we love dr baidwan but the receptionist was talking on the phone and taking forever. like 20 min to even check in. have others handle phone calls and get more ppl to work in the patient intake area.

The provider was great as always. She is the reason we keep on coming back. Dr. Baidwan is consistently detailed in her explanation, informative, and accommodating. The nurse who took my daughter's vitals on the other hand, was rude and abrasive. I'm unsure if she was having a bad day but she sure did take it out on me. This will be the first ever negative interaction I've had in the few years I've been coming here.
