I needed to see a Dr and got a same day appointment with Dr. Androssov since my pcp was not in. He diagnoced my issue and prescribed an antibiotic for me for an ear infection. This was the first time seeing him and I found him to be very personable.

Best thing I can say is Dr Androssov truly has my health as his #1 priority at each appointment. He's on top of my lab results each visit before entering exam room. He also makes sure to go over any changes throughly during visit and answer all questions. His staff is just as wonderful.

The best Intermountain Healthcare in town is the Boulder Crossing location. As I walked in Lugie, the front desk lady welcomed and greeted me with a big warm smile. Not for long Jeneli the MA called me. She was kind and helpful and mindful.
Dr. Androssov is one of the best doctor in town. He is very sympathetic about my health problem. He has the ability to understand my situation and be able to communicate that understanding to me. Always I started to feel better.

Had a great and different experience. He seems to know what he's doing in his field. I was needing someone different that can help me have a better experience with my health and to care about me . Dr a is wonderful. His assistant is really great as well. When I first started going there almost 2 years ago, the front desk girls were much friendlier and it seems to be the same people, however they don't seem happy anymore and I think that they have gotten really Lax and how they receive the clients that come in. I was really put off last two times and I did feel it affected My overall mood which was really good when I walked in and not so good within one minute of being in. I think it's possible that since they've been there so long and they are very good at their jobs however with the exception of the customer service. Last time I was there I was there not knowing I had the wrong date for my appointment. And the woman before me in line was early for her appointment. I thought the way both of us were handled was very rough abrupt and very uncivil and there was not a kind word to either one of us and both of us were really put out with our errors and felt like it was their way or the highway type of situation. So I encourage you to retrain the front assistance with friendliness training. Is something that I guess in this case should probably be refreshed every 6 months or so to ensure that they get back to the friendly team I once met.

I started coming here for the first time from out of town, July 2. Nothing has been taken care of for me. I’ve been laughed in my face. My medical records have not been taken care of a receive correctly. Every referral I have have not been completed correctly to where I have not been able to get no procedures done, serious issues and health issues going and it’s not being taken care of seriously I don’t feel comfortable here and I don’t feel like my health will be in a good state with you guys
