Dr. Tran is 5 star, they all take pride In their jobs and it really shows. Of all the Village Medical Center you should’ve kept open, it should’ve been this one. SMH. I booked an appt for my 11 year old and I get a call that the doctor only sees patients 13+ even though the info when booking stated 5+. Please change the information. In any case this is a family medicine practice and you are unwilling to see patients under 13 years old. Ridiculous. Not to mention the disclaimer on the email confirmation stated if you have a cough or fever the visit will have to be virtual. So only well visits?!?! You are a doctor and unwilling to treat sick patients? I had hope for the new family practice and its convenience. Wow. Talk about poor customer service for a family DOCTOR. Do better!!!

Office staff is nice and quick. Dr. Tran is great. My children and I went to get annual physical exams. What I appreciated about him is he does care. He didn't just check my kid's vitals and reflexes and say okay everything looks good. He ordered a complete panel and checked to check for diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, blood cell count, etc. I don't recall having a doctor do this for my children in the past. Both him and his staff respond quickly to questions I have submitted through the app. They post test results quickly. Overall I am pleased with everything so far.

I was apprehensive at first of going to a primary care doctor located besides Walgreens but I’m glad I went. My recent experiences searching for a doctor had left me feeling discouraged. A good bedside manner is EVERYTHING! PA El is amazing. I feel seen, heard, and validated. I have suffered from a chronic illness for 23 years.
