I’ve been here before and the experience was alright but not great, I went today and no greeting just a sign in if you are a walk in I sign in and you are supposed to get a confirmation text to finish registration I waited like 3 mins no text so I ask them and then they resend it. When I click it needs another confirmation number I waited no text so a min later I hit resend no text a min later hit resend again and no text. So after failed attempts, I just left and went to another urgent care which I know is actually nice and fast. I only went to this one because it’s closer to my house. While I was sitting in the room at the other urgent care I get messages saying to finish my registration and then I get 3 messages all of a sudden with the codes and this was 20 mins later. So I learned my lesson will not go there anymore.

Dr I had did not really listen to me. Telling me to do this and that. Can’t always because I work with toddlers. Am I to leave a child on a changing table to do what she wants me to do? The doctors really need to listen better to the patients. And also come and talk about the results with me instead of having someone just hand a piece of paper to me.

Ever since moving to Las Vegas over a year ago, navigating health care has been a nightmare. Especially since I am 26 and figuring it all out on my own for the first time. The staff at this clinic has truly provided some of the best medical services I have ever experienced. They are kind with fantastic bedside manner. I truly feel like their clinic is a better option to some other bigger medical clinics in the area. Most recently I came in needing a second opinion, as the clinic i had previously visited provided inadequate care. At this clinic I was seen quickly, my conscerns taken seriously, I was walked through every part of my examination and had the doctors conscerns explained to me in a way that made me feel comfortable, valid and confident in their care. I left their clinic knowing what I am sick with, paper work to excuse my work absence and pamphlets telling me how to nurse my symptoms while recovering. Because of their care, I can now stay home and avoid unknowingly spreading sickness to my friends and work place. Not only a service to myself but my whole circle really. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, they are truly wonderful.

All the staff was nice and professional. I just didn't like I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes to be seen for a urine test. It felt like my bladder was about to explode. I called before hand to see if I should schedule an appointment the receptionist was like if you walk in for a urine test it shouldn't be no longer then 20 to 30 minutes unless you're seeing a doctor then it would be longer. I got up and asked the receptionist how much longer and then she went to check and came back and said it would take 5 minutes and then they came immediately. I was a little frustrated but that's my only complaint.

Extremely unprofessional front desk experience.
I arrived around 6:00 PM and checked in with the front desk employee. Since I had already submitted my ID and insurance information online, I asked her specifically if I was checked in. She told me yes and instructed me to take a seat.
I waited patiently for approximately 2½ hours without complaining. At around 8:30 PM, the same employee looked at me and told me I needed to get in line to check in—as though I had just arrived.
I explained that I had checked in with her 2½ hours earlier and that she had personally told me I was checked in. Instead of apologizing or trying to figure out what happened, she accused me of being rude because I was “complaining.”
That was incredibly frustrating because I had been sitting quietly and patiently the entire time. I only spoke up after realizing that I apparently had never been properly checked in despite being told that I was.
Mistakes happen, and I could understand a check-in error. What I cannot understand is blaming a patient for an employee’s mistake and responding disrespectfully instead of simply acknowledging and correcting it.
Waiting 2½ hours because of a check-in mistake was bad enough. The way the situation was handled afterward made the experience much worse.
Management should seriously review how front-desk staff handle patient check-ins and complaints. Patients coming to urgent care deserve clear communication and professional treatment.

Very disappointed in both visit between 3 days. My daughter had a physical done and was given new paperwork from new coaches following day. I make online appts and always wait almost an hour past them just to be seen, then wait forever in the room.

Today my son’s appt was 520, we arrived 505 and we are still here at 650 and he is still not done - btw , it’s an annual sports physical!!!

When I had rashes, a 105.9 degree fever, and joint swelling and pain, they diagnosed me with bronchitis. It turned out to be SJIA. When I went in after I injured my knee, they said I probably just tweaked it. It turned out I had torn my ACL. I just went back because I injured my nose and wanted an xray. We waited an hour for them to not look at my nose and tell me they don’t do above the neck X-rays. Please, if something is wrong, don’t go here they don’t know what they’re talking about. And for advice, please be upfront about the services you provide so that you’re not wasting patients time and charging insurances just for someone to come in and tell you they can’t provide a service.

Dr. Wilson and the nurse, forgive me for not getting the young man’s name but he’s from San Diego, were both absolutely awesome.

Went for a sinus infection and also had my right ear flush out. The nurse, he was so compassionate while flushing my ear.

I strongly recommend the Green Valley location to everyone. Their entire staff, from the reception desk to the medical staff are amazing.

This was the fastest urgent care visit I’ve ever had, I booked online and was able to wait at home until it was time for my visit. The entire visit including X-rays took less than an hour.
From the time I entered the facility, I was greeted kindly, the nurse that took me to the back was so sweet and friendly, the Dr who attended me was so friendly and super sweet, I was then taken in for my xray and my xray tech was so gentle and so kind to me. They had us waiting for almost two hours. We had our two year old daughter with us, and she wasn’t feeling well. We completed the online check-in and were told to be there at 5:00 PM, yet we didn’t leave until 7:15 PM.
It was incredibly frustrating having to wait that long with a sick toddler. It felt like they had no regard for anyone’s time or situation.

