I am so thankful for this place and the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people! Being in a treatment center away from family was difficult and I couldn’t have gotten through my stay without the staff.

I want to say thank you to everyone, Armineh, Wakonda, the owners, and the techs, Darcy, Stephanie, Tiffany, Christian, and Sherie. Darcy thank you for being so kind and compassionate. Thank you Stephanie for being the best distraction and fun to hang out with. Sherie you are so sweet and genuine, thank you for the late nights. Christian you are awesome, thank you for letting me talk your ear off and giving me advice. Thank you Chef Z for letting me hang out in the kitchen with you and talk about life while you cooked; you are one of the coolest people I’ve ever met.

And all the amazing nurses Amira, Karen, Tracy, and Nancy for making me laugh so hard at times I didn’t want leave the nurse’s office. Amira you are so passionate about what you do and it makes me excited to be a future nurse too. Tracy, I could sit all night with you and have the best time. And Nancy, I loved hearing about your family and I can’t wait to read your audiobook recommendations.

And a special thank you to Hayley, who called and convinced me to finally come after I was having second thoughts. I’m glad I got to see you and meet your beautiful baby.

An excellent treatment facility. I went in for an alcohol dependency, I originally planned on doing just a detox, but that quickly turned into a 30 day stay. It was completely worth it and saved my life. The doctors, nurses, treatment staff, and coordinators are all top of their game, especially Tiffany, Darcy, Stephanie, Armeina, Chris, Nancy, Tracy and Wykanda. They will work with you to figure out a plan thats best for you. The facility itself is quite nice too, with a pool and areas to relax. Definitely a better choice to other treatment facilities. 10/10.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of thought and care put into my treatment plan. All of the staff from the the doctors, the counselor, the nurses, and, the techs were understanding and a joy to be able to work with. The rooms are nice and there is plenty to keep you busy between groups. They take you on outings to AA and NA meetings and other outings on weekends to do fun, safe activities catered to the group currently in residency with you. I will be recommending BetterChoice to anyone I can.

The program here at BetterChoice exceeded my expectations. The staff followed through with everything they said and then some. The two counselors Ms. Wyconda & Ms. Angelica made me feel welcome and we're open to a treatment plan that best fit my needs.

The nursing staff were all so very friendly. Shout out to Armineh for all her words of wisdom. I got to know the Techs on a personal level which was huge for me, since we spent a lot of time together. Tiffany, Christian, Darcee & Stephanie you all made my experience feel like home.

The facility itself was always clean & organized. Stocked with food/snacks. Plenty of entertainment for down times. 3 prepared meals a day from the inhouse chef, she goes by Z and is a rockstar.

So anyone looking for help, I highly recommend BetterChoice. I feel so blessed to have turned my life around with all the help from the men & women here. Don't hesitate to make that first call they will help you and take care of you through your new beginning.

I chose this program the same way I choose most things—by reading reviews—so I want to be clear this is a real review from someone who has been to multiple treatment programs in multiple states.

Better Choice in Las Vegas is, by far, the best treatment program I have ever been in.

The most important difference is advocacy and accountability. No one passes the buck or shifts responsibility. You never hear “sorry, that’s someone else’s job” or get bounced between staff members. If an issue comes up, someone takes ownership and follows it through until it’s resolved. That level of follow-through is rare in treatment and makes a huge difference.

The staff genuinely cares—from the nurses to the counselors to the program director. They advocate for you, communicate with each other, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

I also want to mention that I came here with my husband. They do accept couples, and they have figured out how to make that work the right way. We are not treated as a single unit or lumped together. We each receive individual treatment tailored to our own needs, with separate counseling and support plans.

The living environment is excellent. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with queen-size beds, a fenced yard, a pool, and a hot tub. It feels like a home, not an institution.

There is an in-house chef who prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and the food is consistently great.

The program itself is well structured and thoughtfully designed. They take you from the science of addiction into personal and individual therapy at a pace that actually works. The counselors are patient, knowledgeable, and able to meet each client where they are. If you need more time or more support, they give it to you without pressure.

They also understand that life doesn’t stop because you’re in treatment. They don’t push a rigid, fear-based mindset. Instead, they help you deal with real-world issues and do everything they can to support you while you’re there.

