This office is run like a military unit, starting with a sparking clean enterior.
The warm reception makes me feel healthy already.Timings is kept to the minute, which contributes to my well-being.
Karen the nurse practitioner , my Savior, with knowledge, compassion,and professional abilities, surpassing some of the MD 's l was consulting.
Great parking,cookies, coffes,and lots of smiling and laughter from trained staff.

I've been going to center well for a few years The location on Decatur currently has no doctors they will not forward referrals prescriptions or insurance authorizations without one and they don't know when they're going to get another one. One doctor that was apparently only there a few months refused my authorization for ostomy supplies. I don't know how he thinks I'm going to deal with a hole in my stomach and feces leaking out of it if I don't have the supplies to contain it.

Centerwell cancelled my 92 years old father’s appointment that he’s waited 2 months for the last minute at the Flamingo & Decatur location! I took the day off (which was difficult to get since my work is so busy) to accompany him to the appointment, but they said his appointment has been cancelled. The provider he’s scheduled to see is in a meeting and cannot take him. I asked them why didn’t you call us? They said they did call the day before to let him know and left a message. They lied. We checked his voice messages and there is nothing in there. We now need to find another primary care, and most are 2-3 months out. What a crock of shituation they put us in. I thought Centerwell is an ideal place for him to have a PCP since he is 92 and they specialize in senior care/geriatric care, but they don’t care. They didn’t bother to try and correct their mistake by offering an alternative date within a reasonable time frame. They’re unsympathetic and uncaring. You do not want to take your loved ones here!

I am heartbroken, my dear husband passed away. He had gastric cancer. I want to say I just love dr tran. He listens, and he did all he could do for my husband. Because of financial reasons im going to be moving back to okla. For one I need to learn to be by myself. I would love to get to say goodbye to Dr. Tran. I hope I get to.

This place is a scam. It takes weeks to get an appointment if there are multiple issues with just a couple of sparsely available doctors. Otherwise, they limit their time with the patients to 20 minutes and one illness. If there are more problems, he'll have to come back another time. Information on current medications and conditions are incorrectly recorded and never updated. I had an appointment cancelled and rescheduled because the doctor limited his time to two patients and I happened to be the third one.

This clinic caters to senior patients. The staff , Bree and Danielle are always very friendly and helpful. The clinic is always immaculate and very comfortable.There is never a long wait for my appointment. They even offer snacks. I love Dr. Mckeown . I have been taking my parents here for years. They treat them so well. From the ladies up front like Bree, Erika, Jordain, and Cristy, to the medical assistants like Eve. Even the blood draws are great, my mom always compliments how she doesn't feel a thing when doing a blood draw. Nurse Practitioner Rosemarie Carandang shows that she cares and treats them very well. I have visited the doctor at this office, had blood drawn and had referrals to the appropriate medical facility for quite some time. I have nothing but praise for each and every member of the staff that I have encountered. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. I do a quarterly lab work and follow-up office visit to the Spring Valley,
4001 S Decatur Blvd., Ste 25 Las Vegas NV 89103. Dr McKeown, Dorothy, Eve, Bree, Erika, and Jordaine are extremely friendly, professional, helpful, thorough, and respectful. They use your name when addressing you. Your visit is pleasant, your questions are answered politely with a smile. The doctors take their time explaining test results and recommendations. Their follow-thru on referral is impeccable and quick. CenterWell Senior Primary Care's other amazing service is transportation for those who doesn't drive. Telephone calls are immediately answered.

I have been a patient at CWSC-Spring Valley over 3 years now. Because of this, the Spring Valley team's care and amazing service had me bringing a new patient for Dr McKeown.

I recommend this office due to the location, a guaranteed great relationship with the doctor, the on-site Lab is convenient, PLUS the welcoming atmosphere from Bree, Erika, and Jordaine have you relaxing while you enjoy the fresh brewed coffee and delicious treats.

Sick care only. Quick to push drugs rather than lifestyle and diet changes. Needed a referral as a follow-up from 2 urgent care visits, repeatedly called them but never got a call-back. After more than a week of this, finally went to their clinic without an appt, and insisted on seeing staff to get the referral. When asked to review notes from prior visit, it said they treated the wrong foot, and didn't have accurate medication updates. Fired them.

On my scheduled visit on 9/11/ 23 they forgot about me n asked me had I signed in which I had. I had been there about 2 hours. Their accountability sucks.

Another time n December 2023 I kept getting different answers for one question. I just wanted to refill a non narcotic prescription. In fact one clerk never documented what we said n my first call. I talked to at least four people before I received an answer.

When u call them have a paper n pencil to: write down the names of the people that u speak to , the times, and the dates cause the answers will change.
