Long story short the provider did not provide a thorough examination and dismissed the symptoms of my child as just allergies. Less than 2 hours after the visit my daughter had a fever. After explaining the lack of care to the practice manager - due to “protocol” the manager refused to provide a refund as a courtesy for the lack of care provided. DO NOT go to this location. Find a more experienced clinic.

Your "PCP" is ALWAYS booked up and sitting in a Quick Care Clinic is unbearable with all the coughing..sneezing...LOUD talking on phones... contaminated chairs...crying kids!! GO to Minute Clinic at CVS. Make an appt online or they do take walk-ins.
IT IS CLEAN AND QUIET and the medical professionals are very polite/professional/thorough and streamlined! And no long waits for prescriptions because YOU ARE AT THE PHARMACY!!! This is a Brilliant Idea. As far as insurance coverage-I have Medicare with a supplement, but when you schedule your appt you can verify if your insurance is accepted.

DO NOT use Minute Clinic. I have been using them for my annual TB test. The nurse who did the first test said she submitted it to my insurance as requested and still charged my credit card $39. The nurse who read the test assured me a claim had been submitted for the test and the reading and then charged me another $25. NO claim was submitted for the test but only for the reading. My insurance says I only owe $17.97. Tried to call the Minute Clinic toll free number only to be transferred to another number trying to scam insurance for a supposed "free" life alert button that I don't need. NO way to bypass the agressive AI sales pitch to get to Minute Clinic. My only option is a complaint to the NV Insurance Commissioner for billing fraud.

After recently moving to the area I transferred my pharmacy needs to this store and have been happy, however; when I recently became ill from the typical seasonal symptoms I didn't have a new PCM in the area and used the Minute Clinic. I expected the typical care that I dread from a quick care type facility, but I was surprised with the Minute Clinic. Easy check in, all of my info already at the store and a short wait got me in to see a practitioner that was OUTSTANDING! After a short but thorough exam/diagnosis and explanation of recommended meds I went straight to the pharmacy desk and picked up and my meds that were ready. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Everything was perfect!

I just got new insurance and had not established a PCP yet, and I had an emergency but not enough of an emergency to go to urgent care and or the emergency room either… so I went to minute clinic since it was on my health insurance list of facilities. My first time ever using them and I was concerned this was going to be the worst decision because it’s a walk-in clinic at CVS. To my surprise, I actually had the best experience for a quick care in and out experience. My NP Maricris Marzo was professional and absolutely amazing! She was thorough, explained everything to me, she offered to run extra lab work to put me at ease… and I couldn’t have been more pleased of a quicker quick care. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

This CVS Minute Clinic is the best! A friend suggested I go there vs going to my regular doctor. First time I tried it, I realized it was a great alternative to my primary care provider. Weekends are a bit crowded, but during the week is a good time to go. They do have standby and wait room options if you need to be seen that day.

The MinuteClinic at CVS was very easy to make an appointment with, same day. I have never utilized this method of care but it was extremely easy. I did not have to wait more than two minutes upon arrival. I was there to get a Covid test because my home tests proved positive twice. My grandson realized that our home kits were expired so testing via a professional was imperative, I work with people every day. He drove me there and I was grateful it came out negative. Whatever I had put me down for three days. My NP Cindy C. was wonderful. She definitely asked a lot of questions, took my blood pressure. Temperature, etc. She went over my medicines and history. I was there a good 45 minutes so she really was thorough. Grateful for this service.

I went to the minute clinic on Ann Road (NLV) so my son could get his 7th grade immunizations and everything went smoothly. I was in and out quickly and the nurse was so friendly, she made the experience comfortable. She mentioned some of the other services they offered, which I had no idea about. Overall the experience was quick, easy and the area was clean. I'm so glad CVS offers these services in a convenient location.

For routine lab testing, vaccinations and things that SHOULD be fast, MinuteClinic is appropriately named. Family Doctor and Urgent Care visits have their purpose for more complex medical issues, but are inefficient and a waste of your precious time for simple things that MinuteClinic can do. Great option for those looking for quick quality care. I made my appt online and arrived 12 min early. They took me back right away. Practitioner was kind and thorough. They have a full on clinic in the back corner of the store. I previously was used to just having a foldable room separator and a chair (not that I cared) but this was a nice surprise. I had a appointment at 5:10 and I came at 5:00 and waited inside but got a text saying please wait in you car . Waited over a hour went back in to check and see what’s going and was told I missed my appointment asked the lady how when I was here . She goes you wasn’t inside , I then showed her the text saying wait in your car till it’s my time and she told me I had to wait till the last customer came in which was at 7:15 . Remind you I was already waiting since 5:00 . She was completely rude and didn’t care . She said the “wait in the car rule “was for when covid was here . I told her covid is still around . Wouldn’t recommend this location at all .

The thing I disliked was why I had to pay twice. They should have a set price that include both the TB shot and the reading together. I dont understand why I had to pay almost $40 for them just to run my forearm to check if there was a bump. It takes less then 2 seconds to check.

If you need a tetanus booster shot this is the place to go. Regular pharmacies only offer the tdap shot which I didn't need. I went there on a Saturday afternoon close to closing but the PA Joshua Owens still took me in. Very friendly guy and had me in and out in no time. Awesome experience here and will be back again if I need any of their services.

Haven't even gone in yet but the doctor was already being rude. I had about 12 min left on my wait time after waiting an hour. I was bumped til after the lunch break and now have to wait 2 hours. I asked an associate if I can leave to go nurse my baby and come back and the doctor said "the longer I talk to you about the wait time, the longer you have to wait" then hung up on the associate. Yea, not wanting to go see a doctor with attitude when I am paying to go see you. Impatient with your job, don't do it. I was doing you a favor by not being rude and standing you up. Guess being curtious annoys professionals. No the associate didn't tell me that is what the doctor said...it was loud enough to clearly hear the doctor was just outright rude as hell.

waste of money for badly trained wannabe physicians... I caught cough Friday night of LAST WEEK (8 days ago), was at 101.3° fever by Sunday morning. Nauseated, no swollen lymphs, and I went here Monday night, 3 hour wait (at least I could opt in for text notice so I didn't wait there). The nurse or whatever she is told me it was just a cold and to stay home from work. No medication. after still being fevered by Wednesday with the worst cough ever I went to a REAL quick care, Southwest, and voila, one listen to me and he says bronchitis, gives me a breathing treatment, antibiotics, and anti inflammatory with an inhaler. never go to this minute clinic. you are not saving any money or time or headache. go up the street to a real doctor. You'll be better off.
