Dr Greenbaum took great care of my husband for both his Meniscus tears. He explains everything fully, and spends a good amount of time with you too. The surgery center staff is wonderful as well. We took my daughter to see him for some leg pain she was having, and he spent so much time with us explaining his findings in a way that we could all understand. I don’t recommend using cash pay. When we called to set up appointment, they were very vague about pricing. 5 minute evaluation costs $300! All they had to do was mention that up front. I had to find out as we checked out. My daughter felt horrible about costing us $364 for a five minute evaluation.
The online check-in was buggy and never worked. Massive waste of time and money.

I originally gave him 5 stars but I had change it because his office staff is terrible. Every time you call there are extended hold times. The hold prompts you to leave a voicemail but I had to leave 3 voicemails before someone actually called me back. I was told I need a pre authorization from my insurance before they could treat me and it would take 3 weeks. A month has gone by and I never heard anything. I call the office and they say they can’t find if the authorization was sent out. So I call my insurance company and they say they never received anything from their office. I call back and wait on hold for over 30 minutes and the front desk girl hung up on me. I try to call back and am redirected to their summerlin location and have to wait another 20 minutes to speak to their office manager. She asks me a bunch of questions then says she needs to investigate and will call me back. I am in so much pain and cannot walk and I paid a lot of money to see Dr. Greenbaum and now can’t get any answers. So disappointing.
