Editing to add: If I could give this place a -5 stars, I would. My son has been trying to get a ct scan, twice his order has been sent to Steinberg and twice it has been wrong! Where do you find these so called "medical professionals?" Luckily he has moved on, and found another doctor/nurse that knows what they are doing. This place needs to be shut down, beware if you use this place, is all I can say!
I'm not sure what the problem is at this location (Aliante Primary Care), but when you a submit a refill request for your meds that they have prescribed, they do not get filled. When you call, or go online you get the main UMC appointment line number, or if you submit a request online for a refill, it never gets done. We even went to the Quick Care next door, and they said that they have had a continual problem with the Doctors next door not filling prescriptions for their patients. Isn't this their job? I have been a patient of Dr. Z for some time now he recently left the practice and the way his patients have been take care of has been such a disappointment. The NP that is there on the primary care side completely disregarded all of my concerns and request for behavioral health and due to the lack of proper correspondence and follow through for a patient I was left with no nothing taken care of her solution was to send me to a crisis center which was not the proper place to send me in regard to my situation. She literally has the Mentality not my patient not my problem. I went to speak with someone to get assistance at the location and they sent out a ER discharge nurse from the quick care site and then I once again how to explain my situation. The office manager was supposed to give me a call back and has not once reached out. It is truly unbelievable the way they just abandoned a patient. I will never again use UMC for any type of assistance for myself, family, or friends.

I’ve seen multiple doctor’s at this practice & each one had zero bedside manner. When asking about long term preventative measures & my options. I was told my asthma won’t get better for about another 10 years, referring to my dog’s lifespan; yet I’ve had asthma since I was a toddler. Just rude, uneducated & inappropriate. Also the front desk staff talking inappropriately about the patients & how much they hate to work the front. Worse service I have ever experienced. If you want to be treated like cattle this is the place to go.

I called today to be a New patient and a woman with a strong accent answered the phone, I asked if they took my insurance she said yes, she asked what provider I wanted, I told her it was my 1st time calling and it didn’t matter as long as it was a female, she yelled at me saying “it did matter” and to get assigned with my insurance before scheduling, I told her she had a bad attitude with me and asked what her name was and she quickly hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a Brenda who was a lot nicer, answered my simple questions and I told her what had happened and she said she’d have a supervisor call me back. It’s been hours and no one called back. Turns out it’s their call center and they have 13 different people answering the calls giving horrible customer service and supposedly calls are being monitored for training purposes which I highly doubt. People call sometimes nervously to schedule a doctor’s appointment and then you have people like this answering the phone not knowing what customer service is about and treating people like they probably do out on the street. Do better! Meanwhile I will let my insurance know about this.

I spoke with Vanessa (receptionist) at Dr Zeynalov's office. She asked me for my name and phone number as I advised her that I received a small amount of documentation and did not have the patient's phone number. The agent placed me on hold for 3 minutes so she can message another team member to provide me with the patient's phone number. This is not very patient friendly as I was asking for the phone number to service the doctor's patient. Confidentiality is only if agents aren't able to validate the information of the caller. She had caller ID and even advised of the phone number. That should be sufficient for Hipaa purposes.

Terrible wait, in the room while waiting you can hear the nurse just chit chatting and when asked where the doctor was we’re told they’d be “in” in a few minutes. Not coming here again. I’m normally not one who enjoys going to the docs because I still think I’m young and don’t need to. It was time for me to find a primary after 3 years and I noticed this location next to their urgent care. Anyways, making the appointment was easy. The wait was about 5 minutes after checking in. Nurse Irene and Doctor Z are the best! The team at UMC Aliante Primary Care are a pleasant surprise after reading and hearing so many horror stories about medical care in the Las Vegas area. The team front front desk to the medical staff are really top notch . Coming from CA and a long time team there , I was desperately seeking a medical team that provided personal care and that didn’t rush you out the door . Nurse Irene really listens to what I have to say and documents everything for Doctor Z. Doctor Z is what an example of what every Doctor should be like. He never rushes me, listens to me and offers advice on various ways to accomplish the medical goals we set together. He truly cares about his patients and getting their health goals met. He is nonjudgmental in discussing heath goals. I am so happy that I found this primary care team. Which was via a visit to the urgent care side.
I highly recommend both the urgent care and the primary care sides of UMC Aliante.

