joe treated me with such patience, kindness, and skill that I felt real relief after just one session. I went from barely functioning to feeling like myself again in less than 48 hours. I’m forever grateful. This place is a blessing. I highly recommend it!
