Only decent thing about this practice is the doctor! She should really have more professional staff that actually act like they like their job and that actually answers the phone !!

We’ve had such a great experience with this pediatric office. The staff is always kind, helpful, and respectful, and appointments are quick and on time which makes a huge difference with little kids. As a first time mom struggling with severe postpartum anxiety, this doctor has been an absolute nightmare. She’s only ever in the room with us for five minutes and rushes out. When she does speak to you, it’s in a condescending/sarcastic tone. She almost never asks what you think or even what your experience has been with your baby, and the few times she does, she doesn’t listen and cuts you off.

After my son’s recent 4 month appointment I’ve had ENOUGH. My son is still a bit wobbly and her comment was “What? Do you just lay down all day?” Those exact words! What kind of doctor talks to people like that? She doesn’t ask any questions about our routine or what we’re doing at home. She man handles my baby for 30 seconds and asks “you don’t do this? Or this?” Basically mom shaming me. And this is not the first, second, or third time she talks to us like this! I leave every appointment so anxious that my baby is behind or that I’m not doing enough because she has ZERO bedside manners.

Then she sends over a summary report with more rude comments and inaccurate ASSUMPTIONS. There’s also always so much random information she NEVER mentioned to us during the appointment. I added a screenshot of the most recent notes. FYI, I work with my baby every day and she would know that if she would just ask and LISTEN.

And here’s the fun part! I saw a different pediatrician today for a second opinion and not only did she reassure me that my baby is happy, healthy and NOT “very weak in his muscles” she actually took the time to ask me questions, thoroughly and GENTLY examine my baby, and reassure me that he’s perfectly on track for a freshly 4 month old. Oh, and she was in the room for more than five minutes and let us finish our sentences. I literally cried tears of relief to have found a caring doctor for my son and I’m pretty sure our new pediatrician is just doing the bare minimum.

I truly don’t understand all the good reviews. I mean she did give us a bunch of expiring formula and asked us to leave a good review in return? Ridiculous. The negative reviews here are more spot on to my experience. Wish I had switched sooner.

They are amazing. The reason why it’s not five stars is the phones , when I call I get a machine says to give the staff a chance to call back within 24hrs but I already have left three messages on three different days and still have not gotten a call back and when the call does get through I was put on hold for 20 minutes and it disconnected and then after that, I couldn’t reconnect with them again. And honestly, it’s only a simple question about my kids bloodwork.

Went to take my 1 month old baby for her first time and didn’t like the drs there they all seemed like they were in a rush and didn’t care to really check my baby’s health was holding my baby with no care my baby was crying with the way she was being held then the dr said she had a heart problem so I went to the heart specialist and they told me she was normal and fine . Being a first time mom is hard enough. I’m soo glad to have Dr Ghaneian as my daughter’s pediatrician. Everytime I leave the office I feel more empowered as a mom. My daughter is currently 5months and loves her. She’s one of the few people she looks at with caring eyes. Her staff are also caring and gentle beautiful people. I can’t rave enough about this doctor.
The offices are always clean and pretty fast service so you’re never waiting long. She’s very knowledgeable and gives honest feedback (what you need in a doctor).

We drove 30 minutes, and the doctor saw us for like 5 minutes. I now understand that when we arrived, the waiting room was completely full, but patients were being seen very quickly — and then I realized why: we were treated like cattle. Everything happened so fast that I didn’t even have time to express all the concerns I have about my daughter. Wanted to have high hopes for this Pediatrician bc of the high reviews and awards she has but it has been a total flop. After 4 months we are changing Dr, not much has improved. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Atousa Ghaneian at Healthy Kids Care Pediatrics at Sunrise. She’s honestly the best! She doesn’t rush through appointments — she takes her time, listens, and really cares about finding the best solution for your child. You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her patients.

She’s been amazing with my granddaughter, and every visit has felt calm, supportive, and positive. There’s a reason she’s number one — she’s kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Also, her team is just as great! Tayde, one of her assistants, has been so sweet and helpful every time we’ve been there. Everyone at the office is welcoming and professional — it makes such a difference.

Took me a bit to finally do a review.
The dr she is great in some aspects and can tell she loves what she does.
Unfortunately, some of the medical assistants is bit rude. Kept telling me it was my fault we never gotten calls. Told them multiple times I have not received them. The other medical assistants they were kind and gentle with my child.

