Not even a patient here and every time my family member comes here, it's always about a 2 hour visit. They even say there's only one person working in the back. The music playing in the waiting room is horrible and it's hot as well. No AC running in the waiting room at all. I'm glad I'm not a patient here.

I am sharing my personal experience with this clinic.

I brought my own medical records so they could add them to my file, but I was charged $80 for photocopying so they could keep copies. I did not request copies for myself, so this charge was unexpected.

During my visits, I also had concerns about professionalism, including being offered concert tickets during a medical appointment, which felt inappropriate in a clinical setting.

I also had concerns about the overall billing and the number of tests ordered. After reviewing my insurance statements, I felt the costs were higher than expected, and I would have appreciated clearer explanations beforehand.

I hope the clinic can improve transparency with patients, especially regarding fees, billing, and professional boundaries.

This is my personal experience, shared to help others make informed decisions.

I received a billing statement that did not include any instructions on how to pay, but it contained threatening language stating that it was my final notice. I then called the office and spoke with either Teddy or Antony. They told me they would call me back, but I never received a return call.

I did not receive any medical services from this location. When I arrived for my appointment, the office was running approximately two hours behind schedule. I waited for about one hour but ultimately had to leave in order to return to work.

Please provide at least an email contact if you are unable or unwilling to return phone calls. Also, patients cannot be charged for services that were not rendered. The billing statement lists CPT code 99212, which indicates that I was evaluated by a provider, and that did not occur.
