Dr. Bonnick is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients, which is unfortunately becoming rare these days. She takes the time to listen, shows genuine compassion, and makes you feel valued and respected. I highly recommend Dr. Bonnick to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She is absolutely worth the wait!

This place is an absolute freaking dumpster fire. I've been trying to get ahold of them for over a week ans they do not know how to answer a phone. Its a shame Dr. Bonnick is amazing and because of this horrible practice not answering calls im being forced to a different doctor and I dont appreciate it.

Dr. Bonnick is AMAZING!!! The phone system is terrible. I have been attempting to reach them since last week via their text line, call center, and Health file, leaving numerous messages without receiving any response. This is beyond frustrating! I require a prescription refill, but no one has reached out to my pharmacy yet. The pharmacy has also attempted to contact them without success; I require it within 2 days as it is a scheduled prescription. So FRUSTRATED!!! The only reason I continue with this office is because of Dr. Bonnick otherwise I'd be gone!!!!

I have recently started seeing Dr Bonnick and I can only say great things. She listened to all my concerns, was very compassionate, set up the appropriate testing and provided the necessary referrals! It is also very simple booking an appointment with their online system once you take a look around to request an appointment that works best I receive confirmation the next day. I was so surprised I was able to be seen almost immediately! I will agree getting someone on the phone is slightly difficult unless you call early in the morning but their text and portal options are very convenient with a 1 business day response!

I have truly never been so frustrated by medical care before. Dr. Bonnick has not once given me the impression that she cares about me as a patient. I do not feel like my concerns are heard or validated when I am in the office for appointments, and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone without an appointment. At my last appointment, I waited for OVER THREE HOURS before the doctor came to see me. The appointment was over 5 minutes later, and ended with her pushing a prescription on me, which she will now not refill without an appointment. After not listening to my concerns or addressing any of the reasons for my appointment in the first place, I still decided to try and give her the benefit of the doubt. Now my prescription is running out tomorrow. I messaged the doctor a week ago on the patient portal and have heard nothing. It took me NINE calls to the office today to talk to a live person. The first five times I called, I got a message that the office was closed (even though it was not) which meant their lines were busy and to call back later. I finally got through to where I could leave a voicemail, and their mailbox was full. I then tried sending a text, which is an option they offer for patients. Nothing. After a 20 minute hold, I finally got through to someone only to be told Dr. Bonnick cannot refill my prescription without an appointment, the soonest of which is in 2 and a half weeks. At the last appointment I had with her, I was under the impression that depending on my lab results, she would put in the new order for the prescription refill. She never followed up with me about said labs, either. I am beyond frustrated and feel completely unimportant. The office staff has repeatedly apologized to me for the actions of the doctor, so I feel like maybe this is something they might be used to seeing from her. I am not usually the one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but I feel this is the only way to have my voice heard in this situation. Dr. Bonnick is completely unprofessional, the office is impossible to get a hold of, and I have been offered absolutely no ongoing (or even initial) support for my medical care.

Good doctor. Poor customer service on the phone from the representatives, you can't get in contact with anyone via text or call. They say you can schedule an appointment online, but that's a lie. They allow you to submit an appointment request, but the appointment is not automatically confirmed until they contact you. It's hard to find good doctors in a good office with good customer service. I tried the other Apex location and it's the same issue. Long waits and overbooked doctors.

I’m Skeptical of doctors and their typical advice. Epidural steroid injections and medication. However, This time was different. Dr. Ez mentioned the epidural, which has been an immense help thus far. Secondly, Radio Active Ablation. I have an appointment scheduled for next week. Not so sure about how that’s going to go, but just the thought that my neck pain may be no longer be sending signals to the brain that it’s in pain, is an overwhelming, welcoming thought. An experience i hope to have. I’ll keep you updated. Thank you Dr. Ez for your time and patience in helping diagnose a productive plan. A plan to help me get and feel my possible best yet Again!

ok so 1st of all, why only 2 stars? Well she refuses flat out to manage ANY pain that you are having period! She refuses to treat any injuries especially if they are on the job, in fact I had to walk her off the edge of constantly saying "I don't treat that, I can't treat that etc etc." I guess she expected me to walk out, I stood my ground.
I have been without a primary doctor for over 2 yrs now and was searching for a doctor that treats everything, a family GP. Being a healthcare professional myself, I know who does what, and she is absolutely licensed to be a DOCTOR.. After about 30 minutes of discussion she finally figured out I'm not seeking opiates, far from it. I'm not drug seeking PERIOD, I need a doctor who's willing to order tests & diagnos what is going on thats causing me discomfort. And order TREATMENT whatever that may be.
Why are doctors becoming the legion of NO? It's very disheartening & disturbing to see this trend among health care providers who swore a hypocratic oath to treat the sick & injured.i

Doctor blanche is a very good doctor. She is very patient and explains everything. I give it 3stars because my last appointment i waited an hour past my appointment time and because today i drove across town to get to my appointment today at 1 arriving at 12:30 just for them to say i dont have an appointment i had to show proof in my email showing my appointment i received confirmation it was today at 1pm.
It was a struggle to just get up and go to my appointment because i didnt feel well.