We left due to the fact we never gotten answers why my son was crying uncontrollably, had horrible digestion, he was not sleeping at night, hard tummy. Mutiple trips the ER because he was bleeding and severely constipated.
This practice told me I over fed him... Came to find after seeing a new Dr. They refered me to a GI dr. He had a milk allergy to cow protein. After changing his milk at 11 months he stopped having bloody stools, white stools, throwing up, etc. He is sleeping well, eating very well, healthy weight.

However, she is great Dr for sure. Probably that week when I talked to her about it she was overwhelmed because the following weeks she was out due to being sick. She is only Dr there. I understand gets overwhelming. Thank you for the first beginning months, we did enjoy some of the visits!
We switched to an office who has multiple Dr's so my now two children can better full care.

I bring my 4 year old and 5 month old to this clinic and very happy with their service. Their staff is always so kind and helpful. They’ve always done a great job getting us in whenever we’ve had an emergency. I think it’s very common for there to be a wait time in any clinic you go to. Especially when you’re dealing with children. They can have a hard time and some may need more attention than others and that’s okay. She always answers my questions and concerns. Yes she may be fast at times but she does a good job summarizing everything before she walks out the room. Very thankful I found this clinic and will continue to bring my children here.

I am leaving this review to other parents who read the review underneath this one regarding vaccines. She absolutely does not pressure you into vaccines. She allows you to vaccinate your child as you please even has a form for you to sign where you request to separate vaccines. Of course as a doctor she has to tell you what she recommends and you can choose to do so or not. I have a 2 month old who just had her first round of shots and well check & I can’t be happier about the choice I made to make her the doctor of my child. I 100 percent trust her with the health of my child & I have never felt this confident in a doctor. She answered my questions & did a full check on my baby even found a little hip click the doctor prior never mentioned to me. There isn’t a better feeling knowing your child is in good hands. & she will continue to go here for all future appointments!

My first experience was great and u was happy with my choice of coming in with my newborn son. But as my son started needing to get his vaccines I really wanted to do them one at a time but I was basically pressured to do them all together. Dr.G would tell me that it’s easier for the baby less stress for me and baby and how it was important to just get them all done at once. I agreed that time and them all done. The next few times I came in the wait time to get seen was atrocious. But she was kind but very quick with the check ups.The last time I came in was when my son was due his shots again I was confident in only getting half done and she kept asking me why. Saying that it was easier to just get them done now and save the extra trips, that its too much stress for the baby but I was firm on only doing half now and the rest at the next check up and she then finally told me, “Well okay it’s up to you I make money every single time you come here so it’s fine with me.” She said while laughing. It rubbed me the wrong way I decided to no longer continue taking my son with her. Call me extra but the last thing I want to hear from while I’m expressing my concerns and preferences to my child’s doctor is them talking about their money. Only decided to write till now since I was asked recently by a family member what pediatrician I recommend. Seems like others like her though.

Love the dr she’s super nice. I’ve worked in a few peds medical offices before and this is based off working with some other pediatricians myself. Dr takes a solid 3-5 min max per appt which I feel is super rushed and this is based off my previous visit with her for 2 of my kids. I think she honestly took about a minute on each child for their checkups. It takes me longer walking from that crowded parking lot into the clinic than the time she spend in the room. I know every provider does things differently but this is the fastest most rushed consultations I’ve had / ever seen before given I’ve worked with a few pediatricians myself. Anyways great doctor but not for us unfortunately.

Dr. Atousa Ghaneian is an excellent and passionate pediatrician who has helped our 6 year old daughter tremendously. She is very kind and knowledgeable and her office staff is very helpful as well. Dr. Ghaneian has also referred us to wonderful specialists for our daughter relating to specific issues she is experiencing outside the scope of regular pediatric care. 5 Stars!

I think Dr. G is absolutely wonderful as all her staff. They truly care and have great concerns for my grandbabies. Plus concerns for myself personally. Dr. G has alot of passion and great at her job. You see it her eyes, her conversations while discussing my grandbabies. The staff is wonderful even listening to my story over again. Dr G was amazing I love how she is a smiley person and informative so was the nurse that held my baby while getting her ear pierced I forgot her name 🤣😅. I am only giving it a 3 star because of her front desk clerk whatever position you call that (not the lady that was more inside of the clinic facing the room, she was nice) she sounds like she is not getting paid enough, she is not welcoming at all, and of course I don’t know her name but I believe she is hispanic and short.

