I went to this clinic for vitamin injections and had a very bad experience that resulted in a long-term injury.

Leanne administered an injection in my left side glute, and I immediately felt a sharp, electric pain. I told her right away, but she told me it was normal because zinc and magnesium can sting. However, my entire leg became sore, and I developed a large bruise at the injection site the next day. I was in pain for 2–3 weeks after the injection.

Three months later, my primary physician diagnosed me with Trendelenburg gait caused by nerve and glute muscle damage from the injection. The muscle could no longer support my pelvis properly, which affected my walking and balance and even led to a sprained ankle.

It has now been ≈4/5 months, and I am still undergoing treatment with chiropractors and sports medicine doctors and relearning how to walk properly.

What is also concerning is that after this injection, I was never able to see or reach out to Leanne again, she stopped responding to my messages.

I strongly recommend the clinic reviews their injection techniques and safety procedures, as this injury has had long-term consequences on my health and mobility.

Went this morning to get iron infusions. Walked in a little early for my 10 AM appointment. There was security for the building that let me into the building. The nurse came in a couple minutes after 10 AM, but nothing unreasonable. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was an easy stick. Got my iron infusion and under an hour. The set up was cozy… There’s a recliner with charging port that you sit in. It was a bit chilly, but she had blankets. There’s a TV going to keep you occupied for the time that you’re there. Super simple and I appreciate the service being available. Thank you.

We reached out because of all the reviews and it was absolutely awful. We texted ahead of time to make sure they can help our 11 year old as she was getting flu symptoms and was competing that day. See photo of the exchange. We made sure he knew it was for a child and confirmed the appointment. However when we showed up he refused the service referring to her age! So unprofessional to waste not just our Uber money but also precious time on the day of the competition. We were able to find a mobile nurse service and they were nothing but amazing and accommodating. The office is dated. Zero apologies. You get what you pay for, mobile is worth it.

Kolt and the staff at IV Vitamins therapy are always amazing every time I have gone for a vitamin infusion. I have been going there for years at least 5 years or more. Kolt the owner has always treated me and my fiancé like family, always gets us in right away if we call or text. We have tried another vitamin therapy place and it wasn’t a good experience and the quality of the IV vitamins were not good. Every time I go to IV vitamin therapy I feel amazing afterwards and it’s last for at least a week after. Literally sitting outside of the clinic to write this. I had a 10 AM appointment and arrived before the nurse. The receptionist was very friendly. When the nurse came in, it was an older gentleman who didn’t really seem to have it together. I waited about 15 minutes for the IV to be prepared and when the nurse came out to put the needle and I noticed that he was shaking. I thought that perhaps it was just a medical issue So I was quiet and willing to try. I expected the IV in my arm but he put it in a very prominent vein in the back of my hand. He was shaking the whole time and obviously was not able to put The needle in correctly. I asked him why he was shaking and he said that he had just jumped out of bed and ran here. I spoke with the owner, who offered a refund and a free session, but I told him that it did not feel legit. Now I have to wait five days for the refund to go through. My advice – avoid this place.

My daughter and I both suffer from Late Stage Lyme Disease, Bartonella and Co-infection/intracellular infections with compromised immune systems.
