Not impressed. The layout of this office is ridiculous. They have 2 employees sitting at their stations in the middle - front of the office. And they aren't the ones who greet you, they are sitting further back in the office behind a counter they can't even see above, so when you walk in you see customers, the 2 employees in front that will ignore you because they aren't the ones who greet the customers but you don't know that because whomever says "welcome in", they are hidden from view. So if that person who greets you is also on the phone, she'll obviously ignore you as well cuz she's on the phone so if you haven't been here before, it'll seem like you're in the way. They have glasses from brands that no one can afford all over their office. Tell me who in their right minds is looking at the Gucci frames and saying "well my insurance only covers 200 bucks for hardware (glasses), which Gucci/Prada/Louis Vuitton can I get?". 🤣🤣 $200 doesn't even cover the cleaning cloth! So, that part of their business is annoying. Regular people aren't going to your eye clinic and buying frames for thousands of dollars. They just aren't. Lastly, the two workers in the middle of the office in everyone's way were talking about missing Meta Glasses or Oakley smart glasses. One of the expensive ones and they discovered that a lot of the ones missing have kissy been "signed out" but they couldn't figure out who was doing it. So take what you want from that. And they couldnt even help my wife with her eye issue. They gave us a referral and that was 3 weeks ago and we still haven't heard from the Dr they referred us to. Health care in Nevada! 👎🏻

I think this place is just the best. All the doctors are friendly and seem to actually care about your eyesight. They have a decent, fair priced selection of frames. The staff are also down to earth and thorough. The Durango and Sky Canyon locations are both awesome but I prefer the Durango spot.

Was new to to this spot found it off google and was glad I did, from the moment I called to schedule my appointment to walking out with a receipt for my new glasses was a great and easy experience, only problem was a little miscommunication, during my paperwork I had filled and checked that I didn’t want imaging of my eyes done as it was a extra charge just the base eye exam was all I wanted, but as I got called in going through the process I guess they had taken the pictures regardless and I was just thinking it was routine until way after when it was time to pay they asked if I got pictures and I said ya and they added the charge but I was unaware that’s what it was because I had checked it off as no on the paperwork, and thought it was normal to the exam and let them know and they said it was done and typically can’t be waived off after being done but they will double check with the manager, and as they came back they said they usually do imaging for new patients that it’s normal but I was just unaware and kinda wished I was asked before to be double checked or something at least before being done, just didn’t expect that little surprise was all, but I won’t let it take away from the rating and the work of all these important workers and all they do, as I genuinely liked this place, felt welcomed, selection was great and I was treated well.

I came in and asked a very nice receptionist if they took walk in’s and the lady said yes so I took my exams (very nice lady assisted) then I waited an hour for the dr and someone walked right in saying her appointment was an hour after mine but she was in a rush dressed in scrubs and a different lady (Caucasian with long blond hair) took her back before me and and there was no reason to be treated that way. When I asked why, they were doing this mind you they were looking at me saying I was next the first very nice lady began stuttering and couldn’t answer even the lady herself advised them that’s not fair. They then walked her back anyway and allowed the dr to assist her first. I won’t be back and I took my prescription elsewhere.

I didn't stay or meet the Dr. .My prescription glass Brook last week. I wanted to update my prescription and buy a pair of reading glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately without glasses I couldn't fill out the forms. I was unable read without my glasses. They lady at the desk offered to reschedule my appointment. I was going to another doctors office for over 13 years who I was happy with so I was reluctant to change doctors, however since moving farther from that doctors office and changing insurance providers I decided to look in my area and found this office. I was very pleased with the service from the start with the front staff checking me in to the eye examination provided by Dr. Myers. He took his time with my exam to be sure I was comfortable with my prescription, and even took extra precautions with taking additional tests to be certain as my previous prescription was much stronger then what we ended up going with that day. After my appointment the staff member checking me out was extremely helpful with giving me all the different options I had with my contacts and glasses, she also was answering all the questions I had regarding my new insurance provider and all my benefits. I did not catch her name however she had long dark brown hair.
I will be coming back for my future eye exams.

Went to my appointment 15mins early knowing there would be paperwork. (Waiting area is just a few chairs where they can fit them.) Finished my paperwork and sat in the office for 45mins and no one called me. I went to the front desk they were really apologetic but after 60mins of waiting I couldn't wait any longer. That's just bad for business especially when people have to work. I will also add that it just seems that they try to nickel and dime people for contact exams with additional fees. I'm not sure what happened to this optometry office but I received excellent service and care from them a year ago. Now, this month ( May 2026), I made an apointment for an eye exam and receeived numerous reminders and checks a week in advance of my appointment( I was even asked to try frames on virtually before my appointment a few days before I was scheduled for an exam on May 13th 2026).
Then, after I drove out of my way to get to my scheduled appointment on time at 1:45PM May 13th 2026, I was told they cant can't find my insurance. Why not let the customer know at the time they make their appointment they cannot verify the customers insurance?
A year ago my insurance at this location was accepted and when I inquired with other In Network VSP providers such as Advanced Eye care and other Optic Gallery locations, my insurance was visible and accepted.
I made this appointment a week in advance and nobody in their office could bother to inform me that they could not find my insurance until 30 minutes before my appointment. This is extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate behavior. The public seeking care for their vision should be aware how unprofessional and inconsiderate this office has become.