Dr.G addresses your concerns before you can even ask. She’s very knowledgeable and caring and I feel comfortable with her as my children’s pediatrician. I just brought my newborn for his first appt since birth and she answered all our questions and assured us that he was doing just great.

Front desk staff very professional, went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to be seen. Back office staff very good bedside manners wrote down my husbands and my concerns. They talked through the visit and explained everything they were doing. Provider answered all our concerns being first time parents and put us at ease. This provider and practice comes very highly recommended and I can see why. Awesome job staff keep up the excellent parent care.

I needed a pediatrician's opinion on stratgies for weaning my son who has food alergies. I was extremely nervous. Dispite not being our family pediatrician, Dr. Atousa Ghaneian did a free virtual consultation to address my conserns. I was reassured, validated and felt a sense of reief after our conversation. Dr. Ghaneian gave me great advice on what to feed my baby now, and how to request future services from our allergiest to ensure my baby can safly be introduced to new foods. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Atousa Ghaneian, I had the pleasure of sitting in on a parenting advice session that she provided with someone (a couple ) that is close to me. The mom was having doubts in her parenting skills as a first time mom, she had a lot of questions, and was in need of professional advice guidance and reasurance. I was extremly impressed at the knowledge that this Pediatrician has and how she was able to share that knowledge so freely. She took her time,and was able to answer all of the questions that the couple had in a kind, thoughtful and professional manner. This one conversation allowed this new mother to walk away feeling like she had not only gained knowledge on caring for her baby, as well as feeling more confident and less doubt in her parenting skills. Dr Ghaneian assured her that she was doing a good job which meant the world to her. I don't have a baby or young child of my own but if I did I would absolutly have Dr. Ghaneian as my childs Pediatrician.

Started coming here as soon as my daughter was born, @3 days old! Went off based off other reviews and I’m not disappointed at all! My daughter -Emyrie- is now 5months and I love this office!
From the very beginning to making her appointment and walking in for every check up everyone is so nice. Shout out to the Front desk girls , always so sweet everytime we check in regardless of how busy they are! And they’re supper good about rebooking which I love cause life happens! The Dr. , MVP love her so much , so funny , so honest and real which you hardly get in Nevada health care! I already recommended her to my friend who’s currently expecting! I love Dr G! Since Iv had my 2 kids we’ve been going to her. She’s the absolute sweetest. The only person I trust with my kids. Her staff are super nice. Horrible experience. My daughter was born premature and this Dr had unrealistic expectations of her and was ignorant of the situation. I found another pediatrician who took everything into account and actually cares for her patients. If you want good care, go somewhere else.

The doctor is great but her staffs are horrible and communication skills off. Today I called 3 times to check and see if my son as a doctor appointment and see if my daughter is due for her six months shot. I feel like the staff is racist and I always felt like they don't wanna assist .

Edit: we visited this practice three times and never came back. My son was wrongly diagnosed with a thrush, prescribed strong anti-fungal medication that was supposed to be topical, but I was told to force feed it to him, not to mention the dosage was two times more recommended dosage for his age and weight. Thank God, I had my reservations about the medication and diagnose (which was made just by looking at my son’s tongue without any swab tests), so I was never giving him full prescribed dose AND stopped giving my son the poison after 3 days (which is bad, but better than poisoning him and damaging his kidneys for 2 weeks) and found a new great pediatrician!

We have just moved here from New Jersey and I am looking for a new pediatrician. We went to one doctor, but my husband didn’t like her. So I found dr. Ghaneian, who is highly rated on the web. She seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but I felt being rushed. Maybe it was my fault, I was late to the appointment. But I didn’t like the nurse! He was in a hurry and not gentle with my 7 months old son during the shots! He just grabbed his foot and stick needles. My son started screaming right away and was inconsolable, which has never happened before. The nurses in NJ were so gentle and careful during shots, my son would cry for a minute at the end and stop. I will try this office one more time before deciding whether to leave or stay.
