I was referred to ATI by my neurologist. Even just at my first appointment I was already impressed with their attention to detail and amazed with their attentiveness. I suggested this place to my doctor because it’s close to my home and I’ve been to this facility 10 years ago. The care is very good. My worst experience at a Physical Therapy facility I have ever had. The staff is primarily Physical Therapy Assistants….who do not explain the exercises very well but once they tell you how many sets or repetitions to do they walk away to help someone else. They don’t monitor the work you are doing to make sure you are doing it correctly.
I saw the Doctor during the evaluations, one at the first meeting and at the last. Spoke with one during my sessions maybe twice for a short period of time.
The online exercises program was difficult to use and every time I used it I are charged an additional $45.00 which I was not told about until after the fact when I saw the charge on my bill.
I had a 7:30 am appointment but the PTA’s didn’t open the doors until 7:40.
There are other physical therapy providers that are more professional, use actual Doctors of Physical Therapy who monitor your progress and are upfront about charges for their services. Avoid this facility if you have a choice.

Uncaring service, poor attention to detail. For each exercise they don't bother to check if you're doing it right or wrong unless asked. Price is within reason, but the billing department gets the final prices very slowly, with a 30-40 day response time, and is frustrating especially when they got it wrong

ATI on west Oquendo is amazing. After having knee replacement surgery, I had to find Physical Therapist that would except Medicaid. The service here is exceptional. Special thanks to Melanie and Brian that help me bend and stretch my knee, I’ve seen improvement in a month. My surgery was on September 24th, I was up and walking by October 25th, with my knee bending at 96 degree angle as to 50, when I first started. Everyone in this office gives exceptional service and are extremely kind.

I went to ATI due to suffering from vestibular and cervical vertigo. This condition also affected my balance. The staff (Katie, Melanie, Sarah, Aspen, Margoux, and Jasmine) worked with me so that my confidence increased. I no longer have the balance issues I had when first starting.

I continue to do all the vertigo exercises they showed me. I have only experience vertigo once since getting help from ATI. I used to get vertigo sometimes five days in a row, a few times a month.

I do realize it is imperative that I continue to do all the exercises they taught me at home to continue to get relief. They have changed my life!

I have been having issues with my hip for 6 or 7 years and finally went to Dr. Bady, Advanced Orthopedic Sports Medicine, he wanted to first try the cortisone shot in the hip and then he referred me to ATI for some physical therapy after. My first visit I almost walked, because I have been cycling for 50 years in the Las Vegas valley, and I was thinking it wasn’t going to work for me. However; I’m glad I stayed! Dr. Qun and crew were phenomenal. Dr. Qun suggested giving it a try and see if it might help me out! They showed me some exercises with the resistance bands, Thera band ball and some leg weights. I have one more session next week but the great thing about all of this is that since I’ve started incorporating these therapy exercises into my routine, I have been almost pain free for the last month, I just can’t believe it! And my cycling is even smoother 🙏! If I can avoid the hip replacement great, that is my goal! Thank you very much to Dr. Qun and all of the therapist at the ATI clinic, you guys have been fantabulous! God bless you all and good fortune to you all 🙏!!!

Well, I have much to say! I was told that the people don’t take their Job serious, and that physical therapy is a nightmare. Well to My wonderful surprise I got an incredible doctor and the people that worked with her have pushed me and have been incredibly kind efficient and down right amazing!!!! This location I’m at is clean, organized, kind and they keep things moving and they stick with you and motivate you don’t rush you. They’re not cruel and they let you know honestly how you’ve done and I’ve never been happier and my life was truly on the line. I’m so fortunate for having everyone there, especially my doctor. I am so glad she was suddenly transferred there, And to my luck, turned out to be a true angel!! They truly care and they truly push you because they care and they are still kind while doing it!! I give them 50 stars;D I couldn’t be any luckier!!!! I might sound redundant, but it is the honest truth, and I look forward to feeling stronger and better and with them you truly get results. I wouldn’t have imagined this in 1000 years.!!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart! They’re amazing❤️

I could not be grateful enough with the entire team at ATI Oquendo!! Their patience, knowledge, guidance, care and attention surpassed any expectations I had at all; Dr Qun , Margo, Layla, Sarah, Angel were crucial in speeding up my recovery from an shoulder and neck fracture that I thought it would never heal.
