Wow. Called in- I was referred by my primary. Didn't even get a full sentence out. The woman answering the phone was extremely rude for no reason and was a poor communicator... yikes. Get a new job lady. If that is the way you treat people you just met... definitely going somewhere else and letting my primary know not to send other people here.

Dr. Chemplavil is an extraordinary knowledgeable caring fabulous physician. He is empathetic and professional every where in his office and examining rooms there are positive affirmations.
He is the best physician I have ever known in my 72 years. He truly cares about his patients and it’s so important to know that. If all doctors were like him this would be a much better world. His staff is professional and caring also. His assistant Erika is wonderful such a fantastic lady. She is always helpful very knowledgeable and caring. Listens to what I’m saying and then talks to the doctor and resolves my health issues.

Best pulmonologist office I've been too! Even as a new patient, Dr. Cyriac makes you feel like he's known you forever. I really liked how they were able to perform breathing tests and explain the results the same day, as my previous pulmonologist would require me to schedule another appt after diagnosis for the testing and then another after that for results.

During our appointment, Dr. Cyriac was conscious about my insurance eligibility for certain medications and was able to form a treatment plan that worked within those guidelines. Overall, professional and friendly environment from the office and team.

My internist & one of my friends referred me to Dr. CHEMPAVIL as they’ve known him for many years. I had my first appointment & was promptly greeted by the office staff. I had filled out my paperwork at home & I was checked in promptly. My appointment was on time. I found Dr. CHEMPAVIL to be extremely kind and attentive. After a few breathing tests he went over his findings with me, allowing me to ask any questions which he fully answered. He prescribed some medication and I felt very comfortable with Dr. CHEMPAVIL’s assessments. It was an excellent experience. I am so happy I was referred to him!

The office is tidy/non-stressful and when you call you are connected with a real person! Appointments are on time and the front desk/medical assistant staff are kind and helpful. My fiancé called in yesterday to set an appointment with the doctor. The receptionist who took his call was disrespectful and out of line. If this is the customer service you support, I’m shocked. The doctor was wonderful. The treatment was amazing. The only downside was the woman who took the call to begin with

I think I've met an Angel on earth in this Doctor. He is the most thorough Doctor. He ran every test on my lungs, due to my difficulty with breathing, and listened to every complaint I have Physically, with his full attention. He is absolutely the very best Doctor I've ever seen. I Love, Love, this Doctor! The best care and advice! The office staff is amazing also. I can't say enough great things about this Doctor and Staff!

Dr. Chemplavil saw me to give me surgical clearence for general anesthesia after my first surgery date was cancelled by the anesthesia. When I arrived he could see that I was anxious and used compassion to put me at ease. Not only did he give me clearence but he took extra time to help me feel better about everything in my life. I have never met a man so kind, caring and compassionate. In all honesty I wish I could be around him just to pick up his wisdom and Zen vibe all the time. He may be a great Pulmonologist with a touch of Buddha.

Dr. Cyriac is a very professional doctor, sorry I've cannot say the same about the office staff, nor MA. They don't follow up, nor pay attention to the patient request in a needed timeframe. It doesn't matter how important the situation is.
