This is first time in my life that I had trouble getting my insulin and freestyle libre 3 plus blood glucose monitor prescription refill….. I am so mad that I am seeing red. I have half of pen fill left and 3hrs left on my blood glucose monitor…. I contacted them personally, had 3 phone calls with representatives and used their online tool…. No response whatsoever and all I get from receptionist is β€œI will send them messages”….. I am really disappointed and regretful that I switched insurance

Why bother if you can't even get an appointment here. App doesn't work, shows zero appointments available. Wait on hold for over 45 minutes so someone can finally answer, put me back on hold 20 times, then hang up on me in the middle of the call and not have the courtesy to call back.

You. Suck! Sorry, no other way to put it. I'm am out-of-state patient (in Az) maybe that's why I'm not getting anywhere - but still! Dr Aziz, great! Back office - not so much! He ordered PT, 2 providers in my town were unable to accept me because they were unable to obtain necessary information from Intermountain office! I'm waiting for prescription refills - because the local pharmacy is not getting response from the office ! I'm spending 49 minutes on the phone, just to cancel an appointment! See pattern? Beyond disappointed!

The office is conveniently located close to my home. I loved the notifications sent to text of my appointment. The receptionists at the front counter greeted me with hello and smiles, this was refreshing. The wait was not long before I was called to see the FNP-C Kelvin Downing, what a breathe of fresh air. In my opinion it’s the worst location. Has nothing to do with doctor. However, I don’t think he really pays attention much, because your appointment wouldn’t be more than 5 minutes and then he rushes to another room.
Anyway, the nurses (who take your vitals) over there are loud, like to take there sweet time and talk to coworkers while you waiting for like 10 minutes to release you from that room where doctor was with you for 5 minutes. Then, they forget to print a referral and you wait another 10 minutes while she chit chat and laughs with someone behind that door. The bloodwork lady is trying to bill you before even take your blood, interesting fact I’ve never had this experience before with Quest diagnostics. She also can say a comment like, oh yeah, your insurance sucks that’s why. My insurance is one of the best one out there, honestly. Well, the cherry on top is billing department over the phone with (702) area code. The lady is just rude, no hi bye nothing, the only thing is she said, you don’t understand what I’m saying?! So I just asked my insurance to teach her some politeness and then complained. Would I come back to this location? Absolutely not. Go to Craig location instead. Seriously.

All this location is worried about getting their money. Even though I have excellent health insurance coverage. Its a shame Intermountain can't or won't keep Doctors staffed. If I wanted to see the '"janitor" I should at least get a discount!! Been with them for over 2 years 2022-current (11/20/24) & they have lost over 6 doctors in that time. They justify it with placing patients with a PA!!
Unfortunately health care around the world seems to have the very same issue & I'm tired of this being the norm that we just have to suck up!

I have been trying to get my kids immunization records for almost 3 weeks now. Both myself and our new provider (we moved across country) have reached out through phone, email, and fax. They direct me to a records department in a completely different department, that tells me it will take 40-60 days to get to my request because β€œthey have other high valued patients”. When i FINALLY get in contact with someone NOT in records, they say they can send immunizations right away and ask for the fax number to send them too. When i start to provide the number, THEY HANG UP ON ME!
At this point they are physically keeping my kids from getting into school and keeping me out of work to stay home with them. THEY are causing my kids to fall behind academically and developmentally, because they cant get their stuff together. It is just plain ridiculous

Absolutely the worst. I was told to change from my primary to Intermountian because my other primary almost killed me. So I changed. From my first visit 3 months ago after a fall and hip replacement It has been a nightmare. Having a PA tapping her foot, looking at her watch and telling me to get on with it when trying to let her what was going on left me in tears. I got a call from the office manager telling me I was treating her staff with disrespect. I explained I needed more then a 10 minute appointment. She booked me a appointment 3 weeks later. I showed up for that appointment and they were all confused. The Dr. Was out sick! I confirmed that appointment the day before. So now 3 weeks later I had my appointment. Trying to go over my issues, leg cramps after my hip replacement, leg spasms, pain that wakes me up at night. If I call my surgeon they say call your primary. Some kind of female infection going on since before my fall....I even showed her the medication I was given in March. Horrible night sweats, clammy, leg aches and cramps and spasms that keep me up all night......her response was call your surgeon, my surgeon has ditched me and his office says call your primary.....USELESS. So here I am hurt with no help and crying at the middle of the night from cramps, pain and spasms. So what did she do....gave me a piece of paper to call Senior Care. Really? I asked this nasty assistant why she was giving me this. This nasty gal smirked. No explanation. I cried when I got into the car. No care, no help and wanting to pass me off. This location is deplorable. The staff is horrible. I have actually got 4 'Butt' calls that all I hear is the staff laughing. No message. For your health please stay away from this location. Seriously changing to Southwest!

Call your insurance and find a different company that is not this office or Intermountain Healthcare. I scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance. 4 months in they called to cancel it. I asked to speak to someone in the office and eventually a manager. I never received a call. The call center said they can schedule me for Jan. So that would be 11 months to be seen.. ridiculous. I called my insurance and they sent me a list of providers. Made an appointment with another office 30 day wait. I should have just done that in the first place. Don’t settle for this place. There are offices in the valley that are taking new patients. I do not recommend this office at all. Poorly managed office.

