Something bit me in the ear, and it was sore and throbbing for two days. I went to the clinic and only had to wait about 20 minutes. No big deal. The receptionist was so sweet and the nurse that took my vitals was great. The doctor came in and checked me out. Saw nothing serious and prescribed ear drops.
If necessary, I’ll be back. The office was clean and very bright. They do a great service there.

When I checked online, they said I could come in at 11:11 AM. I arrived at 11:12. Despite having been here before I had to basically re-enroll which included taking pictures of IDs front and back. After all that I received a text message saying I was number two in line and would be seen at 11:34 AM. It is now 12:56 PM and I still have not been seen so I would write their service as horrible and deceitful.

I called urgent care at 6:45 pm and spoke with the receptionist by the name of Jasmine. I explained to her I cut my finger and might need stitches. She said to come over as quick as possible as they were closing at 8pm. I quickly arrived within ten minutes I filled out some forms and was called back and was treated within 15 minute by two nurses. Dr Lynn stitched me up within 30-45 minutes and sent me on my way. My wife and were very happy and satisfied by the professionalism and courtesy and kindness. Thank you all for the great experience. We highly recommend this awesome medical care facility and staff to anyone 🙏 😊

Very friendly urgently care. Professional, speedy because there was only 1 other patient in the lobby. Every and any time Me or my daughter have been to Care Now on W. Cheyenne it’s always been a great experience. From the front staff very efficient to the office manager Trey ,who will call you back to make sure you picked up all your meds and doing a follow up and then we have the Nurse Paola shes very kind and always smiling. I was luckily able to get my son in for a physical for school, but not before getting crap from the front desk person about the time of 740. I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to the Care now urgent care on Cheyenne and Durango Boulevard. Upon entering, the staff was very responsive and the wait time was very short. This is my second time visiting an urgent care due to a wound received from an ace bandage being wrapped too tight after surgery. However, the NP that attended to my wound was very receptive, responsive, and caring. There are a lot of urgent CARE FACILITIES in the area, but this one from my experience is a very good facility. I was seen by NP Shamaica Vargas. Ms. Vargas actually referred me to wound care which I have been receiving excellent care from four the last couple weeks. I had visited an ER at the hospital down the street and reported the wound to the Orthopedic Center that did the surgery , but neither one thought to refer me to wound care. However, nurse Vargas did and it has made all the difference in the world for me. I now know that we have a very competent urgent care close to home with highly qualified professionals.

After multiple visits to this facility, it is clear that they do not understand insurance. Have been charged full price for service on multiple times only to get a refund from the billing office because the receptionist cannot read and understand insurance benefits.

I attempted to contact at the number provided and was given the run around trying to get to Keosha and was asked for my number so that they could contact me. At this point I am done dealing with your company. REFUND ME THE MONEY YOU STOLE FROM ME!!!

I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 years and each time was a very good experience. Once I had a little bit of a wait but was in significant pain so my tolerance level was at a zero. 🤪 The other 2 times was a super fast in and out, even needing an x-ray they got the tech to come rather quickly and they had the report quickly thereafter. I fractured my elbow on my most recent trip here last week. The entire staff was super kind and welcoming. The Doctor was incredibly kind and amazingly empathetic! The x-ray tech was so patient and kind with me being injured, older and slow moving… treated me with care. Every team member every staff member every step of the way they were excellent to me.

Positives - I was seen quickly, my interactions with staff were courteous and the reception area was clean. Negatives - I did all the work to get myself signed in, including having to take my own photos of my ID and insurance card, and after taking the photos, I was still asked to enter information from the cards. Neither the MA nor the PA introduced themselves to me - they just entered the exam room and went to work. I had to ask names. When I asked for a password to access their patient portal, I got conflicting info. One person told me they don't have a patient portal and two others who tried to help, did not know if there was a patient portal, and if there was, they could not tell me the web address. I was told to call the medical records department, but then Linda, a leader, told me she'd look into it and call me, and she did - promptly. Unfortunately, all she could provide was a phone number, as I did not get the link that was supposed to be texted to me for portal access. Nonetheless, I am impressed with Linda's efforts. Linda brings my two-star rating up to three stars.

CareNow refused to email a copy of my invoice to me, saying they don't email anything - a violation of both HIPAA and NRS. I informed a clerk and a supervisor that both HIPAA and NRS require documents requested electronically to be sent electronically. They refused to comply and refused to allow me to speak with the compliance or legal departments. It's astounding the lack of knowledge this staff has regarding this aspect of HIPAA and NRS. But they say no because they can. Many people don't know their Civil Rights regarding healthcare, so providers like Care Now get away with noncompliance with the laws. Now, I'll file a complaint with the Nevada State Medical Examiner.

I had an excellent experience today, my first time here. Being able to do all the patient paperwork online, and then being notified of the current wait time and given a place in line so I didn't have to wait in the lobby, made for a release smooth experience. I made an appointment online close to the time they close and was able to get seen right away. The nurse was quick to reach out to the tech so I could get an X-ray that night. Complete joke. Paid for sports physical for my daughter to go to summer camp. After waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF and after taking my daughter's vitals was told by front desk lady (who was very nice) that doctor wouldn't complete physical because "she didn't feel comfortable signing form". I actually had a very pleasant experience even though I waited an hour to see the Doctor. I was the 3rd person. Luckily there weren’t more people, this could have taken many hours. I would definitely recommend this location. The team are very cordial and was paid for by my insurance

Prompt checkin but poor communication regarding wait time. We checked in online and it said our appointment was at 10:52 AM. We ended up waiting over 2 hrs and didn’t see a doctor until almost 12:20 PM. Front desk staff were friendly and Doctor and nurse as well.

Came in for an eye issue. I was with the doctor for no more than 3 minutes only for the Doctor to tell me he "doesnt like to do eyes or hearts." Immediately told to go to Sunrise Hospital, their sister company. This visit was $50. Save your money and go to an actual hospital or an actual Quickare. Once i arrived at Sunrise and told them I was instructed to come directly here. The nurse would than say yes CareNow is a rip off and not the first time she's heard they take people's money.
I felt ripped off at CareNow only for Sunrise to agree they are designed to take your money.

As we found out later, their system wasn’t working, but after checking in online and being notified that it was time to come in, there was still a one hour wait before triage. Then we noticed three people who had come after us were called in to see the doctor before we were. Even though the paperwork from our previous visit directed us to come back after 7 days he wasn’t getting better, the doctor told us that the antibiotics may still be working in his system 14 days later, and he really shouldn’t get any more. Could I get those 3.5 hours back, please! CareNow was neither.

Went to this care center after injuring my foot with a grocery cart while trying to get it unstuck from another cart. They got me registered very quickly and into a room within ten minutes. The medical assistant took my vitals and then left. The doctor came in within ten minutes and examined my foot. She explained that I would need x-rays and she would be back as soon as they were completed. The c-ray technician took my back shortly for the x-rays and then returned me to a room. The doctor came in with a CD with X-rays, a sheet with a diagnosis and instructed me how to care for my foot until I saw an orthopedist. She gave me a referral form and a phone number which would provide me with specialists who would provide the next level of care. In 45 minutes, the process was completed and I left the facility. Everyone was professional and caring. I was positively impressed and would use this facility again.

I was able to schedule my visit online and do all the paperwork on there as well before arriving for my visit. My wait time was minimal and everyone at the clinic was very helpful and friendly. The physician listened to my issue and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was very pleased with my visit.