Sat for 3 hours in waiting room with congestion and sore throat only to be told I need bed rest and to take fluids with over the counter placebo meds you can get from walmart. I will be disputing what I paid to come here. Left distraught and sicker than ever. Rather than actually help me it felt like you just wanted to run up my insurance. Was not taken care of here at all and will never come back. Went further down the street to get a second opinion at the ER on north 5th and was immediately given IV fluids and the meds I needed to feel better. That speaks VOLUMES on the treatment I received here. Thank god I have great insurance and could afford to get a second opinion at another place. I will be looking into disputing my visit with this place.

I had an appointment 4 months ago as a new patient and am only putting in a review now because it's been that traumatizing. I found this clinic through an urgent care visit and discovered they also have primary care. I scheduled an appt and provided my insurance info ahead of time. I arrived early for my appt only to be given a hard time about the system showing that my primary care physician was someone else (obviously, because I had yet to establish care at this new place yet). They insisted I have it changed. I called my insurance and they said that's strange and it shouldn't affect anything. The front desk person offered to get a manager for me to figure it out (in a very kind way). Someone comes out, she doesn't introduce herself and I speak with her and she speaks w my insurance directly as well and we do our best to get her the info she needs. Turns out she's a "supervisor" and not a a manger but made comments as if I should have known that. She suggested she can bill me as a no-insurance patient and pay out of pocket and I almost succumbed because I explained I really needed to see a doctor. She then made comments about the "severity of my situation" and that she "doesn't know how serious it is" but also added "this is to just establish care anyway so you can't discuss other issues". At some point I asked her straight up if her concern is my insurance won't cover the visit and they'll be out $100 or whatever. I even asked if she could send insurance the claim and I'll pay any outstanding amount on the bill later because I confirmed the doc is an in network provider for my private health insurance. The amount of back and forth that happened was ridiculous, and she eventually finally agreed to go speak to a manager (I was surprised, I thought she was the manager) and by then after the chat she was willing to have the doc see me but they needed to check if the doc was still willing because she claims I was over an HOUR late for the appt now (which at this point it really had been an hour of trying to work it out). Of course Dr Z wasn't willing to see me anymore but idk if he knows I was ON TIME and early but admin staff did not let me see them. This supervisors name is Ashley, she barely gave me her managers name and refused to provide any contact info or her full name. I see a lot of medical professionals and I don't want to divulge my history here, but this was a blatant way for her to deny care and I wonder if I was being discriminated against. I've since called UMC (other departments) and end up explaining the situation and even they were shocked and said they'd try to figure out a contact in which I can file a complain for them denying care. I've contacted my insurance too to let them know this providers office has awful admin and the insurance company says they can consider terminating them as a provider in their network. The bullying is not ok. And now I still am looking for a PCM but every time I see the great reviews here I get so worked up. I wish it worked out. The nurses on the urgent care side are great. I trust the docs are good too. But the front desk supervisor will deny you care and make it difficult if she decides she doesn't like you. PS I have secondary insurance as well and because the secondary insurance isn't in network for them they are also trained to not add it ... pretty sure that's not how that works.

