I didn't have a bad experience and nobody was rude or anything but to me it definitely felt like a lack of knowledgeable and skilled dentists/employees and that's worrisome to me. I was there for a second opinion and they didn't give any where near as much insight as the other dentists I've been to and I was giving them more info than they gave me. The other dentist that I've been to previously told me it was more advanced than what he handles and referred me to an oral surgeon but this place was ready to just extract and they didn't pick up on what 2 other dentists did. They weren't conversing much details of anything and the xrays weren't even that good. They were not able to help at all. The office could definitely use some remodeling and it would be nice to see the employees smile more and be a little more outgoing and welcoming. Personally I would not recommend this place but like I said, I wasn't treated bad or anything.

I absolutely love this office! The staff is always so kind, respectful, and helpful, and I really appreciate how they treat my kids. They make them feel comfortable and welcome, and most importantly, my kids are always happy when we leave.

I also really appreciate how professional the environment is. Unlike other dental offices I’ve been to, I’ve never heard employees gossiping or talking negatively about their coworkers. Everyone is respectful and works together, and you can really feel that positive atmosphere.

I came here twice. One time for my oldest and they were closed at the time of appointment so we waited for them to open and attend to us. The second time I tried giving them another chance and take my youngest. I got there and told me I arrived on the wrong date. I proceed to show my email verification date and said their online system and their system weren't working together. Gave me a card to call and change my date. Called, they couldn't find my child, so his information is just somewhere unattainable. You take a lot of effort to make time for your children's dental visit just so the time and date aren't honored.

We take my adult special needs family member here for dental care. She needs sedation but state health insurance always wants a doctor referral before sedation, and the office is well versed on this and handle the process well. I take those 5 stars back! Today I took my daughter in. I previously made a request at the last appointment that no one new as in students work on my kids. I have a reason for that. The lady Alyssa calls us to the back. She then says something to Julia as we are walking to the back. I notice when she called us to she was the same person from last time a new person, in which, she introduced herself to me as a student. I say nothing we sit down and she says "Julia will be right with you" . I said ok. Well Julia comes over and says "whats this issue with her working on your child". I'm like wait what. Then she says do you have a special request for who you want. Ma'am what are we even talking about! First of this is the second time this lady Julia has approached me off of what this lady Alyssa said. We should not have never had a conversation. Now we are having a heated conversation cause why are you approaching me when I said nothing, the request technically was for my other child, and you are downright not being professional cause I wouldn't let you talk over me like last time. Very unprofessional supposedly Area Coach. After the fact it was all pointed out that her employee Alyssa the only one that said something as we are going to the back she decides to go away. I can't wait for my girls to get their braces removed I'm looking for a new doctor immediately! I would give less stars if I could! Y'all need to pull it together at this office! Baby! Let me tell you this place is not it ... I brought my daughter here to have her mouth looked at in regards to pain. Yes, I made an appointment and yes I verified insurance. When I spoke to the front counter prior to coming to also clean her teeth because she had a appointment scheduled a few days later. They confirmed it wouldn't be an issue . We get there they look at her mouth regarding the pain. It's just incoming teeth since she's only 6 years old. They set up to clean her mouth then the girls tell me go to the front office please. I ask was there a problem while I'm carrying my new born and they state I have no insurance. I updated my insurance but they kept trying to bill old insurances. I go back to my daughter then they do it again and then they say the insurance isn't working . Then 3 min later said insurance won't let us bill you. At that point I was tired and fed up and my infant was already hungry and crying. They didn't clean her teeth that day and when we came back for the scheduled appointment. The same crap was pulled about insurance when it was active but the link on my profile was incorrect. That has nothing to do with me as the parent that's a office miscommunication. I don't appreciate the extra stress and phone calls I received over internal miscommunication. I also requested to speak to the office manager and nonsu h thing happened I got a follow up from just the office 3 days later. Glad it wasn't an emergency that's all I can say.

