The staff at this location is fine. The billing through this company is terrible. I paid the bill before each session and gave them approval to take the payment. I have not had service with them over the last year. They have sent me to collections twice and I am some how still being billed even though each time they reassure me I am all set. I am definitely being over billed for their errors.

Zachary the rudest most unprofessional disrespectful employee ever! Moved my water bottle,by the mouth of the bottle(without washing his hand) and not asking! also moving my bag and tossing it around without asking. Just putting them somewhere in which I had to ask someone where they were put! When I noted to my therapist he acted apathetic. Staff made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome!

The ATI staff on Charleston blvd in vegas are all very pleasant and this place is filled with a lot of giggles which make your stay so much enjoyable each and every staff employees are excellent at what they do I am a stoke and amputee that is learning how to walk again and the entire staff has gotten me to where my legs are strong and with the help of a therapist named Ben I am now in the process of walking with a cane . My experience at ATI seemed to start off well but I quickly started to feel like no one was really tracking my progression or how I was actually doing with my exercises. They would tell me an exercise and then walk away to socialize with their co workers. Anytime I would ask about doing different stretches/tasks it was as if they were guessing if I was ready to move on to another exercise. It definitely wasn’t the experience I was expecting and it started to feel pointless to go so I stopped. I’ve since been working at my PT on my own at home. I loved that the employees seemed to enjoy working with eachother enough to have a good camaraderie, but just wished more attention could’ve been paid to my condition and actual needs as opposed to just continually having me do the same exercises week by week.

The first two visits are great, both individuals professional and timely. And today I stepped in 8 minutes early because of my appointment time, waited there about 30 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t see both of them today.
There were 7-8 people talking all the time and the patient(I) was waiting and waiting after 20 minutes a lady showed up said something and disappeared.

The problem is not a service, but the attitude, not paying attention to someone else’s time, unprofessional behavior.
You scheduled an appointment, I appeared on time, if you can’t make it on time don’t do it. I’ve a few appointments coming up I’m going to cancel all of them.
At the end they didn’t even apologize.

LUMBAR SPINE ISSUE: Having been an ATI customer (@ Charleston & Campbell) since 2002 (4 visits with 4 different ailments), I recommend ATI with complete assurance. Worked mostly with Ben, Vence, and Leti on my last visit (4 weeks during April 2025), appreciating them all. ATI's easy-to-follow home exercise handouts are invaluable. However, MOST IMPORTANTLY, Leti showing me another version of the modified piriformis stretch on the one day we worked together has turned out GREAT! In fact, I'm sure "LETi'S MAKE EXERCISE FUN" inspired me to do her modified piriformis stretch daily during the summer while seated on the second-to-bottom step in the swimming pool. I was there on my 3rd session, October 8, 2025, 8:15Am. I signed in. No receptionist. But I saw about 4 people chatting right on the enclosed corner. Nobody approached me, but everyone was staring at me. I sat down and waited for my 8:30 therapy. 5minutes before 8:30, a guy came in and also checked in. He was approached by one of those people chatting. @8:30, still none approached me. I was ignored. I stood up and crossed out my signed name. Then I left. Never returned. It was disappointing. I will never go back in that facility.

Awful care from an awful un-thorough team. Dr Benjamin told me not to worry about costs as i have insurance and sent me a huge bill weeks after i stopped Physical Therapy. According to these people $4,000 of therapy is you doing jumping jacks and pushups and them giving you an icepack. What they charge is criminal and is nothing you cant do by yourself. This 'professional' help is a rouse. They have no intentions of making you better. Not worth your time or money. You will be better off watching youtube videos than getting help here

After my grandfather’s sciatica episode that sent him to the ER in an ambulance I had no idea where to go. His primary care physician gave us a referral for ATI. As someone who moved from CA and with little to no connections we had no choice on where to go or who can be recommended. However, I am grateful for ATI as everyone has been kind and supportive to not only my grandfather, but to me as well.
From finding out the cause of the problem, to new pains, to providing equipment bands and guides to take home, and the knowledge they share to complete everything at home.
I hope my grandfather does not need to continue going long as I want him to be relieved of his pain, but if he needs to continue I am glad it is with this location.