Edelyn, Julie, & Yolanda were all very friendly and attentive in greeting me when I had first walked into the office as I was there to see Dr. Zeynalov to establish care. Coleen was also great as she had further assisted me with my triage and vitals. Dr. Zeynalov then provided knowledgeable care and exceptional services as he had showed genuine concern for my current state of health to which he had advised his professional recommendations for me to get back on the right track. I am writing this because front office staff in medical facilities I've gone to do not get enough recognition! From before arriving there, I received a call from Edelyn to verify certain things with my insurance so there would be no delay and/or issues at the center. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire time and when I got there, I was greeted by her and during our positive interaction, she was always keeping a smile on her face! That made me feel instantly more comfortable because this appointment was to set up a new Primary Care doctor as I have been reluctant in the past to see one. Secondly, once called into the room the MA (I did not catch the name unfortunately) was so great and added on to me feeling comfortable at the center as she had such a cheery personality all the while helping me further! Lastly, I had a great visit with Dr. Zeynalov. He listened to all of my concerns I had for my health especially in regards to certain issues i was having and I did not feel rushed whatsoever which is the case in a lot of clinics! Upon checking out, the MA (also forgot the name) was very smooth in getting me scheduled and explaining any lasting questions I had. I highly recommend this office as from start to finish, everything was phenomenal!

Clean professional and friendly atmosphere upon arrival to my very first visit here to see my new PCP Dr. Z, Meeting Dr.Z was warming, He got acquainted with my history, asked questions and really listened to my answers, addressed a plan for my continued care that I am in agreement with, I left assured I had chosen a Health Care Professional that will provide good care for his patients individual need and well being. Sadly the excellent APRN is no longer at this location and the newly hired physician (they have only one at this location at this time) does not take my insurance. I was contacted very shortly before my appointment and told I would not see my chosen staff and opted instead to go back to the Centennial location for some consistency in service.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC they are crazy unhelpful and uncommunicative. Called this clinic in december to make a Jan.11th, 4pm appointment with a female provider. They waited until Jan 9th to tell me to confirm an appointment for the 12th at 3pm. I called and told them this was not the date nor time I had scheduled and after 10 minutes on the phone, I finally found out someone re-scheduled me with no notice nor a call to ask if they could reschedule. The reason they claimed this new appointment was for was because the original provider would not be in office at that point. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, sometime front office makes mistakes so I just asked to schedule for a month later on Feb.9th. I come into the clinic, sit for 30 minutes only to find out the provider they scheduled me with does even TAKE my insurance. I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes, front desk had almost 30 days to double check this and yet no one told me until LAST minute. They tried to tell me they could schedule me for a call-in appointment claiming they would call me on Wed. of this week. When I had called to confirm, they told me they'd call me for a possible walk-in on TUES. instead. I informed them to officially take me off their call list and never contact me again. All of front desk has been crazy unprofessional, not to mention none of them even apologized about doing EVERYTHING wrong until i had called in to complain. I truly can't even say anything bad about the clinic itself considering the front desk is the only thing I had any expirience with and they wouldn't so much as let me get any sense of actual healthcare in these last THREE months I had tried to simply get a new patient appointment. DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC they are crazy unhelpful and uncommunicative.

I have been seen here at the Aliante location a hand full of times already and I would like to shout out the amazing staff they have on board! Starting from the front desk Edelyn who did not waste any time getting me checked in and ready for my visit. To the ladies in the back who had conducted my screening before seeing the Doc/Provider. Irene G and Rowena were nice and they show a lot of concern for their patients. They had both explained things during and at the end of my visit. Dr.Priess and Dr.Nikki went above and beyond for me and my needs. I am beyond thankful for their knowledge and experience.

This was my first visit to UMC Aliante and it was great from check in to check out. Amber at the front desk was very friendly. Rowena my medical assistant was also very friendly and very helpful. Where do I start the facility is clean, the staff takes real good care of you getting your paperwork filled out and getting you checked in. The medical assistant Irene G. And Doctor Irene M. Are both very very helpful and hilarious they will definitely have you feeling like your family and care about you getting better. I love coming here and getting them for help. Todays visit was amazing! I saw Nergui “Nikki” Terbish APRN! She was the best provider I have seen within UMC! She went over every detail of my results, history and her recommendations. I felt seen and heard!! Not like numbers on a screen! My visit was quick but never felt rushed! The entire experience at the Aliante location was perfect!
