It is very difficult for me to write out this review because I always thought I could count on Doctor Lee and I had to learn the hard way that I couldn't. I sat quietly ignoring many of the issues that I faced in his office. The fact that I often have to wait for my scheduled appointment anywhere from one hour to three hours before he comes in to see me is a big issue. It really makes you feel unimportant to have to sit by yourself for hours to beg for help. However, this is extremely commonplace with this particular doctor on almost every appointment that I have had with him (and I have been a patient of his for 7 years!) Then, he acts like he is concerned for you and your health. He will ask questions that someone would ask that was a friend to establish rapport but the niceties are superficial. If you do get medication from his office, there is a huge chance that Joanne (his long time nurse) will forget to send in the prescription or leave off a DEA number so the pharmacy won't fill it without confirmation. Well, good luck getting a hold of anyone after you leave. The pharmacy can never get a hold of the office to correct the issue, so you will have to drive back to the doctor's office to talk to a person to get it fixed. Even then, Joanne may say she will call the pharmacy or you back but don't hold your breath. I can't think of one time she promised to call me back and actually did in SEVEN YEARS! NOT ONCE HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO COUNT ON A RETURN CALL THAT I WAS PROMISED FROM THIS OFFICE!! If it is working or she has bad news, she won't bother herself to call you. No matter what she says! It also is very difficult to deal with this office because they are only open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during bank hours. Don't bother leaving a message on the answering machine because you won't get a call back! If you need a refill, good luck! Dr. Lee comes across like he cares about you and that is somewhat nice. However, it isn't genuine concern. If he has something he doesn't want to deal with, then he puts it on Joanne to handle. So, no one tells the patient or helps the patient if they don't want to deal with you or have bad news. Plus, we have had billing issues in his office in the past. His wife runs the office and she doesn't always know anything about billing. She will argue over a charge that she doesn't understand with you for hours. It breaks my heart that Dr. Lee has turned into an absent careless person that I can't count on anymore. Save yourself some headaches and go somewhere else! Dr. Lee has no time, patience, understanding, or staff willing to do the job we expect out of our doctors.

Dr Lee is fantastic. He’s patient and listen to your issues to give you the best diagnosis! If he can avoid pills, he will show you and explain your other options. Plus, he’s really good with people. A real
Doctor! Priceless 👍

Very long wait times my mother had a 230 appt yes we got there at 245 have you driver im vegas traffic? It is now 4:17 and we are stuck in a back room waiting for god knows what. My mother has copd and cant sit for extended periods of time. No one even bothered to ask. I dont know if this is a las vegas thing but the care in this city is very concerning to say the least

ATTENTION!!! please read this before committing to possibly coming to this office. Dr Lee and his staff are the most unprofessional drs office I have ever been too. After years of leaving patients without medication and then lying to insurance companies after being complained on this office instead of trying to make things right after I complained to the insurance company I’m with his office without warning told me at the last minute that his office can’t see me anymore. This is directly after I complained on an employee who has been treating patients as if they are beneath her. I’m not the only person who has complaints about the way they handle their patients. Just read the rest of the reviews dr lees office needs to be investigated and i will make sure to move forward legally. Do not come here, go somewhere else where they don’t leave patients with no medication every month or closes his office for weeks and doesn’t tell his patients before hand! Don’t do it!

Dr Brian Lee is an excellent doctor! I was sad I had to leave, due to job relocation out of state. He helped me so much. The staff was great, too. I also liked Dr Gabe, and his assistant.

Let me stop by saying I have never seen Dr Lee I’ve always seen the nurse practitioner. He seems to be very thorough. The problem I have is with the office staff. I’ve been calling for a week straight to get into see the doctor for a chest and sinus infection. I’ve left numerous messages and haven’t received one call back. When you call, all you hear is “if you have called during normal business hours please try your call again later or leave a message” HOW MANY MESSAGES DO YOU NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE SOMEBODY RETURNS YOUR CALL?
And this is not the first time this has happened. You cannot even get through to them to get a prescription renewal! I give the nurse practitioner five stars but the office staff -5 stars! Please unless you absolutely have to, stay away from this office!

Update 2024-06-11: Upgraded to 5 stars. He now has a PA to help, I call him Dr. Gabe, & he can prescribe medication. Calls are answered and not sent to voicemail as often. I still wish the office was open more than Mon-Tue-Wed. Its easier to get an appointment with Dr. Gabe, who is very thorough and takes time I need, just like Dr. Lee. Highly recommended!

Previous: Brian Lee, MD, is an excellent doctor. He takes as much time as his patient needs. He is a good listener, and he is not afraid to listen to what you may have learned from the internet. His staff is kind and caring. I did deduct a star 1) because I usually have to wait a long time (over an hour combined in the waiting room and the exam room), and 2) the office doesn't have a way to pay on the internet...I must send my invoice. But I would rather wait & send than change doctors.

Don’t bother going here. I was at the hospital for a migraine, and need to see a neurologist. My plan requires I see a primary doctor first for a referral and this place was on my hospital paper.

Long story short, the front desk was first unprofessional goofing around. Forgot to give me my ID back and it WAS IN HER POCKET. I see the doctor and it’s a huge waste of time, he tells me “Call if you need anything!” Well, I need a referral to a neurologist in my network and so I call for 3 weeks, leave messages and nothing in return. In fact, they now HANG UP ON ME when I answer. It goes to voicemail or you hear the phone line pick up than instantly disconnect, on multiple occasions back to back. So that $40 copay to see them was for nothing. I’ve not been rude to anyone, I can’t even talk to anyone to be rude.

Very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. They were going to call me next week to tell me what my blood report came back at, which the hospital did so it’s a clear money grab why they wanted to do it but I’ve never had a place charge me to go over healthy bloodwork. I refuse to deal with this place or doctor any further.

