Doctor was more than a half hour behind on his appointments. He's great, explains everything thoroughly and has a kind and gentle bedside manner.
This is now, ***1/28/25 *** The doctor has left his work! HE RETIRED.... We didn't know anything about that! I've been going there for over 15 years or so! We are DEVASTATED! I don't know of anyone else! We chose his office after the colonoscopy disaster back like 15 or so years ago! He was someone that lead the charge that exposed the situation! Now what is my family to do, where do we start with our search?

I met Dr. Haikal about 5 years ago when my husband had his first visit at his Windmill office. He took the time to answer some off topic questions. The office staff was efficient and pleasant.

Again, this past week I was at his office accompanying my husband for a procedure. The check in representative was efficient, quick, articulate and pleasant. Dr. Haikal completed the procedure and we were on the road about 1 1/2 hrs later. But what impressed me the most was that Dr. Haikal waited for my husband to wake up from anesthesia to talk to him about the procedure and preliminary results, as well as provided him with pictures from the procedure. What a doctor! But then again I don’t think I would have expected any less than that…exceptional medical service.

I do home health and I have recommended Dr. Haikal a few times in the past 5 years…now I know for sure he will take very good care of anyone I recommend to him.

Thank you Dr. Haikal, I sure appreciate the time you spend with your patients, not just with my husband. You are an asset to this community. Also, your staff is professional and compliments your services.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. If you want to know what's wrong with you and receive great customer service this is not the place. I'm started going to this doctor on my birthdays in April of 2016. I had 3 test done which were an endoscopy, ultra sound of my gallbladder, and a h-pylori test done. Each time I went to my doctor with the results. They could not give me a diagnosis but each time I was given a different prescription or sample of medicine to try for the symptoms I had so I just stopped going. I'm not a medicine person so I wasn't to open to trying differently things and the side affects that go with them such as constipation. So At the beginning of this yr my episodes had gotten worse to the point I wasn't able to work a shift a work. So my job suggested that I take an fmla form to my doctor so that's absences and frequent breaks at work could be covered. Needless to say, again Dr. Osama office was less than helpful. They stated I would need the retake the same test(which came back clear) starting with an ultrasound of my gallbladder. They also stated that they would not fill out my fmla form because I haven't been diagnosed with a chronic illness and I needed to go to a primary care doctor. So I'm stuck in this position. The office wants me to take more test, which I need time off of work to take the test and report back to the doctor each time. The doctor doesn't know what's wrong with me, he can't figure it out so how can I even be diagnosed with something when he has no clue. So I go to a primary care doctor to get my fmla for filled out and then I can take all the test needed and I'd still be cover especially by my job, however my primary care what's the paperwork from Dr. haikals office first. Now I can't even get that done. The lady at the front desk was rude stating she was doing me a favor and hung up on me. Stating she could make me wait 2weeks. Every time I need something from this office I get rude, uncaring individuals. If you really want to know what's wrong medically do not go to this office I beg you.
