First of all Dr. Hesh is fantastic and not the problem. The billing department and department that does prior authorizations are awful. I had medicaid they had my info and billed something else so they made me responsible and I had to ask for financial assistance which took 6 months for approval. Then they had prior auth for an MRI but billed it improperly and tried to charge me for their mistake 6 months later under my new insurance that wasn't active at that time. Oh and tried to rebill for an appointment that was fully denied and the denial letter said they cannot bill the claimant. So while I loved the doctor I'm done dealing with the billing and prior authorization department. I'll just go back to regular neurology for MS help.

あの巨大なステンレスの「皮」が単なる装飾ではなく、構造と外皮を融合させた、かなり高度なディテールになっています

Unfortunately my feelings (and experience) about this place are not good. Took my mom here over a month ago. She was sent out for testing (blood and MRI). It has been a month and we still don't have the results back. I even delivered the imaging CDs to them when they said they were having difficulties obtaining results on their own and I still have not heard back from anyone on their findings/mom's diagnosis. Now they are sending me a bill, and when I questioned the amount, the billing rep informed me I should set up a conference call with them and the insurance company together to get it resolved. EXCUSE ME but where is my paycheck for all of the legwork I am being asked to do for this place? Maybe they are trying to get a new patient by driving me insane....UNREAL!

I want to see Dr. Jay Maharan A couple of years ago.

On my first visit a technician testing my nerve sensitivity. When he was finished, I was instructed to go out and set an appointment to see Dr. Maharan. The first appointment they had available for me, was more than four months away.

My physical health was of concern to me now not sometime in the distant future, So I canceled that appointment and found an neurologist Who could attend to my concerns More immediately.

A heads up for people concerned with the increasing uses of AI; be prepared for your nurse / doctor to maybe ask that they use AI to listen to your conversation during the visit. I guess it was for "helping" with note-taking and summarizing, but I could've sworn professionals were capable of doing that on their own. I wish I hadn't been caught off guard by it- but when the nurse asked if it was okay that she was using AI, I immediately said I was uncomfortable with it, but she kept listing off reasons why it was actually fine and safe to use. Felt like I couldn't refuse anymore without seeming like a jerk.

The appointment itself was fine, but I kept being told there were things they couldn't help me with here for medication and hormonal concerns, etc, but there were no offers for referrals or anything. The only part of the appointment that held beneficial information could have genuinely been an email. Which feels frustrating when ( despite qualifying for any charges & fees to be waived for important visits ) I still see bills coming through asking for thousands of dollars. Thousands of dollars for an AI thing to learn off of my speech patterns, to come in for something I already knew about + with the nurse I saw showing no genuine interest in answering the questions I had about medications that relate to my quality of life each day. It's a shame. There's still some good here, but each visit leaves me feeling oddly ignored and stuck. I know my quality of life could be better than it is now with my MS, with seeing how different medications could make each day better. But, oh well, they don't see that as something for them to handle. Seems more like they're only interested in helping with the go-to for MS treatment ( like Kesimpta ), anything outside of that doesn't get their interest. I miss my last Neurologist / MS specialist all the time, they were always bringing up new things we could try. All the excitement of progress has gone away and my migraines make keeping a job really hard. Cool architecture though

Edit: I ended up missing out on a job opportunity that could've changed my life. It was the most exciting opportunity I could have dreamed of. My migraines were just too severe, and despite constantly bringing them up to the care providers, nothing was attempted to help me manage them. Nothing at all. I have progression of a lesion in my brain that I was supposed to recieve a call for to decide on which treatment to pursue, so we could better keep track of that lesion. I have still not recieved that call. I thought things would be better than this. I really thought it would be better than this, even just a little.

I attended the American Heart Association Heart Ball and the space and stage was pretty good in size.
Restrooms were also clean.

