honestly the most unprofessional place
i’ve seen. my mom has had multiple appointments scheduled and every
time we show up they are not open. they never call to give anyone a notice that they are going to be closed for the day and to reschedule appointments. i don’t understand how it’s that hard to call and let patients know that they won’t be open WHEN THEY’RE THE ONES SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT. it’s a waste of time and gas. they also never answer the phone. i have been on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES and no one answers or gives you a call back. it’s honestly ridiculous. they are very unprofessional and unorganized.

For whatever reason I was lied to by the lady on the phone and she told me they were open until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights this was at 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 9:00 p.m. or just thereof to my surprise with their doors locked and no correspondence after attempting to call them and email them! I drove all the way across town because of their rating on the internet was so high. That was a farce I do not recommend this location at all due to the facts if they can't be honest over the phone about their operation or business hours, they're certainly not going to be able to trust them with their practice!

Went last Friday for blood work & was told I’d have my results Monday. Called 15 times Monday before I got an answer just to be told I’d have the results called back to me in 40 minutes. Never happened. It’s Tuesday now I called all morning, all evening & got an answer finally at 5pm then was put on hold for 40 minutes and hung up on! And no answers each time I called back. You’re better off going to an ER.

I've been going for months now to this Clinic in Green Valley ( Henderson). They have become my primary doctor, very clean place, spacious, and the personal is very professional, starting with the nurse and front desk people, they're helpful and always smiling, the Doctors are very polite but more important they take the time to listen to you, not like other places where they make you feel they only care about production by selling procedures you don't need. I really recommend this Clinic.

Horrible customer service. I came in on a Friday for some symptoms I had, they said they would have results the next day and prescribe something, I didnt get any callback on the next day, then I sunday I get a voicemail saying I didnt have anything, implying my symptoms were delusional. I called back on Monday, left a message also left a voicemail and never got a returned call. I was forced to go another clinic to get the medication I needed. They practice bad medicine and horrible customer service. -_-

Came in due to stomach issues and nausea, and was diagnosed pretty accurately and treated promptly. I must say compared to other urgent cares, I felt this one served me best, and addressed my needs. Other urgent cares I either visited or used were definitely either filled with rude staff, or lack of communication from providers. I have to thank you all again.

They tried to charge me for doing a strep test telling me it wasn’t covered by my insurance, but told me if I wrote a review, they would give me the test for free. These five star reviews are not accurate. The nurse practitioner tried to give me medication before performing the test, even though she didn’t know if I was positive. The office itself had very minimal equipment but the staff was friendly. I just don’t necessarily agree with these medical practices. They are a great urgent care facility if you already know what is wrong and what you need but if you’re looking for a diagnosis I will go elsewhere.

I thought there was something a little odd about 65 reviews and all 5.0. But I went with it, because I needed a short notice urgent care facility.
I have to preface this by saying I did NOT receive medical care and never saw beyond the waiting room. The care could be great . . .
I arrived at 10:50 am for an 11:00 am appt which was only made 90 minutes earlier (early to do paperwork). The front desk was polite and helpful. The TV was blaring Little Mermaid 2 to only 2 people besides me. I told the desk that I was going to take one of the chairs into the lobby to wait. So I waited, and then waited some more. After an hour, I walked back in and just said this is basically unsat to have received no updates. The girl said she was just about to bring me in.
Interestingly, I am not even sure if there was a Doctor or nurse on site because I signed acknowledgements about "telemed" like I might be communicating by TV to the doc.
Anyway, I did not get an overall good feeling so I departed. I found another facility less than a mile away that gave me first class service with very little wait.
Just had to kind of warn some others that maybe the 65 5.0 reviews could be inflated.

I was welcomed by Brittney, who additionally was the one that took me and my mom in to see the Provider. She was cordial and proficient. Joseline then, at that point, took over and did my moms and I blood work and I was amazed by her consideration as my mother and I are hard sticks. She also had the ability to administer IVs, which caught me off guard. The Provider was additionally cordial and effective, I would definitely recommend this spot to establish care.

Thank goodness for this clinic! I was feeling really ill and suspected I had Covid. I searched for hours one morning to see if I could get a test only to find out that most places didn't have tests available anymore or that wait times were up to 4 to 8 hours! I can across Complete Family and Urgent Care and was so glad to hear that they could get me in.

The clinic is really nicely set up, very clean and the staff was extremely professional. I waited for about an hour, which was what the staff told me to expect. When it was my turn, the physicians assistant was so nice and empathetic about my wait time. I told him, it was completely fine and I was happy that they were so accommodating and took less time than other places! He was very clear in what in his directions and walked me they every step of what to expect. I got my results back within 2 days and was able to also consult with a doctor around some medication to help my Covid symptoms. With how scary everything has been with the spread of Covid, I really appreciated how much they took care of me and how clear they were when I got tested and how I should take care of myself after testing positive. I think that was what helped me the most, was the reassurance and clarity they gave me thru the whole process. I would absolutely recommend Complete Family and Urgent Care!

Came in today with a friend that sprained her ankle and had the pleasure of dealing with the office supervisor Alfredo. It’s a new office that is an extension of their main one that he was operating independently, which in no way negatively impacted his medical care or attention. He greeted us kindly, quickly did a medical history statement and physical assessment. Then X-rayed her ankle and FaceTimed the doctor from the main office from the exam room to give her evaluation and diagnosis. Although my friends insurance wasn’t accepted, the office visit cost was still reasonable which included her X-rays, after care referral, and prescription. Alfredo was amazing. Incredibly professional, quick and diligent. We were in and out of the office with all needs met in under an hour. 10/10 would recommend this office.
