i did an endoscopy in february and here we are with still no results. they never once gave them to my provider and never once even emailed my results. when i got diagnosed with sibo the doctor said “you can search it up on google whenever you have time” after i asked him what the heck is sibo??? cool then i get to my endoscopy appointment that was supposed to be at 9, so i was there at 8, when i told them they said it isn’t until 12 but i showed her the email and they go in the back at 9:30 and didn’t get my endoscopy until 11. then after the endoscopy i scheduled for my results march 1st and when i called to remind them of it they never reached back out. and tried to reschedule me for 2 months later. and now they never contacted me for my results ever. i need the board of license for the doctor who keeps not giving me my results. they took my biopsies and when something like severe abdominal pain and bloody stools are involved you would assume a facility or doctor would be able to tell you what it is that’s causing you this. but this facility doesn’t care and don’t waste your time with them, when they won’t tell you you’re results.

I had a follow-up with Alex last week as it's time for a procedure. I had not talked to him in a bit and we picked right up where we left things after our last talk. Share my updated lab results, discussed some items and he want to do a lab follow up and Ultrasound follow up. He's right on looking at everthing and I appreciate that. It’s been almost 4 decades since I’ve had an Endo or a colon check up. Everybody I met was very professional and nice. It was a much easier process than I thought it would be. The recovery room people were great. I haven’t had any adverse effects So far. They found some couple things that were concerning took care of that and I am taking care of that. I’m glad I went.

The facilities are very clean! That is a big plus for me! The nurses and anesthesiologists were super personable and nice. Very professional!

On the day of the procedure, I had to report to the facility at 11:30 a.m. I filled more paperwork; quick and easy. My procedure was scheduled for 12:30 p.m., but I was gone by 12:36 p.m. I love this facility. I was made to feel so comfortable in a difficult testing situation.

Thankfully, I only needed a routine screening colonoscopy. I called for an appointment, and was able to do a virtual (facetime) consult to review my history and obtain recommendations for the procedure. Rx for prep was called in electronically. I have been a designated driver for friends / family undergoing colonoscopies at local surgery centers and my experience at LV Gastroenterology seemed much more streamlined. I received multiple text messages and phone calls to confirm my appointment and to make sure i understood the prep instructions. The person who took me to the appointment didn't have to wait on site, and was given plenty of advance notice for when I would be ready to be collected. On the day of the procedure, check-in was easy, as most forms were able to be completed online in advance. There was about a 30 minute wait after checking in, but then I was ushered from the front waiting room check-in to a changing room, to a staging area, to a bed where monitors were attached and an IV was started, then to the procedure room, to a recovery area, and then to a pre-discharge recliner where your friend/family can come and sit with you until you're ready to go. At all times, i was accompanied by very friendly medical assistants and RNs who kept me informed on the process as I went... which was helpful for me since it was my first time having this kind of procedure done. You meet the anesthesiologist briefly as you're on your way into the procedure room, and the next thing you know you're in recovery. Dr. Cremonini met with me briefly before I left to say everything went well. A post-procedure virtual visit is scheduled ahead of time for about 3 weeks after the procedure to review final pathology results and discuss next steps, if needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Dr. Cremonini is clearly an expert in his field, and I would recommend the practice, and the LV Endoscopy center if you need this type of procedure done.

Do not go here. They never answer the phones, and have extremely messed up billing practices. They have been sending me seemingly random bills - some of which were suddenly sent to me from years ago. And every time I try to call to get answers all I get back is a text saying they will look into it. Then they never get back to me. I’ve been trying to get answers for months and months to get these billing issues straightened out. My experience with the doctors here has been lacking too - certainly not worth all the hassle I’ve been through with billing. I went to their office to try to get help figuring out the billing and no one was at their front desk. They are not properly staffed at all.

Should have the option for 0 stars. I encourage anyone reading this with a similar experience to file an official grievance with your insurance. It takes maybe 5 minutes and helps everyone else. This company will continue to provide subpar treatment to Las Vegas patients until they are held accountable by the insurances they accept because they refuse to listen to their clients.

I went to & listened to NP Lapasaran based on my 2024 results and findings. I was told to stop NSAID use immediately (despite being prescribed by other doctors, who he would not communicate with) and my gastritis would clear up. I came back in 2026 because it didn't despite dealing with my pain without any pain killers for over a year. I had been informed by my nutritionist, PCP and my rheumatologist to look into gut dysbiosis with my gastroenterologist. I came back and mentioned this specific issue during my "virtual appointment" (read: they called me, didn't look at my info, and said he'd call me back when I asked about prior information. No return call received). He brushed off these comments and concerns from other practitioners and told me to concentrate on my symptoms. I described my symptoms and asked how we could get to the bottom of these issues once and for all since it's been 2 years of these issues. He told me he'd call me back. Once again, no return call. I did however, receive an email that he ordered a CT scan with contrast on my abdomen. I asked for a SIBO, breath test, colonoscopy during my "appointment" - nothing. I reached out 2 days prior to my procedure to let them know of concerning new symptoms. No response. Went to the procedure. Guess what? No results on my CT Scan. Reached back out to office, no response. Left VM. Texted. Emailed. Set texts to send every hour on the hour during business hours until I got a response. Finally received one on Thursday afternoon. Good thing it wasn't a life-or-death emergency - but it was urgent and they completely missed the window. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for their inattention and poor care, or even discussing the issues with me, I received a return email from Alex 2 days later asking if they could schedule me a follow up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The offensiveness to not only NOT APOLOGIZE, not show any level of care, but make sure to give me your link to schedule more appointments you can bill me and my insurance for!

