Really quick visit, was my first time going to this company and doctor. doctor was nice very direct and quick. loved that because sometimes getting your eyes checked takes a while. Erma was beyond helpful and took care of every concern ive had, really made switching seamless. This will be my main location for years to come !

I had an excellent experience at this eye clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist was incredibly welcoming, kind, and understanding. She made the entire check-in process easy and made me feel comfortable right away. She also took time to inform me about my benefits and didn’t make me feel rushed. The doctor was just as great and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and truly exceeded my expectations. Also the lady helping with prescriptions and glasses was very informative and patient with all the questions I l had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care. I Always walk away from Centennial Family Eye care pleased with the service I've received.
Everyone has "good days & bad days" but I can honestly say that every time I visit Dr. Cutunilli, he is the same even-keeled guy with a great "laid back" attitude but also very professional and knowledgeable.
The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful and the staff that helps with getting you into the right frames and lenses are always excellent. Today I went to get a new script and new glasses and while I was there I was telling Debra that I had an accident where my current glasses had taken some serious abuse and were out of alignment. I had to do a DIY repair using thin wire to repair and reattach the arm while overseas. Without my asking she took my glasses to the back and returned with them completely repaired with a new screw and realigned. I didn't even realize until I got home that she had removed the wire and replaced it with a new screw. Both my wife and I have been very pleased with the service we've received over the years.

I arrived 25 minutes early but the staff was very accommodating. Dr. Wang was extremely helpful and took time to explain many of the things he observed during my exam. DO NOT ORDER CONTACTS OR GLASSES THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered contacts OVER a months ago, they never came. No one from the office followed up with me. After calling 4 different times I was finally able to get ahold of someone who first told me “the order is still being processed” after 4 weeks… then later in the day when I spoke to them another time they said “it looks like the order has been shipped to another office”. Which mind you, when I ordered them I asked if they can be shipped to my house (my normal optometrist BRIGHT EYES OPTOMETRY which is amazing btw does this every time and checks in to make sure you receive them) the receptionist said it would be no problem, but the woman on the phone said it’ll be an extra charge? I’m sorry I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my contacts I’m not paying extra to have them shipped to my house.

I’ve waited over three weeks for my contacts of which I don’t have any to spare. I had to resort to wearing my five year old glasses to work (I’m a nurse, are you sure you want me to not have good vision while I’m looking at your medications??????) because of their incompetence. Doctor told me I can’t wear the sample contacts past June 1. Well, I haven’t gotten my contacts to replace them and it’s June 8 so back to my OLD Rx glasses it is until they deliver my contacts, which, at the point of this review have not arrived. Awesome optometrist but the worst support staff. Will not be coming here again and will warn people against coming here.
