The front desk did not know that medicsre is my primary insurance, she was ted me to pay for the visit, so I left, I went home contacted my insurance, because the girl at the front desk was confused about her knowledge of medical services, this delayed my appt. This is a low quality facility, many patients were at the office complaining about services, I think they all need better training for a medical facility to be professional

I have been going to the Centerwell @ East Tropicana for over a year now. I thought its time for me to share my experiences. The venue is sparkling clean. every occasions/holidays, the place is well decorated, as a member going in it really feels the warmth of home. But the best part is the staff. from the moment I walk through the door Front desks team are always welcoming especially Maria, Guadalupe Javier & Amanda. Their positive attitudes & efficiency makes check in/out process seamless. The medical assistants like Gisselle, Alma, Lori, they're not only highly skilled but also compassionate, explain the process clearly making sure I'm comfortable. My provider Ms. Marilou Sorensen listen attentively to my concerns, ensuring my appointments run on time & that my needs are met. It's clear that she's committed to providing the best possible care for me. I also give a shout out to Ms. Leslie Ramos who coordinate productive events for Seniors. I am grateful for their hard work & professionalism & I highly recommend their Services.

After a 2 month wait and a few phone calls to make sure the In surance was right. I take my family member there. I .guess something was wrong. I don't know because it wasn't relayed in ENGLISH. . I KNOW what was wrong i took them to the Wrong place. Thank God that I didn't let them touch my family member

I have all good things to say about this c clinic, it has definitely improved my everyday life not only with the doctors and the people that work here The center for the seniors where I have met friends that have become my second family. Mary Lou is my Doctor and I love talking to her because she listens to my pains and every day concerns and she always do the right things with medication with a referral to a specialist or simply send me directly to the hospital. If I need to, I would not change anything that I have here now.

All I can say is that I feel very fortunate to have been sent here. My doctor Marilou sorenson is the best in my entire medical experience. And I'm 68 years old!
And it is a very nice and good place to go. Everyone is respectful and very efficient. It's the best experience I've had.
