I didn't have to wait long to be seen...the staff was friendly and the M.A.s were effient and kind. Laura Saberola, NP-C was wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. I felt very much at ease...this was the first time being seen with this new primary and I'm very happy to have switched.
My follow-up visit was great...Pam my M.A. was wonderful...both Pam and Laura Saberola were easy going medical professionals. And the wait time was ridiculously short.

I arrived 15 min. early as requested and was given 2 documents to complete and sign as well as 4 documents I was told just to sign without completing. Being uncomfortable signing a document without filling any information in I asked the receptionist why she would be asking me to do so. She said "this needs to be done annually, we already have the information, and I will fill it in for you since we already have all the information". I told her I'm not going to sign anything prior to the information being entered so please fill in the information now and I'll sign it after the information was entered. She then contradicted herself and said she will not fill it in for me. Again, the office already had this information (address, phone #, wife's name and #, insurance info, etc.). Having already provided my insurance card and drivers license when I arrived I felt this was a total waste of time and asked her to just print out the completed form and I will sign it. She said she would not. I entered only "insurance info already provided" and "N/A" where asked to provide my SSN. Frustrating.

After waiting 20 minutes I was brought into the examination room where I was told the my primary care physician, Dr. Duggal, would not be there today and I would be seeing a nurse practitioner. I waited in the room for 15 min.

The only reason I was there was to review my recent blood test results and discuss issues/concerns with my doctor. The entire visit took 50 min. of my time and I talked to the nurse for 10 min.
She was nice but she was not my doctor.

Miss Saberola is fantastic. She listens to me, takes the time to talk with me and understand my current circumstances and how they affect my health. When I tell her I think something, she takes me seriously. She is a valuable clinician and I would recommend her to anyone asking me about where to get healthcare.

Update: I just saw Miss Saberola for my first appointment this year and she was celebrating my medical results with me. She's really great. If your insurance covers Intermountain Healthcare, I highly recommend seeing Miss Saberola.

It was just ok .the nurse practitioner came in and checked me and prescribed an antibiotic for me and said that she would check if a nebulizer was available and would then give me a treatment right there but she forgot all about it .i had to ask the nurse and then I got the treatment.she prescribed a nebulizer and I was sent home with one but again she forgot to send the medicine for it to the pharmacy.on going to the pharmacy I find that she sent in only the anti biotic.i had to call back her office and remind her and I had to make two trips to the pharmacy because of that

Laura met my wife and I in an examination room, greeting us warmly and together we discussed changes in health since our last visit. We reviewed recent lab work and then discussed ongoing and new concerns. Laura is very patient and thorough explaining and discussing our health issues and concerns. She reviewed our records to make sure we were up to date on all medical needs such as vaccines, appointments with specialists and provided available options and advice regarding questions we asked. Overall she is quite professional but with a caring and kind demeanor. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable with Laura and we hope to have her as our primary care person for many years.
