Well, once again Aspire SAVED ME! I had a horrible toothache, along with Trigeminal Neuralgia, and after leaving the ER, called the office to see if I could get in ASAP. Well, Annalisa told me to come right over. Upon arrival, I was seen by Dr. Capener within minutes. He is so patient and understanding. I never felt rushed. Dr. C. is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. As I've stated in previous posts, I have DentistPhobia, but the entire staff at Aspire always make me feel so comfortable and at ease.
And, the entire team continues to be exceptional. Assistant Anita always is so very kind and knowledgeable. She truly cares about me and I can feel her concern. Front desk, Lilly and Analisa are always so welcoming and "on it". I had to call back with a request and Lilly listened, understood, and got things taken care of immediately.
I've been to Aspire three times now, all for painful conditions, and I always leave there so much better. Truly, my Aspire Experiences have been so amazing. I'm so grateful for My Team that treats me like family.

As a new patient my first visit was very pleasant.i did not wait long. Everybody was courteous and very nice. 😁The Doctor was very gentle and asking several times if i was comfortable. What I want from an appointment with a Dentist or Doctor is punctuality, no confusion and clear communication. I get all of this with Aspire Dentistry. I have been going to this office for 10+ years and have had the same great Hygienist all of this time! When I had a dental emergency they were quick to get me in and the problem resolved. I have been coming to Aspire Dental for years. Dr. Caepner is the best! He is always friendly, kind, and most importantly, does top notch work! He tries to get to know his patients, and treats us like a member of his family. Once I called the office on the weekend just to see what their hours were, and Dr. Caepner picked up! He said he just likes to make sure his patients are cared for, even on off-hours! I also love his assistant, Anita. She explains everything thoroughly and does gentle work. Christina has been cleaning my teeth for over 15 years and has always provided me with excellent care. My teenage daughters also complete their teeth cleaning and dental work here and have never complained. The office is clean and welcoming. I first found Dr. Capener by chance around 2019. I had visited the previous dentist and received an unexpected bill. By the time I called about it, Dr. Capener had taken over the practice. It was late on a Friday night, and to my surprise, he answered the phone himself. We chatted, and our conversation was so pleasant that I booked an appointment with him on the spot. I’ve been a patient ever since.

Dr. Capener and the Aspire Dental staff are wonderful people who have genuinely improved my life with their expertise and care. Being new to the area, I knew it was time to find a new dentist. When a cap came off my tooth, it expedited my need to find one. Based on positive reviews, I selected Aspire Dental and Dr Capener. From the first phone call until my same day visit, everyone involved in the process was beyond kind and helpful. I was able to get the cap back on and schedule dental procedures to her my dental health back to where it should be. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Aspire Dental.

I recommend this office if you are looking for caring staff and professional service in a well kept relaxing atmosphere. I arrived early and was warmly greeted. Hygienist Christine and I chatted about the holidays and concerns with my teeth. She focused on my teeth maintenance while I watched a video. There was a moment of discomfort and she explained that it was necessary to get under the bridge. She provided me with special flossers to be used at home to help reduce any buildup. We scheduled future appointments. I am satisfied with my visit.

What a great experience! New to Henderson.. I took my mom who is 82 yrs old with dementia and myself saw Dr Capener. The staff and Dr. Carpener are awesome! Professional, gentle, understanding caring and helpful! Cleaning was thorough and gentle! Highly recommend! Dr was personal and approachable. I felt completely comfortable and most importantly, my mom did too. They gave my mom the sweetest care. Mom felt safe and was relaxed during her visit. (X-rays and cleaning ). If you need a dentist or not happy with your current one…. Go see Dr. Capener and his team!

Three people specifically made a great impression on me.

First was Andrea at the front desk. She was incredibly bubbly, kind and friendly overall - just pleasant to be around. That makes such a huge difference / leaves a great impression when new ppl are looking for a new dentist / visiting an office for the first time.

Second was Anita, I believe she’s the dental assistant. She was also so kind and personable, and I really enjoyed our conversation and how down to earth and sweet she was. She also did a great job with my cleaning.

Lastly, Dr Capener was also wonderful! He took his time explaining things to me to understand what was wrong with certain areas or where I was doing a good job with my teeth. I also wanted to learn more about veneers and he took his time to walk me through options and also show me pictures of the work his office had done, which all looked beautiful. Overall he did a great job with my cleaning, I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me but was very honest on what could be done, and him and his office staff were incredibly personable and you could tell they all treated their patients like family / friends - so the culture of their office was so warm and welcoming.

My only feedback was Wendy from the front desk when I called the first few times, was not the friendliest and made me feel a little uneasy to ask any questions. The two questions I asked was whether or not she could confirm I was in fact in network, since through my insurance it was showing I was; however I’ve had situations where I’ve needed to also verify with the office. When asking the first time, she told me to text my insurance details to the office number so they can verify. Turned out there are two phone numbers which still go to the front desk but when I shared it didn’t send, she asked me the number and she said that’s not our number. when I told her that’s the number I called to reach their office with and that it was the same number on Google, she said that wasn’t possible … and sounded annoyed and gave me the other office number I had to text. She never got back to me so I called the day before to reverify and on the call she told me “we don’t check until the day before the appt” so I asked if she could let me know since my appointment was the following day and then she said if there’s an issue with your insurance they would’ve called me and ended it with that.

Wendy could’ve been having an off couple days, but I do hope that in the future, if ppl have questions, it could be met with a kinder tone or more grace. But outside of that interaction, I really loved the office and all the other ppl I interacted with. Again very kind, welcoming office, with a really great Dr!

From the moment you walk into the offices at Aspire dental you feel welcomed and comfortable almost like you’re at home. Dr. Capener is the most gentle, caring , and Perfectionist dentist I have ever been to. I never feel rushed, and he always makes me feel at ease.
