i had two dental crown done at Christensen Dental. Thanks to Dr Ashley's skill & Sherie's assistance/work, it turned out to be a very nice visit! The procedure was done efficiently; no wasted motion/time, every step was explained to me before engaging it. i experienced no pain & no discomfort (but received plenty of assurances from Dr A & Sheri to sooth my self-induced anxieties, LOL).
i've received excellent services at Christensen Dental for about 15 years (a shout-out to my dental hygienist, Sharon, she of great skills & a wonderful person!) but i'm most impressed by Dr Christensen's ethical standards, as they have never upsell me any dental procedures. They have always put my dental wellbeing ahead of their profit; i know i'm in good hands with them. Thanks again to Drs Christensen & their staff!!

Ok. I am a terrified dental patient. TERRIFIED. Just getting my teeth cleaned is traumatic. My hands were sweaty, I was almost in tears. I told the hygienist and said she wasn't going to hurry and check in the whole time. She did. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live.

I wanted to add that I had two teeth worked on a week later and it was as fantastic as the first visit. Sherry was the dental assistant and anticipated every single thing Dr. Christensen was going to do! What a great team! Dr. Ashley is fantastic!

I had an initial consultation visit and was met by a friendly front desk experience. Sherri then took x-rays and was a delight! We actually had fun! I then met with Dr. Christensen who exhibited the "bed-side manner" I was searching for in a compassionate, gentle manner. He made a plan that we both agreed upon and he completely put me at ease looking toward the issues at hand. Millie did my cleaning and was totally accommodating, understanding and patient with me when I explained about my teeth sensitivity, etc. I then finished up with Brook who was in charge of scheduling/payment/insurance information. She was so kind and cognizant of my scheduling needs as well. I hit a home run with not only the dentist, but the 'dolls' who work for him too...such a pleasant experience!

The female dentist pulled a tooth on my husband. Some of the tooth stayed in. She didn't inject the shot numbing agent into to gum. The partial tooth remained in gum. They refused to take it out. It is now infected. We had to go to another dentist to fix her screw up. We had insurance but it wasn't to their liking. They treated us like secondary patients with no worth. Well. Thanks for nothing . You mistake cost is a fortune. I wouldn't recommend this couple that thinks they are better then everyone.
Hope people realize they are fake and very disrespectful.
Your father was a great dentist. These two didn't get the message. Word of mouth is greater than arrogance.

Ok guys. I really don’t like going to the Dentist. Christensen Dental was so welcoming and such a happy place. I actually didn’t want to leave the office. Everyone was so friendly I felt like I knew them. I was nervous going and Diana the hygienist took such good care of me. Then Dr Ashley came in and was incredibly nice. I recommend this place. It’s definitely a five star dental. The office is clean and I didn’t even wait 5 minutes before someone coming to bring me back. Christensen Dental came highly recommended on one of my Henderson Mom Facebook Groups and after also seeing their glowing reviews I decided to give them a try. I was greeted kindly by Britany at the reception desk and was brought in promptly by Dianna who was an absolute gem.
She took my X rays and was so knowledgeable, I feel like I learned so much about my teeth in such a short amount of time. She took her time and made me feel comfortable and in good hands.
Then came in Dr. Ashley Christensen who was also very kind. She looked over my X Rays and gave insightful feedback. She also so confidently got rid of the chip on my front tooth and made my teeth look so beautiful and even! I felt so relieved and left feeling like I was truly taken care of.
It’s rare to find quality customer service these days and it was found here at Christensen Dental, can’t wait to come back for my cleaning! Highly recommend them as your one stop shop Dentist here in Henderson. Thank you all! :)

Be careful. What had been a good and fair practice with decent dentist has turned predatory. Their office manager / revenue maximizer guards the doctors and does not pass on requests to speak directly to the doctor about billing issues. Recently, they provided an estimate for work of $495, which I agreed to. The estimate did not include their $95 examination fee they then insisted on collecting that fee. A fee they are charging on scheduled visits to perform hundreds of dollars of dental work.
Also, it appears when they refer patients to other specialist dentists / doctors, those other dentists call patients repeatedly encouraging them to start pre-paying for their work which is costly. Even before they have scheduled any work.

Best dentist ever! The moment you walk in, you’re treated so well and made to feel so comfortable, it almost feels like your walking into a spa. (until that needle crosses over your face 😂). But seriously, Ashley was incredible—she goes above and beyond!

