Dr. Schwartz joined Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada as a radiation oncologist in July 2006 and currently serves as a member of the Radiation Executive Committee of The US Oncology Network and the Clinical Pathways Committee. Dr. Schwartz serves as the Chairman of the Marketing Committee of Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada, and is the Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Las Vegas Cyberknife.

What a great person and doctor!! If you are older, he fits the mold of doctors we had in the past. He is concerned, patient and compassionate. He explains what the steps are with radiation therapy and walks us through every detail and answers all our questions. He will see my husband once a week to quell any anxieties and answer any questions. BTW, he also has a sense of humor!

When Nellis AFB gave me an oncology referral, I was giving a list of providers to choose from. I thoroughly researched all 11 providers and found Dr. Schwartz to have unusually high marks. So I decided to give his location a shot and its a winner. The front office, scheduling team, nurses and Dr. Schwartz all treated me with professionalism, answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed, and now the medical treatment has been topnotch. Definitely would refer this office to anyone who is in search of a reliable oncologist staff.

I was referred to Dr. Schwartz for a second opinion because I was not satisfied with the communication and detailed information that I was receiving and thought that I needed from my first doctor.
Dr. Schwartz is an excellent communicator and gave me an indepth understanding of my condition and a very detailed description of each of my options so that I could make a decision for the treatment that was going to be the best option for me.
Dr. Schwartz is, in general, just a nice guy and made me feel that he is really concerned and compassionate about my well-being.

I had a consultation with Dr. Schwartz concerning my basal cell cancer just below my eye. After reviewing my biopsy report, He explained to me that they could remove all the remains cancer with low intensity, radiation treatments. He reviewed my entire health record and then recommended radiation treatment. I wasn’t impressed with his knowledgeable and low-key approach to my problem.
