I have been coming to this place for a long time, and all the staff have always been very nice and accommodating. During my last visit, I had a new hygienist who seemed to be still gaining experience, so the visit was not quite as good as my previous ones. Overall, though, the office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Daroca is very thorough and pays close attention to detail.

Every visit to Dr Darocca has been pleasant. I was a white knuckle patient until I found him. He can administer the novacain virtually painlessly. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Amd his support staff are all delightful. And when you call in you always get a live person. No automated voicemail requests. I wish I had found this practice years ago. My teeth would probably be in much better shape now because I wouldn't have put off going in for regular maintenance. But he got my smile beautiful.

Total scam! They are tied into Fief and Steffen Endodontics! Dr. B did a few crowns for me they didn’t work, imagine that!? Thought I was in good hands! Even sent my wife to this guy! Yeah year or so later everything failed! Are you kidding me! 2 crowns that didn’t take because of lack of understanding x-rays? If the job was too much you should have came clean and took some pride in your work said we can’t do this, nah. They sent me to Fief and Steffen and they got me too. Thousands of dollars stolen from the insurance company and well over a few grand from me. Not a good practice. Missing 2 crowns because of this place and Feif and Steffen. They were in on it together. Good one guys! Caught me off guard. Disgusted and totally ripped off from you and your boys at Feif and Steffen endodontics. Dr. B may be gone but you don’t honor your work at BOCCA PARK DENTAL! Do your job, or if you can’t do it, take some pride and have some respect for the paying customer. Collecting my money when you done me wrong isn’t right. There’s a place for people like you. Tell me how it is not what’s going to get you the most money from the insurance company and my wallet. Everything was made simple. Great staff. The great part about this office is that they don’t try to force you into 20,000 dollars worth of work. Efficient, friendly and helpful. While eating breakfast a crown fell out of my mouth. I was at a restaurant in Boca Park. I drove up to the dental office and gave them a big smile, front tooth. I am 68 years old-I can say without reservation that this was the most pleasant dental experience I have had in my life. This is the non-ordinary procedure. The doctor had to grind off an existing crown so that a new one could be placed. The shot to numb. My jaw was painless. The procedure itself was painless. The temporary crown created by the assistant was perfect. My inflamed gum was 200% better within 12 hours. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Darroca

I had already flown across the county to attend a conference when my tooth decided it had had enough. I was in severe pain and made an appointment for the next day to be seen. Boca Park Dental was ready to see me at 8am. Unfortunately for me, my tooth was infected and I had to have an emergency root canal. I was in so much pain and I was so scared but the dentist and his assistant and even the receptionist were so very kind, understanding and willing to help. After a lot of tears, I left semi-smiling but much better than when I went in. Today is the next day and as promised my mouth feels so much better. I still can’t eat like I want, but I know it’ll be better soon. Thanks again Boca Park Dental!

I moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and needed to find a new dentist. After seeing a sign posted in Boca Park Mall with a great deal for first time patients (free x-ray and discount evaluation), I scheduled an appointment. After my first visit I was amazed at the level of technology in their office. It was "light years" ahead of my previous dentist in LA. I scheduled two more appointments after that to get some problems fixed and with each visit I worked with multiple staff members along with Dr. Darroca. Their technical expertise, attention to detail and follow up was exceptional. Same thing with office management and billing staff. Dr. Darroca and his team did what I once thought was impossible; making going to the dentist office a pleasant experience. Thank you! See you in six months for my next cleaning!

This place is a total dump - from hygiene to dental care and payment processing. Best option is to stay away from this place. You will get that gut feeling when you walk in so trust your gut and walk away. The dental care is sub-par. For more than $6000 simple 3-tooth bridge, the dentist spent a total of 15 minutes on the job. And it reflected in the results. The first bridge was a total trash and the dentist asked the dental assistance to check with the lab to see if they can patch it. Luckily the lab ignored the stupid suggestion and made a new one. Than the assistance (not the doctor) tried to take the temporary bridge off and lucky for me she did not break the 2 supporting teeth... worse experience ever. Than come the payment processing fraudulent activity. As soon as they create the estimate for the treatment they check with the insurance company and ask you to pay your share that is not covered by the insurance. I had no problem with that and paid my estimated share. But every two weeks I'd get a statement asking me to pay what the insurance portion is while I was still in the middle of treatment. Once the insurance paid their share (which was slightly less than estimated) they attempted to charge me a $35 late fee for the small leftover amount which I paid as soon as I got the receipt. Of course I did not pay the late fee - $35 and I'll be very content to challenge these grifters in court should they pursue this fraudulent claim. Bottom line if I could give this place a ZERO rating I would.

Boca park dental changed hands. New dentist...new hygienist. There was no warning of this before my appointment. The hygienist cleaned my teeth as requested. Dr. Badalamenti is very pleasant, impressed me as a caring and trusting professional. Had X-rays taken, evaluation with Dr. Badalamenti about my concerns and dental needs. Have appointment for next week for prophylaxis and initial treatment. So far I am confident that I found a good dental practice.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was greeted and taken care of the moment I walked in until my appointment was done. Prices were more than reasonable, they took my X-rays, did my cleaning and I met with the Dr as well. Everyone (Roxanne, Justine, Dr. Badalamenti) took their time to explain what was going on, how I could improve, and how to keep things going great in the future. I recently found myself in urgent need of a dentist due to intense pain in one of my molars. After calling a few local offices nearby, I ran into cold attitudes and even literally walked away from two clinics because they barely asked any questions and just dumped on me endless paperwork to fill in. Thankfully, I called Boca Park Dental, and from that very first call, I felt relief.

