I have been to many Medical providers/offices in Las Vegas over the years& these guys are easily among the best of the best. Staff, from the phone and front desk to everyone except the Provider are all professional and happy to be there. Really can't say that about the vast majority of places. And the Provider, Dr McKelvey is definitely one of those people who found what they're supposed to be doing in life. She's not just talented at her job, but incredibly empathetic. Complete Care has been taking complete care of me. This is a wonderful place to be seen. I highly recommend them, I’d like to think I am and anyone else who chooses complete care auto accident clinic is in the right hands any and everytime you come into the office. The office is very close and convenient to my home, clean, has a nice fish tank and tv for you to watch and they even offer water and coffee as you wait. The assistants are all lovely remarkable nurses, very polite welcoming funny and beautiful ladies too. My Dr. is Dr. Overland and not only does he know his stuff but he is just someone who has an amazingly colorful personality along with the very vibrant and silly colors he likes to wear on casual Fridays. He’s a friendly man and has a very soothing soft spoken demeanor, something like an angel which is funny because his eyes are a beautiful deep blue like arch angel Michael’s.

Being NEW to complete care injury center, I have experienced with Doctor Keston, who is Gen Doctor. So honest so pleasurable and when I say honest, he does injections in the office and let me tell you really, really gentle. You hardly feel it. His word is his bond. This is a great quality to have an a doctor because you don’t find them like that anymore, very thorough notes as well. And he goes over his notes before he starts talking to you. This office is amazing! Dr. Jim and all his staff are AMAZING. My first time coming here I was extremely nervous and the idea of cracking my back or neck or anything in between made me extremely nervous and uneasy. The first time I saw Dr. Jim working on someone I RAN out of the room scared- completely convinced I was never going to allow anyone to work on me and my spine. Dr. Jim did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable enough and eventually I was letting him work on me without being nervous at all. You can tell her genuinely cares about not only his patients but his staff too. Thankfully my primary sent me over to Complete Care, these guys and gals take care of you, and even your family! From having you feel comfortable to earning your trust, thats what care is about. This was my first time needing to see a Chiropractor after an accident, and as hesitant as I was, I have actually had an amazing experience at this chiropractors office. Dr. Jim is just the best and so personable which made me feel less anxious. The girls (his staff) are all so sweet, funny, attentive, patient and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed even on their busiest day. I work full time and in school full time and they also worked with me to get me in when I could. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional chiropractic office.

This is the best chiropractor injury center! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The front desk ladies are super amazing, they’re all very sweet with great customer service skills, positive attitudes and love to make conversations. The Doctors and CA are great listeners when it comes to telling them where you have pain at and guiding you on tips to help ease the pain to get better. The office, the staff and the Doctors here were amazing. They put me at ease right from the beginning explaining in detail what I would go through, what I would feel and how to view my healing journey. I felt like I was in great hands. And they helped me get through it over several months that I came. I appreciate them. Glad to say Im healed! Excellent care. Dr. Jim listens to your concerns and provides education regarding your injuries. He explains concepts in detail and makes sure you are fully informed. He goes over the necessary treatment modalities, the progression from chiropractic care to physical therapy, as well as realistic expectations regarding maximum recovery. Makenna, Val, Lucero, Patty, Leyna, Daisy, Angie, and the rest of the staff have always been cordial, helpful, and friendly. I receive timely text message reminders for my upcoming appointments and phone reminders to schedule if I need additional visits. Keep up the good work.

The lovely staff at Complete Care Injury Center do a wonderful job from the front desk to the physical therapy nurses. The ladies are always so nice and welcoming. I’ve been going for 4 months now and they make me feel like family! And Dr. Jim is so pleasant to be around! He and I have sock matches and compare our patterned socks all the time! They are a great team at Complete Care Injury and I would recommend them to anyone! Shoutout to Daisy and Angie, I see them the most and they are so fun and great physical therapy nurses!
