As a medical professional myself, I am naturally critical of clinical standards, but Regrowth Hair Restoration sets the bar high in Las Vegas. I recently completed a phone consultation with ReGrow Hair Restoration and was very disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice.

The consultant, Sophia, conducted the call in an unprofessional manner. She used inappropriate language and cursed multiple times and focused heavily on criticizing other clinics rather than clearly explaining ReGrow’s own approach, techniques, or strengths. The conversation felt more like a sales pitch than a medical or educational consultation. She clearly had little to no medical background or experience.

Additionally, the information provided did not inspire confidence. The consultant appeared unfamiliar with modern hair restoration techniques and offered explanations about medical practices that were either inaccurate or irrelevant. At one point, she referenced outdated information from a conference attended 7 years ago, which raised concerns about how current their knowledge and practices are—particularly regarding DHI procedures.

Overall, the consultation felt highly standardized, as though every patient receives the same treatment plan from a script with little to no customization based on individual needs. Given the lack of professionalism and clarity, I would not feel comfortable trusting this clinic with a medical procedure. Sophia had a condescending tone as she attempted to explain a proper hairline, and the information provided was much more opinion based rather than a scientific or logical approach.

What was especially disappointing is that the pricing did not reflect the quality of the consultation. While marketed as a more affordable option, the cost was still relatively high compared to similar clinics offering a more professional and informed experience.

I am a new customer. I recently had my hair work done this weekend. They are very professional and also nice people. The procedure was not painful at all and I was treated very well. So far everything is going great. I will update as my hair transplant starts to grow. Also not as expensive as some of the other companies like Bosley. It's been just over 7 months now and my hair is growing in nicely. I'll put in a photo to see the results. This last picture is 3 years after my surgery. The front is good, but the top of my head never grew in very well. The is after a 2nd surgery. Im going to now give a 4 star rating which includes the good service and care I had to make 4 stars. 5 stars was to much because of my spotty back of my head results. I believe they tried there best.

This is the worst business I’ve ever encountered. I spent $8,000 on a hairline transplant with them, hoping to regain my confidence. However, the results were disastrous. After I began expressing my dissatisfaction, they abruptly stopped communicating with me. I sent them pictures of blood seeping out of the transplant areas, but they remained unresponsive and offered no assistance. As a result, my hairline now appears worse than before the transplant. I’m determined to take legal action against them. I can’t believe I wasted $8,000 on such a poor service.

Absolute worst experience of my life. These guys are butchers and RUINED my hairline. They put grafts containing 3 or 4 hairs right at the front of hairline so it's looks like pluggy dolls hair. They drew my hairline so bad like a feminine hairline and now I have irreversible pluggy hairline with no density. I had to go to a REAL hair transplant clinic and pay thousands to have it repaired and done properly. Also they use a very large guage extraction tool so they scared the donor area of my head really bad also. These people RUINED my hair! They take no responsibility either after I complained several times. STAY AWAY!

Initial Review 10/3/2023:

Hair transplant was generally good, staff was caring. However, the numbing during the frontal graft placement was ineffective and very painful. Pushed through it. Will update with results in a few months.

11 Month post-op:

Density is significantly lacking, scalp is clearly visible. Despite my pre-op emphasis on density, the results are thin. Their 'guarantee' was dismissed, stating it looked 'fine.' Unsatisfied with the outcome.

1/30/2025 Update:

Dr. Logan reached out personally after reading my review, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient satisfaction. He offered and performed a complimentary corrective procedure on February 6, 2025. The technician, D, was incredibly skilled and attentive, making the experience positive. I'm now optimistic that the density concerns will be addressed, though it will take time to see the final results. I'll provide an update later.

I recently had a hair transplant on February 8th 2025. I was very skeptical about getting one. I had a video conference with Dr. Logan. From the start he made me feel welcomed, he asked many questions. He seemed very interested in hearing what my goals were etc.

I finally took the leap and locked in a date, for the price $2 a graft. I didn’t need as much as most. I had thinning on my crown, and some mature receding. 2500 grafts in total.

I flew my significant other and myself out for a weekend get away and Enjoyed the night out before surgery.

During my waiting period before surgery, any questions , comments or concerns were answered in a timely well mannered. (I live in Ohio)

I arrived to the appointment with the patient jitters and nerves. I made the mistake of reading Reddit reviews about this place. ( most were 50/50) I was getting wet feet about it all. But, I can confidently say, From the start , when I arrived , NP Christine Brunet made me feel welcomed and assured me all was going to go well. Went over all the protocols and what to do, not to dos etc. I met with the surgeon technician. Dee. She was a delight and handled me with top care and concern from the start to the very finish.

From Dr Logan to , Ms Brunet and Dee . they were all very happy too see I had very strong donor hairs and good thickness to my hair I still had. They’ve given me high hopes that this operation will make a world of difference.

While I’m only a few days post op, dealing with the feeling and aching, I can say they had a nice , clean, professional office. They treated me very well. They purchased lunch for me and fed me many protein bars and waters throughout the surgery. I’m a bigger gentleman, I lift and stay active and usually eat a high 3-3500k diet daily. So I was way under my maintenance. But, as I stated, Dee made sure I was comfortable.

I want to express that Dee treated me very professionally. Anytime I mentioned or she could sense I was in pain , she acknowledged it and helped alleviate the discomfort or pain. She worked vigorously nearly 13 hours on me !

While I can’t speak for the results just yet, I can speak in their customer service , as well as their hospitality ! Top notch service. I have high hopes this surgery will give me the well rounded head of hair I’ve been looking for.

I'm a physician from Florida, and I previously had a procedure at Bosley. However, I had the best experience at Regrow in Las Vegas! The nurse practitioner made sure I had my medication before the procedure. I felt comfortable the entire time, enjoyed a great lunch, and watched a couple of movies on Netflix during the procedure.

I finished around 7 PM, and by 8 AM the next morning, I felt completely normal. I'm flying out tomorrow. While I'm sure everyone there is wonderful, I personally recommend asking for Dee. At Bosley, I could tell that the staff wanted to leave at 5 PM, but Dee assured me she would stay as long as necessary to ensure I got every single hair follicle I paid for. She consistently checked in on my comfort and made sure I didn’t feel anything.

I normally don’t write reviews, but instead of traveling overseas, you can get an affordable and high-quality procedure at Regrow Las Vegas.

To start with, I absolutely adored Logan’s positive and matching sense of humor as this created comfort in the initial decision making. His staff are just incredible and were highly focused on making sure they were meticulous n every step. Each graft was counted and sorted for accuracy and quantity. The spacing from the donor site couldn’t have been more perfect. When it came time to address hairline we spent adequate time finding the perfect solution for my facial features which will give me confidence to go outside without a hat for the first time in years. I shopped around for a year before getting this done and before you think of going to a general plastic surgeon or anywhere like Bosley I implore you to consult with this facility.
