The first time I was in there they were really busy and I ended up having to cancel my appointment. I know that happens. Everyone was super nice and this time I got right in. I was impressed by the arpn and went right over and got some x-rays. Next is blood work.
5/26 update. I've always had really good care here and try to go when it's not so busy. Like the first time. My provider was great, however he is leaving this office so I can't really report on that anymore.

The provider Jasmin and front desk staff are all really great. However, if you’re looking for a primary to help with a referral to a specialist I promise there’s better options elsewhere. I have a current situation that I’ve been dealing with for over a year now. I asked for a referral, it was received, my insurance changed so I needed an updated referral to a different practice. I have been trying since June of this year to get ahold of someone in the referrals department. I thought my situation was getting better so I took a small break with reaching out but it has only gotten worse. It actually affected me during the birth of my baby this year. I tried to reach out to the referrals department again but still no response whatsoever. The phone line doesn’t even ring, it goes straight to voicemail. And you have even worse luck getting ahold of a manager at this location for help. I’ve called and left messages multiple times, I sent in an email online, I’ve left messages with different personal but nobody has been able to assist me with an updated referral. I hate to be that person, but I work in primary care (different age group). So I always try to remain patient with staff and providers because I really do get it. But this? This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. What’s worse is I believe my original referral has now expired so I will have to be seen by a primary provider in order to start the process all over again. I’m in pain, I’m frustrated and I just need help.

When Nerissa was a provider, I left a 5-star review. Since she has left the practice, I have had nothing but terrible experiences. One of my daughters has battled a chronic autoimmune diagnosis for most of her life. She has needed labs ordered and to be seen for over a week. Phone calls are routed to a central office - the person answering the phone struggled to understand the language I was communicating in. That person refused to transfer me to the office to speak with that staff. They left a message for office staff and I was told to expect a call back within 24 hours. That was over a week ago.
5 days ago (on Monday) I called back in because I hadn't received a call. I was routed to a central call line again. That person did transfer me to the actual office staff. That person told me there wasn't an available appointment until a week out. I explained that my daughter was having symptoms that point to her needing labs drawn and her medication levels adjusted. She told me my daughter would have to come in for an appointment so that labs could be ordered. I explained that the lab results were needed in order for the provider to have the information needed at her appointment. I asked that the provider send for labs so that when she was seen (a week later!) we could at least get the medication adjusted rather than having to wait longer. The staff told me they would speak with the provider and call me back within the hour. Daniel, the provider works only Sat - Tues. I waited all week, didn't receive any communication, and called back again this morning (Saturday).
Today the call went to the actual office that I needed to speak with. The staff who answered was nasty from the first sentence of answering the phone. She repeatedly cut me off right from the beginning of the call. She didn't address the fact that I hadn't received a call back when promised (twice) and instead decided to inform me of Daniels' working hours, which I am very aware of at this point. I let her know that I had spoken with someone on Monday and was told to expect a call back within the hour but 5 days had passed. No response. This staff person cut me off as I was speaking all the way through the conversation. She refused to get a message to the provider. Insisted on asking me about whether my child has had labs this year and other unassociated information. Told me that office policy is for my child to come for an appointment so the doctor can order the right labs, which is asinine as its the same labs that need to be ordered every time her meds need to be adjusted. This office writes policies that prioritize billing insurance as much as possible and deprioritizes patient care. My daughter has needed to have meds adjusted for over a week at this point and the office is offering to schedule her an appointment while refusing to order basic thyroid labs that are needed to get her well again.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. As a new patient walking in and seeing charts everywhere behind the counter not a good first impression , being told my appointment was cancelled (which I did not do I had my confirmation) which made me a walk in and would have to an undetermined amount of time (I was not the only persons who’s appointment was cancelled), and just the all around rudeness and lack of empathy for my time and medical needs (I was there to see a doctor). I’ve been a regular at this location in the past, but my recent visit left much to be desired. While the quality of care has generally been good, the overall experience has significantly declined. The online scheduling system is incredibly inefficient, and I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes in the lobby before deciding to leave. There was only one other person in the waiting area, and throughout my entire wait, I saw just one patient come out.

Unfortunately, the staff didn’t make matters any better. The front desk was unwelcoming, and the office itself feels outdated. I understand that delays can happen, but a 40+ minute wait without communication or explanation is simply unacceptable.

Given these issues, I would recommend considering other options until improvements are made.

I have had horrible experiences with medical. I don't like the office. I don't like being around people. I think they are all starting at my ileostomy. So I sometimes have to go quickly...I got 3: prescriptions. First from a Drs office in a long time. I think they are helping it's been 4 days since my Z pack.and I got an antibiotic in the mail today as well for my UTI. TMI?

The receptionist was kind and helpful and welcoming. The nurse was also very kind and attentive ! The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and health issues. He cares about his patients. I would highly recommend this doctor and this office. The wait time was minimal. I was very pleased with this appointment.

The entire staff here is fantastic! I came here from Forte Family Medicine and she requested testing and referred me to specialists to find out what was going on. She is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. This is probably one of the best doctors in Las Vegas. The only negative is it is difficult to get an appointment, but if it is not urgent, you are better off waiting.

Brought my mom here for two visits, waited 40-60 minutes past the scheduled appointment both times so far. If you can't even remotely adhere to your own schedule, stop over scheduling! Air conditioning freezing out the waiting room on cold cloudy days too.

Wow, I finally found a doctor I like, really nice and to the point, can't wait to go back and see him again for my 6 months checkup, I feel like I found finally a doctor that cares about my problems , asks questions and listens.