I went here simply for the convenience of it being near my house because it was recommended my 6 year old see an eye doctor and ended up finding the nicest facility I've ever been too. The staff was extremely friendly, and extra kind to my son. Everyone explained to him what they were going to do before they did it, which really helps relieve his anxiety. Had a good first visit. The people are very nice. My problem came about when I decided to exchange my lenses. I received a call that they were ready, so I called back and it was a week before they could fit me in. I went to the office and dropped off my glasses and left on my appointment date. Next thing I know they text me that one of the lenses was scratched and they couldn’t replace them. I went back to pick up my glasses and was told it would be another week at least before the new ones are in. First off I want to know why didn’t they check the new lenses as soon as they came in? It could have saved weeks of aggravation. Second why can’t the lenses manufacturer overnight a new set immediately if they provided bad ones? When I ask about the expedited delivery I was told it takes time to make the lenses, come on really…. I just sure hope that they start checking their orders as soon as they are received. Oh I forgot to mention there are no refunds if you remove something you paid extra for on the glasses. Other than this I was satisfied with my visits

If I could give this office a zero I would. First I’ll talk about a pair of safety glasses from work.
I gave my safety team my valid prescription from Calif. I’m working in S Carolina. The safety team isn’t an eye doctor. Heck they only hand out PPE to the crew all day long. I work for Kiewit and we provide free prescription glasses to our employees. Nice perk. My safety team has a box of Wiley X frames to choose from. I picked a pair. Gave them a screenshot of my prescription and that is freaken it. I go into this office to use my VSP insurance I’ve been using for 27 years as an IBEW electrician all over the country. I had glasses made in Ohio, last year. No push back from the staff. I had glasses made in Utah the previous two years and guess what no questions or push back. The clowns in this office are the worst in the USA. My safety team with ZERO eye wear experience pulled it off in 5 minutes. Your people are just clueless and they have zero idea what customer service is. Just the fact jack.

I tried a new location for my family to get our eyes checked. Yesterday was my daughter’s first visit. Scheduling was easy we don’t have vision insurance anymore so I priced it before going. But when we got there and I gave our health card and they found coverage for my teen which was great. The exam with the doctor went well. We got new contacts for me teen and our bill was just for the contacts and we got a rebate. Everyone was so friendly. I totally recommend them ☺️

What an absolute nasty customer service from the front desk and technician on site. You could ask me their names but I’d have no clue. As a new customer I renewed my prescription but requested to use my current frames. I was told that’s fine, but needed to have an adjustment a few weeks later (today 1/17/2026) and received the third degree about my frames not being purchased from the store. The tech pretended as if she’d never made an adjustment before. No customer service or basic empathy about what I needed. Horrible

My provider's technician saw me within minutes of my scheduled appointment. And my optometrist thoroughly explained all test results. He also let me know that new glasses were not necessary as my eyes had not changed significantly but I could obtain new ones if I wanted a spare. Went in there because I could not get my contacts out. While I understand i would have to pay a fee....they wanted to charge me $75 for an office visit which is understandable. Dr. Myers is great. Always answers all my questions. And the front office staff is awesome. They were very helpful when ordering my contacts and also informed me of a rebate on my contacts. She provided me with all the necessary information to aid me in requesting my rebate. Highly recommend this office.

This place is beyond horrible the worst customer service in las vegas. Let's start off when I first went in for my appointment while waiting to see the Doctor the front staff talked so negatively about every single customer that walked in the door. I mistakenly went through with my appointment. The lady that checked me out was completely condescending over asking about eye drops for the contacts I was fitted for .They couldn't get my prescription right I've gone back twice to get my contacts with issues. Each time of them ordering wrong a prescription. It's been over a month and half and I still don't have the contacts that I paid for.

From start to finish my experience was amazing! Starting with the front desk the ladies were sincerely friendly. As for the doctor he gets a giant 10. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured . The person giving me the prescription for glasses had the same professionalism. This clinic offers great service, no pressure! I highly recommend that you give them a visit for your next eye examination.

I moved to Las Vegas about 9 months ago and needed to find an eye doctor. I was recommended to this office by Alexis that works there. Let me start by saying that I have wore glasses my entire life. I used New Optical outlook for the past 15 years but they are no longer in business. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. From start to finish they have made mistake after mistake. I have waited over a month the first coupe of transactions with this company to receive my glasses. The last transaction they have messed up by entire lens. It is depressing my cheeks leaving indents and it is super painful. They have claimed to call me back and fix the issue and it has been weeks and still have not received a call telling me to bring them in for them to fix what they have done wrong. Do not use this company! Dave your money and go elsewhere.

Eye exams are so easy with the option of no dilation! All the most advanced equipment makes it so easy for the patient. The reception area is welcoming and friendly.