Not sure if AHA contracted a vendor for the food but I'll say it was good. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. All workers I came in contact with were nice.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Dr. Charles Bernick, MD, for his extraordinary dedication, clinical excellence, and compassionate leadership at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Dr. Bernick's commitment to delivering equitable, evidence-based neurological care has had a profound impact on my life and health. I was diagnosed with mild dementia of Alzheimer's type with memory loss.
Under his guidance, I have experienced not only medical stabilization but genuine cognitive recovery-progress that reflects his expertise, his careful attention to detail, and his unwavering belief that every patient deserves the opportunity to achieve their highest level of functioning. His approach embodies the very best of modern brain-health medicine: rigorous science, individualized care, and a deep respect for the lived experience of each patient. I went from SLUM 13/30 (2022-dementia) to SLUM 24/30 (2025-Mild Cognitive Impairment with memory loss). A clinical milestone!
Dr. Bernick's work has given me clarity, confidence, and hope. am profoundly grateful for his role in my journev and for the exceptional standard of care he continues to provide to veterans and the broader Las Vegas community.

I was referred there for a simple test having to do with cognitive disturbances caused by my migraines and age. I had to wait over 3 months to even get an appointment to see a dr. for an interview. And I was stonewalled constantly by them asking for cds, reports, etc which they could have obtained easily from my medical doctors. (which is the intake peoples job to begin with) . After constant calls and dropping off all the materials in person including cds, reports, etc I finally got a telehealth visit. The Dr. was very nice and pleasant he said he would immediately arrange or have his staff arrange a variety of tests and appointments which would take about 10 days have heard nothing. I have called, I have written and the only response I have had is once again we have no records followed by another email stating I found the records they will be passed to the staff to upload. This is just another example of how bad medicine is here in Las Vegas. Even at the creme de la creme of establishments. It makes me wonder how the treatment would be.

The best movement specialist, Dr Mari. I came to Dr Mari after I requested a second opinion after seeing a horrible movement specialist at LV neurology. Dr Mari sat with me and my husband for 45 min listening to my concerns and getting an understanding of my symptoms. He was so informative and explained everything in detail. Secondly, I reached out to Dr Mari about some prescription changes that my neurologist at LV neurology wanted me to do. He wrote back in such detail and explained his opinion on the prescription changes. I know he took his time writing the message to make sure I understood. I decided to go with Dr Mari for everything since I really don’t need a separate neurologist. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Cleveland Clinic by my Neurologist who diagnosed me with an antibody disease, it took me months to get in due to my insurance being oon, I had to pay cash in full before being seen. They would not use my oon benefits till after billing after my visit. When I did get in the office staff I dealt with was very pleasant very happy. But the Dr, Dr Hua is not, she had an attitude of I’m better than you, asked me what I was there for, come to find out the records I dropped off in person over a month ago got lost, she had nothing but asked me if I brought anything with me, which I did. Good thing I did, then when I told her what I was there for she basically told me I was wrong. During the visit she kept looking at her watch like she was bored with me and was in a hurry to leave. She advise I treat my disease as separate issues not one single issue and basically start all over again. I will not be doing any of that. I’m going to leave my issue as is and deal with it myself and I will never go back to this facility. I hope after they bill my insurance I get a refund of some of my money with no issues. 0 stars for the Dr and 2 for staff. Again pleasant but they lost all my records.

I have been a patient since 2013 Wonderful place, wonderful doctors. Horrible financial department, no financial assistance for Nevada patients. Unfortunately, here in Vegas, you are not going to find more qualified neuro specialists than here at Cleveland Clinic. Be prepared , if they don’t work with your insurance, it will become a financial burden that adds to the already overwhelming stress one deals with when having a chronic condition such as MS that requires revolving appointments and procedures

My husband has been going to Cleveland Clinic for years. He was always seen by the Doctor once a year until about two years ago. Now we are told that he only sees the Doctor once or twice and from then on its their assistants. In the past 2 years he has had to wait 6 months or more before being seen. To make matters worse they keep calling to cancel the appointment and reschedule at a later date several more months out. The last time they only a had phone appointment available within the next 3 months so we took it only to sit by the phone with no call. When we called to see Why we weren't called the notes said a voicemail was left. I called my voicemail while on the phone with scheduling and there was no voicemail. It's September 2025 and the earliest appointment we could get is May 2026. In my opinion they are too short staffed to provide adequate care to their patients. They are supposed to be a piller of the community and one of the best in the Valley, but they seem more interested in bringing in new patients rather than keeping enough staff on hand to service their current patients. I do want to say that the staff we do get to see have been very good especially in Physical therapy and speach and occupational therapy.