If you are trying to get established as a new patient, have high deductible commercial insurance, have somewhat of an immediate need for services, I have been informed that they don't have any availability until January 2024, after cancelling my appointment scheduled for tomorrow 8/10/23 at 8:30 am, and after I completed the on-line check in.

How a medical system finds it acceptable to establish new services for patients several months away amuses me! I wonder if I would receive a different treatment if I came with top of the line insurance benefits and they could easily bill up the wahoo!

Shout out to Robin who just shines like star. However, lets be honest. Primary Care Physicians (the entire US Healthcare system is corrupt) are a huge scam. It's been months and I still have not even seen the Doctor in person. This why it took me so long to be associated with a Primary Care Physician. A healthy lifestyle and nutrition will always out weigh Pharmaceuticals. These Doctors do not specialize in nutrition or prevention. These Doctors specialize in treating symptoms, ordering tests and prescribing pharmaceuticals. People who consume processed food, red meats and who suffer from cutting corners expect some pills to make a quick fix, will love this place. This does not include Doctors who conduct lifesaving surgeries in the trauma centers.

Went in for physical and I am self-pay. They said $120 flat fee. I told Julia Navalta NP that I have had pain on my left side for 6 months. She said she could not address that OR EVEN ORDER LABS for it because it did not fall under a 'general' women's health physical. I would need to come back and pay another $120 for a sick appt. and then she could order labs related to that. She DID order labs I didnt want though, but I thought that it came with the women's pap so I didn't dispute it. 1 month later I have a $550 dollar bill from the lab. Not once did she mention lab costs. At the very least she should have at least divulged each test was a separate charge because I would have said NO IF I HAD THE CHOICE AND IT'S THE LAW! I didn't even need them. Probably, if you have insurance, great, else another Vegas snake oil salesman.

I have been with this clinic in Centennial for years, my Dr. is no longer with this company and they assigned me another doctor but she was on maternity leave and another doctor saw me for my physical. It was not easy to schedule an appointment but when I went to the clinic it was one the best experiences I've had in a medical office. I did not have to wait to be seen for more than 5 min. . The nurse was very polite and Dr. Kelly Van Wagner was very aware of my medical history and we talked about all of it and she gave referrals, she even order my blood test right after so when I left the office I had all my physical exam completed. I was extremely satisfied with all the process and the staff, especially the doctor.

I have had the hardest time finding a primary doctor. My first visit in a long time was 6/10/22. I felt kind of nervous but once I met the lady who takes you back for vitals and stuff I felt so happy. She was such a nice , warm and kind lady. Everything moved at a great pace. My PA listened to all of my aches and pains, she was great as well. The office was extremely clean.

I am so very happy and blessed that I found them. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a real doctor patient visitπŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

In the 9 years that I’ve lived in Las Vegas, this was definitely an outstanding health care experience.
Between nurse and doctor, there was such a great energy and sure made me feel like they care. Definitely how costumer service should be, specially when it comes to your health.

This place was Super clean Tho I had to wait a very long time to get an appointment only to be told that The covering Dr wasn't going to be my reg Dr and I should choose a permanent dr...That was all set then I got home and received a message saying my appointment was moved from 1pm to 2 when my appointment card said 1:30p...We will see how the next appointment goes in Sept

The issue experienced was with Dr Kelly Van Wagner. I spoke with Dr. Wagner about an issue I was having and a route of treatment that I would like to embark on. Dr. Wagner stated she would like to perform blood tests and a urinalysis prior to prescribing me a specific medication. After Dr. Wagner and I spoke I immediately provided samples for her to run tests. All my tests came back normal and I was expecting to be able to try this medication but instead I was told that I was going to be referred to another doctor for more tests. I felt that I was being pawned off. I had a course of treatment that I wanted to pursue and Dr. Wagner was not helpful with me in pursuing this route.

For a medical provider they have been absolutely wonderful. The wait after check-in is never a long, the doctors take their time to explain the diagnosis and to answer questions. I was in and out in 45 mins. Which is the fastest I've ever been seen. The doctor listened to my concerns. It's been a while since I felt heard, not rushed, and that the solution wasn't a "bandaid fix" but that he would help me get to the bottom of it.

They will not take cash, WHY IS IT IMPORTANT ? This is my second health related company who has had their files comprised...this company compromised my IDENTIFICATION They got hacked and now all of your private information has been compromised..I have had 2 of my credit cards used for scams...same cards that I use for services..THATS WHY I CHOOSE CASH....I love my doctor, but the office manager is not so professional...they owe me for a credit that they never credited my account for, the time I was in last year..they don't have good communication, or record keeping a big mistake... like when I came in and was told then, YOUR DOCTOR LEFT WITH HER HUSBAND...they just came in and packed their stuff and left..no good byes...how would you feel going into your appointment with a stranger...at the very LEAST, OF SOME SORT OF PROFESSIONALISM CALL YOUR PATIENTS!!!! and let them know so they may decide how to proceed...so disappointing..but my new doctor is steller..