Jill was awesome too—she showed me my teeth and explained everything so clearly. She took any extra time she had to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated.

Sherri had promised to be there for me, but when she took a lunch break, I thought I was on my own. But, of course, her conscience got the best of her, and she came back to check on me! I was happy again.

During one visit, they turned into a childcare service for me, and Sherri really went above and beyond! My son seemed to have all her attention 😂.

The wonderful ladies at the front desk are just as amazing, and the team behind the scenes is equally fantastic.

Honestly, this place is amazing, so I’m not sure why you’re still reading this and haven’t already scheduled your appointment! Highly recommend!

This new dentist, doctor, Dr. CHRISTENSEN and his office staff is the best in Henderson. I found all this out on my first visit. Anita, the office manager is like an angel. Elisabeth and Brook are also so amazing. They are kind, courteous, understanding and helpful. Jill, the Dr’s assistant is fantastic. She got my x-rays from an other dentist… Being a first time patient with my wife Sharon, we can only say the best. Dr. Tyler told me to just call him Tyler

I have been looking for a good dentist, and my co-worker referred me to Christensen Dental. My dentist is Dr. Ashley Christensen, and she is a very nice, kind, and caring doctor. I'm happy that I came to see her. She is now our family dentist.
My experience of my first hygiene appt here was with Millie. She is awesome! She was gentle and pleasant, feeling getting my teeth cleaned.

I am so grateful to Anita for scheduling me (and being so sweet when I cried) and to Dr Ashley Christensen for her expert work this morning. She and Dianna are a fantastic team.

I no longer live in the area but work in Vegas. I had a disastrous experience with a dentist in my home town and went to Christensen for a consult. Dr. A Christensen quickly addressed the issue and had me on my way 20 or so minutes later. She accomplished in 20 what the other dentist (again, not in Vegas area) couldn’t fix in 3x that long. I now have clear photos from their office that I can use for insurance and also left with a recommendation for a local to me provider to fix this mess. I’m so grateful!

Dr. Ashley will not hesitate to see you at a moments notice even if what you think is an emergency and turns out not to be. Every single person in their office is super friendly and makes you feel at home once you walk through the door. I am sincerely grateful and impressed with this place. After putting off going to get dental work done for far too long, I was recommended Christensen Dental and I am so glad I went. They are so precise and efficient. And also genuinely care about the results for the patients.

I wish I could go back. The Dentist and hygienist are wonderful but the accounting person was incredibly rude on both incidents I had to deal with her. The first time was because of a problem with them entering the wrong insurance information. This time because of a “no show” fee that I had dated and time stamped in my calendar that I canceled. The accountant told me I had to accept “accountability” for the missed appointment. I do not appreciate being spoken down to or treated like an unruly child.

This office is AMAZING! I had gone to another Dentist who told me I needed 2 root canals and crowns totaling $4200+! Scheduled them, showed up, sat in chair and that Dentist sprang on me at the 12th hour that he would send me to specialist for root canals after opening me up. I felt uneasy with this sudden bomb dropped on me and change in treatment plan so I got up and left. A close friend referred me to Christensen Dental and they immediately got me in for a full exam. Come to find out, I only needed FILLINGS in those two teeth to the tune of $400!! Saved money but more importantly saved my mouth from being torn apart!! I have always been super impressed by how professional, thoughtful, and accommodating they have always been - but I have been even more impressed at the way they have handled their COVID19 protocols. I want to express all my compliments and gratitude to the office of Dr. Christensen.
I came to his office with about twenty bad teeth, and now, I have  the smile of a ''celebrity". Most important, all these procedures on my teeth were free from any traumas  or doubts, there were no mistakes,  and that is quite rare.
I can say that Dr. Christensen is a truly excellent dentist and a great person. He is very pleasant,  relaxed, calming, easy to talk with, tolerant and ready to listen, not just to impose his  own opinion. As a dentist he has a very creative approach to problems, a light touch, and he always displays an enormous knowledge of dentistry. And for somebody like me, with problematic teeth and gums, all these qualities are  priceless.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Christensen and his team for the 10 years or so I have been a patient. I had some issues with my prior dentist, and decided to visit with some new dentists to improve my chances of choosing a new dentist I felt comfortable with prior to making the change (seemingly an unusual thing to do). Several dentist’s did not seem too interested in talking with me much, but Dr. Christensen offered me as much time as I needed, and answered all the questions I had, which made me feel comfortable and confident in choosing him as my dentist.