If you ever need to get your records from this place you may as well not even bother. My father's current doctor sent a request in nearly 6 weeks ago, which the Cleveland Clinic shows as received, and still hasn't gotten time sensitive records sent back. I called and they placed the blame on their records dept in Ohio, who then redirected the blame back to Cleveland in Vegas. The records lady told me it would be faster if my doctor resent the request, but there is no guarantee they will even bother doing their jobs.

Stay away!

UPDATE: Still no records. My father's current doctor, who requested the records, has never had ANY medical clinic/office EVER not send over requested records. The lack of records is a huge issue as my father's doctor has nothing to compare test results too. I might get lawyer at this point and sue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hersch at the Cleveland Clinic for quite a few years. I have always felt like I'm in good hands. She takes her time during the appointments so you never feel rushed. Unlike many doctors she listens to your concerns and makes adjustments to treatment based off your needs. When I fall short of goals she doesn't judge; she inquires about my stressor's and barriers and helps to find solutions. I am always impressed and look forward to our check-ins. Also, being able to get my yearly MRI's right at the facility is a bonus. The techs who perform the MRI's are always friendly, as well as the administrative staff at the front desk.

Lots of parking with handicap parking and access. The front desk assistants were great. They provided information and escorted us to the check in desk. The receptionist was very pleasant, patient and helpful with the questionaire. The seating area was comfortable and relaxing. When the forms were completed the assistant escorted us on the elevator to the doctors' waiting area which was also pleasant and comfortable. There are restrooms on each floor. The library is located on the first floor. There is a cafe in the atrium on the ground floor with outdoor seating. When we exited the building the assistant handed me a long stem carnation which was a nice surprise and caring gesture.

The front office at Cleveland Clinic did everything in their power to be as uncooperative and unhelpful as they possibly could be, stifling my attempts at a first appointment at every opportunity. I would attribute this in part to their impenetrable referral policy and in part to their very unfriendly staff who are so wrapped up in their bureaucratic red tape that they forget the entire purpose of their office: to help patients and their neurological conditions. Real people with real issues that need medical care, attentiveness and compassion. This office is entirely without any of these qualities, at least at the front office, which is only as far as I could get here. Despite having many doctors in the Vegas location, despite my insurance already covering specialists visits without a referral, they insisted on a referral. Fine, I go see my primary and get the referral. I wait the 10 business days for processing, they don't call back. I call them and they say the referral cites untreatable conditions and I must call my primary back and request a corrected referral. Fine, I do that too. I call back a few days later to check the status. A very rude lady on the phone tells basically infers I'm bothering them and not allowing for their lengthy office review policy and I must wait another 10 business days. Fine. I wait 10 more business day, no call back, no attempt of any kind of correspondence from this office. Meanwhile my conditions go untreated without even the slightest indication there is any interest in my helping. 20 days after that call, I feel hung out to dry, that this clinic is so caught up in their bureaucracy and red tape that my physical struggles are just not even close to a priority. It's possible they have good doctors there but I wouldn't know because of the impenetrable barrier that is their front office which seems to have adopted a culture of absolute apathy. Is a rigorous referral process involving the primary, referrals department, doctors reading second hand info really a better way to determine treatment or lack thereof, rather than actually just seeing the patient face to face and doing an examination??
One of the biggest failures of the American medical system is the lack of empathy, realizing there are real people out there living in fear and pain and having to go through an exhaustive inquisition to see a doctor is just soul crushing and exhausting. A lot of patients just aren't going to have the energy for all that. I would highly recommend to any new patients to just avoid this place altogether. Save yourself the wasted time and effort and frustration and try to find an office that specializes in neurology that acts like they might actually have an interest in caring for patients.

Dr. Wint, his staff and the entire clinic is a dream come true. Dr. Wint took his time with my aging Mom in order to find out specifically what is going on with my Mom's memory and other issues. I must also tell you, that respond was based on old mri not the most recent. No they did not call my neurologist for my medical records that were up to date

I have been told maybe you have MS by other Nuroligy centers and hospitals and led to believe there is no way to know for sure. I have been dealing with all of this for 7 years and was excited going to Cleaveland Clinic and waited 3 months for an appointment only to be more disappointed once again.