An official Insurance Grievance was filed and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. This company will continue to provide subpar treatment to our valley until they are held accountable by the insurances they accept - because they obviously don't care about their clients. So maybe a hit to their income will remind them of the Hippocratic Oath they took and continually ignore. "benefit the sick, do no harm, maintain confidentiality, TEACH RESPONSIBILITY and UPHOLD THE NOBILITY of the profession, EMPHASIZING PATIENT CARE OVER PROFITABILITY and avoiding harmful drugs or procedures, especially those related to life and death, while also respecting patient privacy and recognizing limitations"

I have yet to see this office show any personal responsibility, let alone teach it. There is no nobility of the profession shown here. And there is DEFINITELY not an emphasis on patient care over profitability. Do better.

Making an appointment for my colonoscopy was very frustrating! I initially replied to an email providing all the same information later requested by Mrs Castro tho after my initial email response it took almost a month to setup appointment. I also didn’t understand why I had to have a tele-med appointment, and pay a copay, when the telemedicine appointment asked me the same exact questions I was asked, and answered in my reply, in the very first email I received. I can’t say anything about the doctors as I was never able to see one since they had to reschedule my appt due to a water main break. Not their fault so I’m not grading them on that. However this was my experience. First, this was my very first colonoscopy so I was none the wiser on how everything goes from check in to the procedure. I was called into the back where I was asked to remove my shirt since it was a longer shirt. She said to keep my bra on, no problem. I was then directed to the restroom to remove my pants and underwear. Told me to place everything in the bag and afterwards I’ll be going into another room to wait to be called. The gown was small and I had to hold the back together so my ass didn’t show to everyone. I was never asked if I wanted another gown to put on from back to front to cover me up all the way, although she can tell I was trying to cover up myself and hold my bag. I went to the room to see two men sitting in recliners. I then had to try to put my bag down, while still holding my gown in the back and without bending down. And then get into the chair without showing everything to everyone walking by and to the two men in the room. They had a blanket but I couldn’t grab it and place it around me without letting go of the back. They were no curtains or any type of separation as I’m told other facilities provide to ensure privacy. They call the one man next to me and about 15 minutes later, they call the second guy over. Now I’m in the room by myself when a nurse walked in. I’m thinking it’s my turn. Nope, I was told that they had a water main break and they don’t have enough water in the reserves to do my procedure, so they had to reschedule. Not cool as I’m sure everyone knows that the prep is no fun. They said they can get me in the next morning but I’d have to continue fasting. No problem, I’d rather fast another day than do the nasty tasting prep again. I was directed back the bathroom to change into my clothes. There is no baskets to put the blanket or gown in so I walk out and ask a person walking by. He said he’ll get some gloves. He comes over and has the audacity to ask me to go into the restroom and flush the toilet. Now, I never used the toilet. The man before me went in and I heard him tell them the toilet won’t flush. Why should I be responsible to flush the toilet when I didn’t even use it? But me being non confrontational, I did it. They reschedule my appt and call my husband to pick me up. Later that day, they call and tell me the water won’t be back into later in the day the next day. Sorry, I’m not going 2 1/2 days of fasting. Now thinking back on this whole thing, I never saw anyone wipe down the chairs after one person left. Makes me wonder how often those chairs are cleaned and disinfected after someone’s bare butt was on it. I would think they would do it immediately after calling one back. I called my Dr and asked for a different referral as I will not be going back. Very disappointed. Also, couldn’t they have checked their other locations to see if they had availability that same day or the next morning?

Good helpful staff, DNP Lapasaran was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened which very few providers do anymore. I do wish there was a better system for answering questions than waiting for a text or an email. I had to respond 5 times because the person that responded to my voicemail with an email, wasn’t reading what I was asking. It took a lot longer to do this than if I could have talked to a live person.

Convenient, efficient and informative.
I called to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Cremonini. I was scheduled for a video appointment a couple of days later. The appointment started on time. Dr. Cremonini was helpful, congenial and provided his professional opinion. He recommended an in person exam based on my symptoms. His office contacted me later that day to schedule the exam.

If you are looking for a Gastroenterologist, you found the best one. Dr. Cremonini was really what I was looking for. I did a virtual consultation and he took his time to explain what could be my problem. I did an exam with him and the whole team was amazing. I had a great experience overall with the whole process and feel I can trust him as a doctor.
The office do take a while to respond, but they will get back if you leave a message.