Dr. Brian Lee has been my physician since 2009. I can't say enough good things about this doctor. He's very well studied, exceptionally logical which makes for a modern way of medical practice. He has always been open to new concepts, new research and is extremely conscientious. His current staff members are very attentive and compassionate. Thank you all.

NO PHYSICIAN IS WORTH THE WAIT. I TELEPHONED TO SEE IF MY INSURANCE IS ACCAEPTED BY DR. LEE, AS HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I WAS IMMEDIATELY PUT ON HOLD, WITH NO HUMAN CONTACT. I WAS REPEATEDLY THANKED FOR MY PATIENCE AND TOLD SOMEONE WOULD 'BE RIGHT BACK ON THE LINE' AND THEY LOOKED FORWARD TO SPEAKING WITH ME. 34 MINUTES LATER, I HUNG UP. DR. l
LEE, GET A PRACTICE MANAGER AND RECEPTION STAFF WHO UNDERSATND PHONE ETIQUETTE. AS A NURSE OF OVER 40 YEARS, I WAS PREPARED TO WAIT A WHILE, BUT NO ONE DESERVES TO BE PSEUDO-ACKNOWLEDGED AND PUT IN A NEVERENDING LOOP OF NON HUMAN "COMMUNICATION.

I cannot tell you how grateful I have been for the past several years that Dr Lee has taken care of me. He has an amazing bedside manner that is RARE because he genuinely cares about his patients. Dr Lee spends time listening to his patients in order to get clues as to what may be ailing them. I am always impressed by his diagnostic skills and his kind non judgmental demeanor. Aside from how amazing Dr Lee is, his staff is just as wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Lee and his staff.

The doctor is awesome but he needs to find better help or something because no matter when you call you can never get anybody on the phone all you ever get is the answering service. Even during normal business hours. I've been trying to make an appointment for the past 3 weeks I'm starting to think that the business is shut down and I need to go find a new doctor.

Dr. Lee takes his time to hear the concerns of his patient. There is a long wait time even when you have an appointment. They also shut down and do not notify their patients so you are unable to get refills on medication at times. I also did not like that fact that they let patients bring their animals into the waiting area that are not services animals not taking into consideration that people have allergies and that these animals could potentially bite someone in the waiting area. The staff was nice but they do take your money up front and you end up waiting for hours at times. If he fixes a few things I think he would get better reviews because he himself is actually a very nice doctor.

Brian Lee has been my pcp for many years now. This office values individual concern and care for their patients. The down side- abnormally long vacation days, where the office is closed for several days to weeks at a time. This has caused me problems occasionally, as I’m a patient that needs monthly visits. I’ve been left without my nessesary medication due to these long office vacations.

Dr. Brian Lee is the best doctor I have ever seen. I was born and raised in Vegas and started seeing him in 2005. As some of the reviews I see show wait time, it’s well worth it if it should ever happen.. He’s not just there to write you something rather he spends all his time listening and evaluating all your needs, giving outstanding advice and support. He does this with all his patients as you would want when he sees you.. His staff is also kind and helpful in all your needs.. If I need to see him but forgot to make an appointment, as long as I’m there before 11:00a.m, he has always been there for my walk in.. I have been to many doctors before meeting Dr. Brian Lee and he runs circles around the others.. He has gone over and above throughout the years and as his patient, I couldn’t be happier.. I highly recommend him for all your needs as your general doctor.. If you should need a specialist or testing, himself and his staff will point you in the right direction...

They close their office for weeks without notifying patients. My husband has been going to you for years and needs to see you in person to get a refill on his medication. We learn by your answering service that you’re closed for another 11 days. Your answering service tells your patients too bad go to emergency room. What kind of doctor office does this to their patients? Who decides their just going to close their office for a random couple weeks? Seriously?!?

I Was looking for Dr. Lee's Ph#, when I came across Some upsetting reviews towards Dr.Lee. I'm 65 yrs old, now retired as a nurse, since I was 22. My last job in Vegas was for 15 Specialist 4 14 yrs.Years back, in his old office I accidently came across him online. Made a Appt.I just assumed he'd be oriental. When he walked in and we started talking, it flashed me back 25 yrs, and reminded me of the Good, Caring, Happy Drs. I use to work for!! It was one of the best accidents I've made living in Las Vegas. I went with him to the new office for Atleast 2 more years. I had to leave only because I needed Specialists. The wait, remember everything good takes time. If your seeing the P.A., and he's there, If you need to talk to him briefly just ask? He"'ll get to you, but u just might have to wait a bit. He will always be a 5 star M.D. to me!😁 And Las Vegas is Lucky to have him!!🐌🐌🐌Thanks

This is literally the most difficult doctor I have ever experienced to get a hold of to make an appointment. They never answer their phone, there is no way you can leave a voicemail, it just rings and rings until you eventually hear a fax tone. As of recent, there has been an issue with making an appointment via ZocDoc, as it says they have availability on one screen and on the next they don't. He has been my wife and her family's doctor for years and this is very disappointing.

As for Dr. Lee, he was alright. His staff on the other hand is not. I needed an authorization to see a specialist from him and meanwhile I am in excruciating pain for 11 days while his staff submitted my request to the wrong insurance company, submitted the wrong diagnosis code to my insurance company, etc. etc. I could not believe they took me through this knowing the pain I was in and there was no apology for the errors made. I finally had a top ranked representative from my insurance company deal with the doctor's office and get me an appointment and authorization to see the neurologist. While attempting to get the authorization from my PCP, I was hung up on twice, put on hold for 19 minutes (of which I timed). The representative that assisted me from my insurance company had the same experience I had with hang ups, etc. He suggested I change PCP and I have since done so. BEWARE!