I feel there is a long term study that is exploiting my father who is 83 years old for data in a long term study. He has had increased impulsivity, classic signs of dementia and erratic behavior. He has been going there for almost 5 years now for a long term study for dementia. Every time he has been “passing the cognitive test with flying colors.” Yet the doctor conducting the study never listens to his wife’s (my stepmom’s) detailed accounts of many episodes of confusion, forgetfulness and increasingly dangerous driving habits, along with a host of other unsafe behaviors. In fact, the last visit he told my stepmom “he will never have to go to a nursing home because he’s so sharp and he can just continue to drive.” All of this is so far from how he really is. He’s 83 and although he might be forgetful like others at this age his other behaviors are red flags. I have tried to call the center over the years and have only been able to speak to one of the practice nurses one time. According to my stepmom, the doctor knows knows who I am, and remembers I’m a nurse with a lot of experience in psychiatry. He has never returned my phone calls even once. I believe he must be avoiding me. Finally he keeps complimenting my father but offers no support or referrals for other issues. Unfortunately since my poor father, who understandably wants to believe he’s fine, only eats up these suspect test results and compliments. This also makes him believe this study is like treatment, which it’s definitely not. So In the end, my father is being exploited for the data he provides. My stepmom told me the staff say most of the patients they have are much lower functioning than he. So maybe my father is seen as an easy person who can participate in their study, but they are so un ethical to manipulate him into just coming back there so they can just keep him around to collect data. It’s just terrible and I can’t believe this place has such a good reputation!

My comments are only related to the building and not the clinic. If you are a fan of Gehry's you will love this structure. As with his other 'crumpled paper' designs the building looks different from every angle.

The Gehry part of the clinic is just a meeting space and the doors are usually unlocked by 10:00 in the morning. There is also a small park on the north side of the building with a Gehry sculpture.

Also make sure to visit the park across the street next to the pyramid.

But she won’t fix her mistake on the dates of the blackouts so I’m stuck in Nevada with no friends or family to help, I can’t walk far enough to get to a bus stop and if I could I have social anxiety ! Now I wouldn’t care what was sent to DMV as long as it was the truth and to falsify any medical document like that is illegal and I will be hiring an attorney !!

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2007,started showing signs in maybe 2005 and in this time I have seen at least 4 neurologist before Cleveland clinic. And I have to say that everyone before Cleveland seemed to show little and close to no interest in my situation. It was always, write me a prescription and send me on my way, back and forth.
But sense coming to the Cleveland clinic it seems to be a complete turm around. First the staff makes you fell welcome as soon as you enter the door. And even more so the numerology staff goes over every detail with you concerning your ms. Because all cases of ms are not the same so when dealing with me ist about me and my ms not ms in generl. That's why I love this place and glad I found it. Gives me the feeling somthiings finally being done.Cause as we all know ms is still in it's premature stages as far as the treatment of and healing. So I'm just so glad that I found a team to lead and go on this journey with me.

I called for an appointment for my 78 year old fiance with dementia over a year ago and was put on a waiting list. I AM STILL WAITING! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION.

It would not let me give zero stars.....having had high hopes, I was absolutely crushed at how inept and uncommunicative the staff has been

A gorgeous example of Frank O. Gehry's inimitable architectural style. I hear the inside is just as spectacular but am yet to see it. The space can be rented for weddings!

Viendo las instalaciones exteriores como turista, Lou Ruvo es una excelente obra visual (como lo visité un fin de semana estaba cerrado)

The people at the clinic are nice, but if you can't reach them, then what's the point? I was so happy when they came to Las Vegas because of their reputation elsewhere and I now am so disappointed.

The Cleveland clinic has a new system to get patients seen by a doctor and taken care of faster. I got an appointment within a week and saw an amazing doctor. Dr. Walsh spent as much time as I needed to go over my records and discuss his ideas of what was going on with me. I felt he really listened to me and for the first time I feel I am heading in the right direction. He gave me more information than I have received from 4 other Neurologist. I highly recommend going to the Cleveland clinic.

I am currently a patient here. I love their staff, they are always polite and very knowledgeable. My only peeve is just not being able to speak to my doctor's staff. Like if I need to reschedule my appointment, I have to call the main line and then they send word to my doctor's staff. Other than that, I love this place, and it's beautiful.

Keep Memory Alive's "Power of Love" Gala -- which is held MGM Grand and benefits the Lou Ruvo Center -- is a sight to see. It's so simple, it's monstrous.
