Dr. Falk is an outstanding oral surgeon. In 2017, I needed a bone graft and two implants. I was referred to Dr. Falk by my dentist and from the first moment I met him I knew I was in good hands. He is caring, has a calm and friendly demeanor, and most importantly he is the best at what he does. I had no complications in 2017 and my implants are in great shape nine years later. I am in the process of getting another bone graft and two more implants and so far things have gone as splendidly as they did before. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Falk, his practice, and his staff. If you need an oral surgeon, do yourself a favor and contact Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery and ask for Dr. Falk. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very impressed with Dr. Moody and the entire staff at Canyon Oral & Facial Surgery. From the initial appointment to surgery day for my son’s wisdom teeth removal the entire process was seamless, everyone was so very nice. The office was beautiful too, definitely would recommend to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal.

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child—truly terrified. Because of that fear, I didn't start seriously taking care of my teeth until a couple of months ago, and I'm 41 years old. I knew I wanted to get Invisalign, but I also knew I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed first. To me, that was absolutely terrifying.
From the moment I scheduled my appointment to my consultation, surgery, and post-operative care, everyone on the team was amazing. I was incredibly scared and nervous when I walked into the office, but they immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for.
Dr. Yau is absolutely the best! He was patient, gentle, calm, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The surgical team was just as wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, and talked me through the entire process. Before I knew it, they had started my IV, I fell asleep, and the next thing I remember was waking up with the procedure completely finished. I don't remember a thing about the surgery itself.
So far, I have had zero pain thanks to the medication I was sent home with and the detailed instructions they provided for my recovery. Knowing exactly what to expect and how to care for myself has made the healing process so much less stressful.
If you've been putting off a procedure because of fear or anxiety, please let this be your sign to go see them. I cannot thank the entire office enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed me.

I’ll admit that I was extremely nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed. I’ve never had any surgeries or been put under for anything. The whole staff was so kind and helpful. Overall it was nothing. I went in the back, talked about some movies for a minute, got the IV in and I don’t even remember getting home. I slept for a solid 6 hours after I got home, stayed on top of switching out my gauze, and it was all so easy. On day 2 now, eating very gently but that’s about it.

First impressions as I walked in for my first appointment: spacious, clean and comfortable waiting room, receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. The wait time to be seen by the surgeon is reasonable but can still be improved. Dr. Falk is wonderful and quick to answer all questions you may have. I didn’t feel rushed nor intimidated at all. Overall, it was a pleasant first time experience.
