Worst place , no experienced doctor, they can not do anything , but won’t tell you at checking in , only let you know after charge you money , paid copay $50 , a woman come here not even 2 minutes and said they can not do anything , why let us know before paying , and waiting time is horrible , even no people at the waiting room , still wait for one hour , even walk in a regular clinic faster cheaper than that . They have to call Xray in if you need Xray, so another at least 45 minutes waiting again. Worst experience never had .

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care! Everything was fast and efficient, and the check-in process was very easy.

Elizabeth at the front desk was incredibly kind upon my arrival and made the check-in process feel seamless. The medical assistant, Jerlyn, was also great and very helpful throughout my visit. Jane, the nurse practitioner, was wonderful as well. Both Jerlyn and Jane were very informative and took the time to make sure I understood everything.

There is NOTHING URGENT about this Urgent Care facility.
We were the first ones in the door at 8am when the doors opened for a walk in appointment.
27 minutes later we are still waiting in the lobby.
We have been here many times, our information wasn't found by the 'system' but the front desk assistant never even spoke to us, no greeting no have you been here before...nothing.
nearly 30 minutes could have been avoided by a 'human' interaction. welcome to modern beaurocratic healthvare.

Absolutely horrible and a complete waste of my time. Went to have stitches removed and the nurse pract refused to even look at them. Instead she said because they are 6 days old and not 7 she refused to provide me service. No doctor on staff today either, just her. They could have saved me the 2 hours and told me this prior to taking vitals and wasting my time but then I guess they couldn't bill my insurance for no services rendered. Something they said they won't do, but I no longer have any reason to trust this location. Incredibly disappointed and now at a proper Quick Care, UMC. Should have just come to UMC first since at least I'll get to see a doctor who will physically look at my arm. Something Care Now couldn't be bothered to do.

First time In Vegas and I am quite impressed by the customer service and the quality of care at CareNow Urgent Care on N Buffalo drive. I made the appointment online and arrived to be checked in on time. I met the receptionist at the front desk who was very polite and made it easy to start the process. Staff called me in and explained how the process was done and I felt comfortable. The physician was awesome and took the time to explain everything. Trucking companies please be careful when you book drug test through this facility. I sent my driver to get a drug test done there. They were not professional at all. They didn’t fill up the application properly and send it to the lab. Then the lab refused because they didn’t sign all the paperwork and they never informed me that they got a fax from the lab saying that they have to fill up the paperwork again, the driver was sitting in the truck without a drug test and my company lost $8000 because the driver couldn’t operate the vehicle very unprofessional I usually don’t write reviews, but this was the worst experience ever. Stay away from them they didn’t fill up the paperwork yet by the way

I’ve gone twice and haven’t had a good experience. Both times they took my money and didn’t help at all. I ended up going to the ER both times for something they could’ve just done there. Even the ER said that. Also, a medical facility should not have cockroaches, but I saw one. I told the staff about that and they said “It’s that time of year.” 🤢 No medical facility should have cockroaches. That’s unsanitary.

Seen and attended to fairly quickly, but there was no follow-up from any referral. I had to call later to get that set up. Then on their referral line I was informed that no chart of mine was in their records, so the kind lady had to create one from scratch. They did, however, have my insurance records on file (go figure). The referral line did try to make an appointment for me, and the line was so long that they offered to call me back. 24 hours later and they did not.

Five stars, no notes. The staff is genuinely friendly, the nurses are cool and actually make you feel comfortable, and I was in and out in under an hour. Efficient, kind, and zero chaos exactly how urgent care should be, but usually isn’t. Love this UC.

Jane , NP and Nicole, MA were wonderful. I was able to be seen right away and got the medication I needed. . Care Now is a very clean facility and the staff cared about me and took care of me. Thank you for the love and support!

I brought my husband here for flu symptoms and 2 days later I returned for flu symptoms myself. Both visits were handled very professionally in under 30 minutes. I was treated by Jane S. NP and by Nicole, Med assistant. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I need to be treated.

My husband and I both needed to see someone about our prolonged coughing. From start to finish, this staff was
upbeat, friendly, professional, and proactive. We had some swab testing done. We were given a couple of prescriptions. The whole process took a just over an hour. Highly recommend this facility! Thank you!

The staff and the doctor and the nurse's were fabulous very kind sensitive listen to what I had to say and told me what I needed to hear but in a very kind way thank you thank you thank you thank you hopefully I won't see you too much but care now but if I need to come at least I know where to go thank you very much many blessings to each and every one of you

Best Care Now in the area. Staff was very kind, from the front desk, Joshua to the Dr, Melissa, really listened to my concerns to find a course of treatment. Thank you to the team for such great care. Hoping they’ve given me what i need to feel better soon! Really hope to not be back, but if i had to, this will be the place!

They were insanely nice and understanding I was in and out of there within 30 minutes as a walk-in, definitely coming back in the future. Devin at the front desk greeted me kindly. Lily was very nice while taking my vitals and Dr. Francis took his time and showed kindness.

I had a really great experience at CareNow Urgent Care, and a big part of that was because of Nicole at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She walked me through the registration process patiently and made sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed at all. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and helped make what can usually be a stressful visit much more comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely friendly and attentive. Because of her excellent customer service, I would absolutely return to this location, especially when Nicole is working.

Was sent by my company to get a.drug test due to a recent truck accident, I was assisted by Nicole at the front desk and help me kindly with online information on my cell phone to achieve some important informations,she was so kind to take the time in really assisting me for my hand was not capable of fast movement, she made it easier and faster to get all the information that was needed on performing the check in act,was so humanly treated with empathy and understanding, and Paolo at the back to get my specimen,was so kind too,to speak to me in a nice manner and felt a caring voice to direct me.This is the very first time that I felt a Concern and Compassion coming to a urgent care facility. Care NOW is the perfect name for your facility, because your people really Showed and Performed it.I recommend that whoever come to this facility also be treated kindly as I was,keep up the good human treatment for nowadays is rare to find.Thank you so much!!!
