I came in first thing this morning to make an appointment for a gum infection. I was told that if I was willing to wait, they would do their best to work me into the schedule. I didn’t have to wait long before I was taken back to be evaluated.

They took X-rays, and Dr. Casteel listened carefully to my concerns. After reviewing the X-rays and examining the issue, Dr. Casteel was able to diagnose the problem and prescribed an antibiotic to treat the infection.

I really appreciated how quickly they were able to see me and take care of the problem. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. It was a great experience, especially considering I walked in without an appointment. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Laurie, the BEST hygienist, is everything you want when you go to the dentist. She is personable, knowledgeable and fun. She is very thorough when cleaning and really takes the time to ensure your comfort. My husband recommended this office after I “broke up with” another dental practice. I couldn’t be happier with his suggestion. The Dentist is also very interested in ensuring that any issue regarding my teeth is tended to. He suggested things that I need to have done and formulated a plan to get them done.
I can’t recommend this office enough. They are top notch with technology and personal touches-making the visit to the dentist a breeze!

The clinical care team here is kind and professional, but my family’s experience with the front office and billing management was completely dysfunctional. We encountered a pattern of billing errors and non-existent communication.

I was overcharged for a procedure and ignored for three months, ultimately forcing me to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. My wife was also billed well over her signed estimate after the office mismanaged her insurance prior authorization and failed to check her policy’s waiting period. The procedure was preventative and would have been fully covered if scheduled just two months later. Instead, she was hit with a $500 bill, and her repeated requests for clarification were completely ghosted. Ultimately, we had enough of the administrative issues and have moved on to another practice.

Note: This is currently a 2-star review based solely on our customer service experience. If management responds to this review by deflecting accountability rather than addressing the systemic issues, this rating will be lowered to 1 star.

My first visit. It was amazing. Dr. Casteel was super friendly, professional and explained 2 different proceedures for me to choose from and explained very well why it was important that I had one or the other procedure done. I was given copies of both types of proceedures and brought them home to share the info, encluding the cost of both. Surprisingly, my husband was for the more expensive one and I was thankful. Also, the assintant seemed like a best friend. She is awesome too! I have never been so comfortable in a dentist office like I was today..I will deffinately become a patient.

On Monday afternoon, April 27, 2026, I had an appointment with Dr. Karson Casteel, DDS, and with Laurie, who is a registered dental hygienist. I have been coming to this dental office for quite some time. If I could do so, I would give both of these individuals ten stars, a numerical score of 100 out of a possible 100, and a letter grade of A+. Dr. Casteel is the best dentist that I ever had. Laurie is best dental hygienist that I ever had. They both are caring, thoughtful, compassionate, kind, and warm. They both have an excellent bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office.
