I just finished up a very long run at ATI Green Valley, for a pretty shoulder injury. Everybody in the morning is wonderful! They all care about how you’re doing. From the front desk, all the way up to the main PTs, they are all friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I received excellent care!

I don't see why ine ATI on gvr would have different rules of care than another ATI. I requested a transfer 3 wks ago, no one followed up on it.. they say they did not have a request for treating my low back and that I would need to finish the shoulders and kneck before starting or responding to my doctors additional request to treat my low back. It doesn't seem that they are here to help all patients. Imagine g going additional 4-6weeks with back pain in addtion to the shoulders and neck. It makes no sense to me and the wigwam location has always dealt with the whole problem. I'vebeen in PT off and on for many years and have the expectation of having all my problems addressed, and not put on a delayed or extended tmeline. I'm very frustrated, in pain and unsatisfied.

I came here for a disc herniation and sciatic pain. I mainly wanted to address the sciatic pain first..it was awful.
And I didnt have insurance. $86/session. In the beginning I was hopeful. I got an assessment of my mobility/ flexibility and he gave me basic exercises to address the disc herniation. I went twice a week for 3 weeks before I gave up on them completely. After the initial assessment, I never really worked with that guy again. Every day, I got a new therapist...nobody ever asked about my pain, if anything was improving, if it was getting worse. Nobody tried to change the initial routine I was on even though NOTHING was helping the sciatic pain. I was doing exercises EVERY DAY on my own from the papers they gave me and the exercises I did during my sessions with them. They were all nice, but I didnt feel like they were trying to actually figure out what was causing my problem and how to fix it, they just put info into their laptops and told me to do the same stuff every session. Oddly enough, after I quit and started doing my own research and different types of movements for different areas...hips/joints, I started feeling like the sciatica is improving. Still present, but feels like I'm going in the right direction now...by myself. With them and their exercises...every day I woke up with exact same pain and exact same severity of symptoms. So...a bit disappointed with them

My program was set up by Shirley. Assistant PT therapist Corine has worked w me for 3 sessions. She is very good. My insurance communication for payment due regarding my deductable showing met was incorrect on their office. I called ATI Connect and sent verification of my insurance deductable being met. I was told I’d be contacted for the copay amount with in 24-38 hrs. Waiting to hear back. 9/1/26

I am so pleased with the outcome of my postoperative therapy regimen for TMJ (TMD). I feel so much better! The staff is professional, warm and personable.

To my physical therapists: I appreciate Shirley, my primary therapist and James so much for developing a structured plan to increase the mobility of my jaw, thereby minimizing pain. Corrine was also very reassuring and therapeutic. I worked with Ryan on a few afternoon visits who was also fantastic!

I also appreciate the rest of the morning techs: Anthony, Alejah, and Emme and anyone else who I forgot to mention or misspelled. A warm shout out to Victoria who always kept the room energetic and filled with laughter!

I'd give a zero if an option! I called 2 weeks ago and asked if they accepted my insurance plan and was told yes, then scheduled an appt that was 2 weeks out, then filled out their online forms and included photos of my Insurance card and ID and submitted those 12 days before my appt. Today, I get there (and it looks mighty shabby), and the receptionist tells me that they don't accept my insurance!!! No one bothered to call me after seeing my online forms and insurance card in the last 12 days, and not even a 'sorry that you were told the wrong info when you called'. I find it such terrible customer service!! As soon as I checked in, she said there was a note in my file that they don't accept my insurance. Whomever wrote that note should have called me, duh!!! But I got the joy of driving 25 minutes both to and from their location, and didn't receive any service from them. Truthfully, after seeing the place, I'm not as sad, since it looks terrible, but still...what is wrong with businesses any more?!!!!