This place genuinely feels like home. You’re treated like a human being, met exactly where you are, and supported in a way that feels real and respectful. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

Better choice treatment center has been one of the most amazing places that I have ever been to in regards to obtaining treatment. The staff went above and beyond the expectations that I had upon coming here. Their detox program actuslly works, and without a doubt they all are amazing people cut out for a profession and population that can be extremely difficult. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE who would like a chance to give sobriety a chance.

Better Choice changed my life!! I hit rock bottom with alcoholism, and they lifted me back up. They helped me to understand that I have a chronic disease and gave me the tools I need to stay sober.
The facility is very nice and made me feel like I was at home which made me comfortable and relaxed.
The people that work there became my family, and I could not have done it without their compassion and empathy! They truly care about their clients!
Wakanda is awesome!! Her group sessions are incredible and what I needed. She is energetic and funny! She took something hard to face into something I looked forward to learning about every day!!
All of the nurses are amazing!! Armena, Amera, Devon, Nancy, Tracey, and Karen are angels!! They always talked to me as an equal and never judged. I enjoyed sharing my story with them, laughing and crying!! Best nurses ever!!

Im giving Betterchoice treatment a 5 star because of the unconditional love and compassion I was given here by the staff, they helped me to gain an understanding of the disease of addiction not just from the therapist or counselor perspective but also from the doctors perspective, prior to coming here I was very hard on myself because I thought every time I returned to meth that it was a conscious choice but now I understand how my disease hijacks certain parts of my brain. I also want to give a shout-out to the nurses and the techs, there's staff here with clean and sober time that showed me nothing but empathy, these people will love you and build you up because I didn't love myself coming in here and I had a very low self esteem and although I'm still working on it these people will love u until you can love yourself. 💯

This place is wonderful. The staff does an amazing job and everyone here has their own unique personality and are all super chill, helpful, and underrating. I never once felt judged by staff or even other patients here. I needed a place to stay for a short while to feel safe and I found it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Miss Wakanda is hilarious and so intelligent and really pulled me out of my anxious mind whenever I talked to her. The place is beautiful and the food they gave us was excellent. The program keeps one on a bit of a routine, but is also relaxed enough to not feel overly clinical. Would recommend to everyone seeking help with sobriety and even mental health.

Honestly, this place surprised me in the best way. I loved Wakanda ! 🫶 She’s my counselor and she really took me under her wing when I walked in all stressed and confused. She’s been one of the biggest reasons I’ve gotten through everything.
Tiffany and Christian? Best techs ever. For real. They helped me with so much, even on days when I wasn’t exactly my cutest or calmest.
And don’t even get me started on the chef… I’m gonna miss that gurls cooking like it was a whole relationship. I might cry when I have to go back to regular food.
Everyone here has been nothing but good people. Armina’s amazing too 💜 I truly felt like every single person was rooting for my recovery and my actual health, not just doing a job.

My stay at better choice was incredible the staff here from the techs to my therapists to my case manager to the nursing team and even the director were incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond meeting your needs for your recovery your mental health your nutritional needs and your personal needs. I was just in residential treatment for 30 days and they have been the most helpful treatment center i’ve been to. From amazing staff, good care. This as been my second rehab. They have an amazing staff techs, nurses and therapy. And the food was awesome! This became family the first day i was there they made sure i was comfortable in every way possible i didn't want for nothing! I'm still in contact with the staff today. I receive quotes on one day at every day. I've never had my illness broke down to me ever. And again thank you for the love and support from this staff ❤️ it was definitely a better choice!

I do not recommend this treatment center based on my experience and serious concerns regarding its practices and management.
I have concerns about what I believe to be discriminatory and unethical treatment, as well as whether the safety, security, and well-being of patients and staff are being prioritized appropriately. I also have concerns regarding the level of local oversight and management, as much of the communication and operations I encountered appeared to be conducted remotely through platforms such as WhatsApp and Zoom.

I went here unhappy on my last leg, just surviving an overdose I chose to go to betterchoice treatment. They thought me how to change my mindset and what I need to do to stay sober.