Dr. Christiansen has a strong focus on patient care, providing a high level of attention and focus to his patients. His entire team is friendly, skilled and very service oriented. Sharon is a great dental hygienist, and the entire front office team does a great job.

I have found it uncommon to find a dental practice that has a great dentist, hygienist and front office team - usually something is not up to par. Not the case with Dr. Christensen and his team - I have been highly satisfied with all aspects of his practice, and I can tell very easily that all members of this team work very well together to provide the best service, care and treatment possible to their patients.

After having an unpleasant experience with a previous dentist, my husband and I switched to Dr. Christensen. That was years ago and we have been thoroughly pleased with him and his entire staff ever since. We like the practice so much that other family members, including my daughter and uncle, have become patients too. They have been equally happy with their care. Everyone is professional, friendly and rock stars at their jobs. I've never had a bad experience at this practice. Another positive - They are very good and honest when it comes to billing. I understand medical billing can be a nightmare for everyone involved and I've left doctors for their inability to properly deal with billing. Not been a problem with these folks! I would definitely recommend Dr. Christensen and his great staff!

I recently went in for a crown replacement and cleaning. Dr. Anderson and Diane were fantastic. My crown fit perfect and my mouth is back to normal. Monica did a great job cleaning my teeth. General touch and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. So glad they’re my dentist!

Nothing but compliments! The whole staff is amazing! The front desk, dental assistants to Dr. Christiansen. My 8 year old daughter laughs during her cleanings, even after she got her two teeth pulled! She always looks forward to going back.
This office is great, very trustworthy and you definitely get that comfy welcoming family feel every time you come back. So happy we made the switch! If you’re looking for a new dentist you can not and will not be disappointed here.

Dr. Christensen and staff are absolutely the BEST and MOST OUTSTANDING dental facility that I have ever been to. I'm 64 and I've been to more than a few. The front office staff if AWESOME. I have never been in the office without EVERYONE having a smile on. They make you feel like family. Dr. Christensen is absolutely the BEST! Efficient, very thorough and makes you feel as if you have been friends for years. Emergency? On the weekends! They will do their best to bend over backwards to help you. I've never felt more welcome or relaxed in ANY kind of Doctors office as I do here. You wont be disappointed or regret it.

Going to the dentist can be a emotional experience. High tensions mixed with the insecurity of asking yourself, "Does my breathe smell? Did I floss today? Did I brush my teeth in the parking lot good enough.."
I was welcomed into the office as if I were a long time customer returning for a check up. Greeted with a smile, kindness and family feeling thats hard to come by these days.
It being my first time there and a walk in, I was impressed by the eagerness of a quick and timely matter to bring me in back it was 5pm after all.
My the dental assistant was great humorous and my dentist was gently sweet and very skilled.
If you don't have insurance mention my name and this review for a 20% discount on all minor dental procedures. Highly recommended and will be returning!

We absolutely love, love love, this dentist office! Dr Christensen and his entire staff are outstanding! My daughter used to cry and be very fearful of going to the dentist now she wants to go every 2 weeks to get her teeth cleaned!! (lol)

My daughter had a very unpleasant experience in another "pediatric" dental office in henderson with a dentist who probably did not have real patience to work with children. Dr Christensen turned that whole experience around for my daughter in one visit!!

The entire office is very friendly, very warm, extremely professional and a joy to work with! If you have a child you have to bring them to this office so they can start their life with a positive dental experience! i would highly recommend Dr.Christensen. I have been a patient for about 9 years. He is always friendly and has a gentle manner that puts you at ease. He explains what procedures he is going to do and makes sure you are comfortable during the whole time. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful .

Had an incident with a tooth today and needed a new crown. I called them, and I got in the same day. Dr. Anderson and her staff were amazing. They made me feel like I was their top priority. They were all so upbeat and cheerful. It made a very tense situation for me very calming. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

HONEST - He doesn't make up problems or exaggerate what needs done to over charge you on. He just takes good care of you.
PROFESSIONAL - He is very gentle and skilled at what he does.

I hate going to the dentist, I hate going to the dentist, I hate going to the dentist. Did I mention I hate going to the dentist.

I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Even though it has been more years than I want to admit since my last dental visit, I experienced far less discomfort (yeah, I really mean pain) than at any past dental visit.

The staff is very nice. The Dr. Christensen is extremely thorough in his explanations of your Xrays. Sharon did a great job cleaning my teeth and I hate to say it, but it wasn't painful at all.

I highly recommend this office!
