The office is really welcoming and when they have x-rayed my teeth, they explained everything- i knew theyre goinf tk extract one of the decayed top right molar. And hey- after gettinf my gums nice and numb they took it out, im really thankful on that. They filled some of my teeth so- that ones cool too. Hay lugares donde uno simplemente va a recibir un servicio, y hay otros que realmente te dejan una impresión bonita y difícil de olvidar. Bellisima Dental es definitivamente uno de esos lugares.

Desde el momento en que llegué, me hicieron sentir bienvenida, tranquila y en muy buenas manos. Todo el equipo transmite mucha amabilidad, paciencia y profesionalismo, pero quiero destacar especialmente a **Fátima y Esme**, porque el trato que tuvieron conmigo fue verdaderamente excepcional.

Hoy en día no es fácil encontrar personas que, además de hacer bien su trabajo, tengan la capacidad de hacerte sentir escuchada, valorada y cómoda. Fátima y Esme tuvieron una paciencia increíble conmigo y me trataron con muchísimo respeto, cariño y dedicación. Se nota cuando alguien simplemente está haciendo su trabajo y cuando realmente le importa la persona que tiene delante, y con ellas sentí esa diferencia desde el primer momento.

Nunca me hicieron sentir como una paciente más. Se tomaron el tiempo de atenderme con calma, explicarme todo y hacerme sentir segura. Algo que normalmente puede causar nervios, como una visita al dentista, terminó siendo una experiencia muy agradable gracias a ellas.

También quiero agradecer a todo el equipo de Bellisima Dental. Desde que entras hasta que sales se siente un ambiente bonito, organizado y humano. Hay muchos lugares donde pueden hacer un buen trabajo, pero no en todos encuentras esa combinación de profesionalismo, empatía, paciencia y corazón.

Salí no solamente satisfecha con la atención, sino sinceramente agradecida por haber encontrado personas como Fátima y Esme. Personas así son las que hacen que uno quiera regresar y recomendar un lugar con total confianza.

They overcharge and want you to pay for service that you don’t need and even after knowing. Everybody from the staff to the head dentist is extremely kind and patient. They helped me when I had a bad situation coming from another dentist who let me walk around with a cavity until i needed a root canal. The best experience I’ve had at any medical facility hands down. From the initial call to schedule and emergency same day visit to the end was truly exceptional. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and had all of my information loaded on a tablet ready for me to fill out. The dental assistant (Zee) was so kind and caring and gentle. She took so many pictures, X-rays, 3D images of my tooth (and all my teeth per my request). The Dentist was so nice and thorough with me about all of my options. The billing specialist gave me a clear and detailed explanation on my benefits and all my options. I never felt pressured or like they weren’t willing to work with me. Checking out was very easy and all of my after care instructions were ready for me. The facility itself was immaculate! Very clear and brand new everything. The dental imaging equipment was very high tech. Nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Needless to say my experience was excellent. Exceptional. The people here really care about you. I know this because these ladies let me come in 30 minutes before closing and did all of my dental work same day until 7pm. I Never felt like a burden to anyone or even slight annoyance with me. Hoy descubrí que tengo una infección y que necesitaré una endodoncia y un puente. Ellos tienen un endodoncista que trabaja allí, por lo que podré hacer todo allí.

El personal consultó con mi compañía de seguros y descubrió cuánto del trabajo cubrirán y cuánto debo pagar. Y dividirán el cargo en pagos para que no tenga que pagarlo todo de una vez.

My wife and I have been going to this dental office for over 5 years. After my examination and cleaning, Dr. Jamie Toop explained the concerns she had concerning my teeth, identifying problems that should be taken care of as soon as possible, as well as potential problems that I might have in the future.

The staff is very friendly and courteous and and almost everyone working in the office speaks both English and Spanish! I am a native English speaker, so I am cared for in English. However, my wife is from Mexico, and she converses with the staff in Spanish. She describes any problems that she is having and receives all her care in Spanish.

The staff works with my insurance company. Before performing the work, they call my insurance to find out the percentage that the insurance will pay, and I am charged only what is not covered. Most importantly, they will call before doing the work, so I am able to decline in case I am not willing or not able to pay at the time.

I recommend Bellisima Dental and Orthodontics. They are certainly a 5 star dental practice!

Office staff speaks both English & Spanish!!

My boyfriend came in for an emergency tooth extraction we did not wait long at all in the lobby. Got called back soon and effortlessly. X-rays were taken and the Dr. Toop soon came in to speak with us and provide us multiple options of how to proceed with treatment and what would be best. My boyfriend has had a terrible experience with a different dental office and he had brought up those concerns to Dr. Toop and she listened attentively and Monica was there to provide ease and lighten the mood. I was then able to speak about financing options with both Samantha and Monica and they were both a really big help. Samantha super friendly and was able to answer any and all questions they I had and she was able to describe in detail how the financing portion worked. Overall a very great experience even my boyfriend (the patient) had said so himself he felt super comfortable did not feel on edge all his questions and concerns were answered. Will 100% recommend to anyone also getting an appointment was not difficult whatsoever.

I had such a great time here everybody is so friendly it's such a nice environment got all the perfect feminine touches and you almost forget you're at a doctor's office and the best way I was able to get some cheek fillers and Botox and the results were amazing and immediate and the girls were so friendly and patient and had the best bedside manner when doing my procedure I was able in the same day to get my teeth x-rayed and get a dental exam and now working I'm getting my teeth taken care of here as well. Bellísima Dental is the only place I’ll go for dental care! The staff and dentists are caring, kind, and very professional. I leave every visit feeling good about my dental health and knowing that I’m in good hands. Dr. Afshari always takes time to discuss treatment, make sure I understand, and make sure we are on the same page about desired outcomes. I’ve been to many dentists over the years—it’s not common to find a dentist, staff, and office manager that care as much as these folks do. Highly recommended!!

On my trip to Vegas I had an emergency situation from a fall where I suffered serious injuries to my face and had to see a professional right away. I found Dr. Afshari and was so pleased to learn of his expertise and knowledge in handling a case like mine which may have resulted in permanent disfigurement if not treated right away.