This is my second experience with this place, and unfortunately it was just as terrible as the first. Absolutely awful.

After seven years of coming to this urgent care my family and I will no longer be using this urgent care. Staff is unhelpful and unknowable, kept getting the run around with my son’s prescription and never received any call backs. Very disappointing that an urgent care would act this way when they are supposed to help. Staff likes to put people on hold more then once so watch out, unless you like being on hold and getting no solution to your issue or concerns. Ended up canceling prescription and taking son to see his pediatrician during the week which cut into my work schedule, really wish this would have worked out in a different way and urgent care could have helped us.

Refused to drain a very painful cyst, said they are not equipped to do that. Which is completely not true, went to dermatologist 3 days later and he was shocked to hear that an urgent care facility could not do that to relieve the pain until I could see him. Great urgent care! The young man at the front desk helped me register my two young kids and made the process smooth and easy. I did not feel rushed during my visit, which is rare when bringing more than one child into an exam room. The Doctor seen us  was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. They also mentioned they offer school physicals, so I will be returning with my son. Thank you Dr. Henderson for hearing me out, I had a severe uti and was in pain, nausea, very sick, couldn’t work and barely had the energy to walk. I went to care first urgent care prior on (boulder hwy) and their test didn’t pick up anything. And afterward I went to this urgent care and glad I did. Your guys test are more sensitive and better, I was prescribed meds and finally feeling better. Thank you! Office is nice too and staff friendly 👍☺️

I had a great experience at CareNow (Green Valley & Warm Springs). The entire team was kind, efficient, and very professional from start to finish.

Front desk staff Chris and Armani were welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Shalee, the medical assistant, was gentle and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away.

Provider Shamaica was amazing — she took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt reassured about my treatment.

I used this urgent care for my possible broken left foot. Turned out it was sprained. Everyone there was very, very pleasant and polite and because I Had done all my paperwork online I got in fairly quickly. All of that was great, but I have only one complaint and that is the examination room was very cold. I had to ask for a blanket, which I got to take home. Lol.

I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times in the past and have always had very positive experiences with the providers, which is why this visit stood out. The front desk staff and medical assistants who take vitals have always been professional and respectful, and never make you feel uncomfortable for being sick.

Yesterday, my daughter was seen by Dr. Wilson, who was excellent. He was thorough, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain everything without being condescending. He answered all questions appropriately and even ordered a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. That experience was exactly what I’ve come to expect from this clinic.

In contrast, my visit today was very different. I came in with a high fever (102.6), chills, chest heaviness, and cough after exposure to my daughter. I was not expecting antibiotics, but still hopeful and I did have reasonable questions about why my child was prescribed one yesterday while I was not. Instead of answering concisely, the provider became repetitive, talked over me, and did not allow me to speak.

As a woman alone in a small exam room, the interaction became increasingly uncomfortable. When I asked a question, I was dismissed and talked over, rather than engaged in a respectful discussion. It did not feel like a space where questions were welcomed, and the tone came across as defensive rather than collaborative.
I understand appropriate antibiotic use and was not trying to argue, only to ask for clarification. The clinical decision may have been appropriate, but the communication and bedside manner were not.

After the visit, I looked up this nurse practitioner's reviews and found that most others also described very poor experiences. That was validating and consistent with what I experienced. I was also surprised that, given that pattern of feedback, this provider was hired at a clinic that has otherwise delivered such consistently good care. This does not reflect the level of care I have received from other providers at this location.

I would still recommend this clinic overall. Their online check-in system is very helpful and allows you to track your place in line and arrival time. However, I would strongly recommend being mindful of which provider you are scheduled with. I would not choose to be seen by this provider again.

This location of CareNow is my favorite. I was seen by provider Selena Henderson. She is very thorough and answered all my questions. She had suggestions for preventative therapies and was very helpful. Front office staff Mal & Mathias were very nice and helpful. Juan the MA did a thorough history prior to me being seen by Selena. I arrived and was seen and out the door in less than an hour the wait wasn’t unreasonable at all.

I went to this location yesterday, it took a very long time to be checked and I had to go back to the waiting area cause they were having many patients which is understandable cause I guess I didn’t have an appointment. Staff was very friendly, they could guess what was my issue real quick when I described my eating habits over the past few days. Most important thing they gave me a shot and efficient medication that quickly lowered my feet swelling. I’ll probably come back to this location again.

This is place is a SCAM!!!! Our recent experience at urgent care was incredibly frustrating. We took our son in for a rash near his eye because his regular doctor couldn’t see him until Friday. Since it wasn’t an emergency, we thought urgent care would be a good option to get a cream prescribed. We ended up paying $200 for a very brief appointment with a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. It felt like the whole thing lasted just a few minutes, and her uncertain demeanor made it seem like she didn’t really know what she was talking about. She prescribed a cream and sent it to Walgreens, but when we got there, the pharmacist told us no prescription had been sent. To top it off, they mentioned that the cream could be bought over the counter. We’re definitely planning to report this situation in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