The staff truly listened to my situation, showed real empathy, and fit me in within two hours. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, handed a simple, easy-to-understand form—such a relief after my earlier experiences! The dental assistant was fantastic; she took detailed x-rays and photos, explained every detail, and made sure I understood what was happening.

Then came Dr. Badalamenti, who was like a balm to my worries! He walked me through my broken molar, explaining clearly why extraction was the best choice. His calm, reassuring presence and sense of humor made me feel truly at ease. The extraction itself went smoothly, even with fillings and stitches. Their care was remarkable.

I ended up staying a couple of hours, during which Dr. Badalamenti checked on me twice to ensure my comfort and pain levels were well managed. The hygienist took additional tests to screen for other potential issues, making sure every aspect of my health was considered. Everyone at Boca Park Dental was kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive. The atmosphere felt warm, like a place where people genuinely love their work.

Dr. Badalamenti even called me that evening to make sure I was feeling okay and insisted that I reach out with any questions. Boca Park Dental didn’t just treat my dental issue; they treated me with care and humanity that went above and beyond. I left feeling relieved and grateful to have found such an incredible team. I recently started wintering in Las Vegas and needed a cleaning. I saw the $59 new patient cleaning special on the sandwich boards around the clinic. I see a dentist regularly in my hometown and have regular cleanings. I was told I really needed a deep cleaning. So the $59 special turned into $700+ Then the dentist Dr. Badalamenti looked at my x-rays and without even examining my teeth told me I needed to have a front tooth removed that had had a recent root canal and that I would need to have a bridge for the replacement tooth. The standard test is to do a tap and wiggle on the effected tooth to see if there is a reaction. Dr. Badalamenti didn't do that. He determined based on the xray that the estimated work need would be $8000+ I said thanks but I will wait and see what my dentist back home had to say. The x-rays that Boca Park took were tiny jpegs that my regular dentist and endodontist said were unusable. The endodontist who did the root canal back home did a free follow up x-ray and said the infection was getting smaller and that modern standard of care on those is to wait and that it can take awhile to heal. It has been a couple of years and that root canal tooth is fine with no need to take it out. So I saved myself $8000 by getting a second opinion. Someone told my dad once do not go to a doctor or dentist that has an expensive wife or a plane. I am guessing Dr. Badalamenti has one or both of those based on my experience.

Be cautious of this place. It's a coin-toss.
I visited this location 3 times, and every time, I paid at the end of my appointment with reception. Every time, I would receive a bill a few weeks later with an outstanding balance. All 3 times, I had to call back to speak with "billing" because there was no balance due, and they had to correct the error. I will not return.

Originally, I saw this business while in Boca Park. There was a sign outside that said "$89 for x-ray & cleaning". So I decided to give them a try. I have insurance, so I used my coverage but still was always charged a balance.
I am required to have a periodontal cleaning because I have gingivitis.
I never felt like I was getting a thorough cleaning from their "periodontal" cleaning. On my first visit, the doctor reviewed my teeth but did not do any of the work himself. The hygienist did. He's an older gentleman. I'm not sure if he has carpal tunnel or what the reason was. I have never not had a DDS work on my teeth. He spoke with me directly; he went over the xrays and explained treatment, but the hygienist was the one who performed the cleaning.

They billed my insurance for a periodontal cleaning (which is only covered once per 18 months), so on the second visit, 3 months later, I paid $600 cash for a "cleaning". After the 3rd appointment, I still did not feel I was getting a sufficient cleaning. And even though I paid up-front, I still received an additional bill after. 🤦‍♀️

I have pretty bad anxiety from past dental experiences (might even qualify as ptsd. I didn't see a dentist for 14 years at one point). The entire staff at Boca Park is amazing! I've been coming here for years now and the care I receive is consistently top notch! Dr B is amazing, the office staff is friendly and professional. the equipment is current, the billing process is easy and accurate. Everyone there put me at ease without making me feel stupid for my apprehensions. My anxiety level is down and my dental care is up because of this place! Highly recommend!

Prompt service from the friendly staff at the front desk. My appointment was at 3 pm and I was seen on time. Coffee in the lobby was nice.

Freddy was very good with the rays and ensured my comfort during the entire process.

Doctor Badalamenti was professional and friendly. He reviewed my X-rays in depth and provided an explanation to me as to what he was seeing and the problem areas he discovered. He discussed my treatment plan and went over all my questions before proceeding.

Dani and Wendy were also very nice.

Dr. B and his team are nothing short of amazing! I had a severe toothache and my usual dentist didn’t have any way of contacting them before hours. I used the chat function on Boca Park Dentistry website and got an appointment for early morning. Their office opens at 7am, which is an awesome added benefit. Dr. B and team relieved my pain, and walked me through the solution. It was obvious the moment I walked through the door that they truly care about making the patient comfortable and addressing their needs immediately. I will never go anywhere else. Boca Park Dental was there for me in my time of need and will be going to them from now on. Thank you Dr. B and Boca Park Dental!