I have no association with this business. I live hundreds of miles away from it. But I get regular notifications of appointments for people I don’t know. I have let them know multiple times that they have the wrong number for the real patients, and I have even tried unsubscribing, but nothing works. Messages keep coming. I had two children that were seen on the same day for similar work at the Vegas surgery center location. My younger child (5) surprisingly did very well, and according to the dentist did not have any problems. I was not allowed to go back into the operating room room at any time before or after the procedures. She complained of pain after the procedure and had to be given some Tylenol and apparently some anti-nausea medication by the dentist, but she was all right.

However, my older child (8) had a much different experience. He told me he was terrified and anxious and he thought he was “going to die”. He said he screamed and the staff said “oh wow”. They held his arms down (confirmed by an employee that this is a normal process), and he was just so afraid. While I understand everyone is different, I feel it could’ve been handled better by the dentist/team because none of this information was given to me until after everything was finished; it was given to me by my child. Staff said he did great and did not mention anything about this. He did not feel safe and it’s a very unfortunate experience that he will likely be stuck with now. I just hope for a little bit more attention to anxiety next time.

Just left the office had two appointments (for both my children) for a cleaning and exam. The cleaning is a joke. They spent less than 4 min cleaning their teeth, which usually is the longest part.They spent more time getting their X-rays done. I’ve brushed my teeth longer than they’ve cleaned. Waste of exam claim on my insurance. The dentist who went over everything was helpful tho, very informative. The techs/assistants tho rushed through everything. The cleaning was not good (obviously) We checked in at 2:30, seen at 2:45 and was out by 3:10pm. (FOR TWO PEOPLE). Do not recommend.

If I can give this place -5 stars I would! I brought my daughter here for the first time and the moment I walked in I knew I made the wrong choice. The office did not smell clean AT ALL, it smelled musty! But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Getting walked in just after checking in, the receptionist/assistant proceeds to walk my daughter and I to the chair (that seems like it hasn’t been wiped down in months and had a huge gash on the side.) I specifically told her that my daughter has a fear for the dentist and gets anxiety… Prior to brushing her teeth, the assistant lets my daughter touch the brush with her dirty after school fingers and then goes straight into her mouth. My daughter obviously being uncomfortable and no one attempting to calm her nerves, the assistant proceeded to be very unkind and impatient with her. When it’s time for X-rays, she literally had my daughter gagging on the film. Instead of her pulling it out of her mouth and explaining the process, she kept shoving it deeper in her mouth! Another assistant had to interfere and assist. After that was completed I said, “thank you for helping” and she walked straight past me with an upset look on her face. The Dr then arrived and did not bother introducing herself to my daughter or I. She sits and attempts to began working but immediately becomes impatient with my daughter as well. No one ever tried to calm her down or talk with her about the process of anything! Not once did they show any sympathy towards her. For being a pediatric dentistry THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH KIDS. All they did was traumatize my daughter more! This place was unprofessional, unsanitary, and very untrained when treating children.

I really am thankful for the Dentists here. My son is a disabled adult who is deaf and nonverbal adult, they really listen to me, as his Momma , that's very important to me. All the staff is very professional, kind, caring empathetic and compassionate when it comes to his care. They allow me to assist with my son, so they can give him the very best care. I personally would never bring my kid here again the staff at the front desk was rude my child has a disability and he was in a unfamiliar environment no one took the time to talk to me or my child the Dr didn’t even have time to speak with me rushed us out extremely fast. I’m extremely upset with this office,My son was given an antibiotic and they did not fill it the prescription correctly myself and the pharmacist keeps trying to reach out to them and no response… I even asked to speak to her manager, but of course I was told they couldn’t and that someone would get back to me and that they would make the complaint for me, which I really doubt is even gonna get taken care of .. yo estaba muy nerviosa porque a mi hija la tienen que dormir para aserle su limpiesa dental.
la dra cambo te da la confianza que todo ba salir bien.
conste no me pagaron para desir esto pero se los recomiendo.

Staff is very friendly , it was my daughters first time getting dental work with no surgery the dental assistant girl that helped us explained everything so thurly and was very professional and patient. She made the experience go so smooth. I wish I had gotten her name but thank you .