But with that said they did set an appointment for me tomorrow at 3:45 during one of the worst time to hit traffic [ Vegas traffic ain't no joke with people getting off and these high school kids driving and to be stuck in traffic WHEN YOUR SICK SUCKSZ 🤢 ]

Words to describe Dr. Bonnick are attentive to your medical concerns, she is very understanding and listens to you, she does not beat around the bush with letting you know what you need to do to take care of yourself and I appreciate her for that, She also has a friendly bedside manner, and I enjoy her every time I visit the office, I also like her support staff, Edith, Faith, and Daisy are all so nice.If you are looking for a smart, dedicated, and caring doctor please give Dr.Bonnick a try, it’s been a wonderful experience for me so far.

I'm stuck with a huge bill because Jasmin told me I was covered when i wasn't. In following back with office staff it took 3 weeks to get a hold of their office manager Monica. When setting appointments up here be wary of what they tell you. Bonnick is a nice doctor but if you ever run into an issue with billing it will take forever to get a hold of anyone and they will treat you terribly.

I met an amazing doctor today. I did my research before coming to see her, she has a lot of reviews and most of those reviews are awesome. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Dr. Bonnick is very educational, sincere and caring. As for the staff, they were very nice and professional. No complaints!

I really like Dr. Bonnick as I had a good first appointment with her a couple of weeks ago, however, the medical assistants need customer service training. I just called the office today with a couple of questions and it was evident that the person who answered the phone did did not want to be there or assist in any way. When I asked if everything was okay because she seemed irritated she said "No, this is how I always sound." You always sound irritated and bothered to assist patients??? If that's the case, you need to find another profession dear. Unfortunately, I will be looking for another physician which sucks because I like Dr. Bonnick but I refuse to deal with poor customer service. I really don't have the patience.

Wish I could review just the Dr., because the office staff & company she works for needs some work. I would give her 5 stars but Apex has moves the Dr around to several locations. I had an appointment at one location & when I arrived was told she was no longer there. This happened twice. I was reminded of the appointment but wasn’t told in advance it wouldn’t be with HER!

Dr. Bonnick is as wonderful as her staff is awful. Her front desk staff can not possibly care any less about Dr. Bonnick's patients. It is impossible to get any one on the phone and when you finally get someone they have absolutely no desire to be remotely helpful. As much as my family likes Dr. Bonnick we will never step foot in that office again.

My husband and I were very unhappy with our primary care doctor. We would wait an hour or more after appointment time to see him. I had a hip replaced that my chiropractor diagnosed, not my primary physician whom I had complained to for 4 years. Then we see DR. Bonnick, who respects appointment times, listens to your health concerns, and is genuinely concerned about her patient's health & well being.

Dr. Bonnick is a wonderful Doctor. She pays attention and actually talks to you. She really knows her stuff. I have seen many happy patients come in and out over the years. I know what they are feeling because I feel it myself when I am treated by her, it is comfort and care. I'm not sure if the Asian nurse (sorry bad with names) in the back still works there, but she is also excellent.

They used to have some really good front office people too but Apex Medical had changed the front office the last time I was there.

The problem is Apex Medical, they are the ones responsible for the bad ideas of how to run a medical office. The phone should ring at the individual offices and they should get rid of the central "customer service" that can't reach the offices or do much of anything. It is a bad system, and just bad medicine.

Hopefully it has changed for the better, it has been a while. I need to go back so we'll see how it is. Dr. Bonnick is a jewel, you ought to figure out a way to back your doctors up Apex.

The Henderson office is a small office, the staff are personable and friendly, Dr. Bonnick actually takes a sincere interest in your health as well as how to manage it, she will talk With you not above you! I have never experienced long wait times, rude service and if I have asked for a call back I've received it. Anyone can have a bad day, but overall, if you want a physician that takes an active interest in your health concerns and will talk straight to you about your options, Dr. Bonnick is it.. I'm very satisfied with her style and approach to medical care.

Customer service from the beginning was terrible. Called in to make an appointment, the front office staff were very rude and I was hung up on. Called back and was told she would call me back the following day to schedule an appointment. It was 30 minutes to 5 pm, so my guess was she had somewhere else more important to be instead of finishing her shift.

Only using Poor-Fair to describe her SERVICE. It is impossible to reach her office. You have to go through an answering service. A specialist I went to wanted to FAX her for an authorization for lab tests for me. She continually got a busy signal from the machine. I have to literally go to the office and beg for attention and then it is given with great strain and makes me feel that I am bothering them. This is not right. Changing doctors, which is too bad. I liked her but she's just not...there.
